The second magnetic attraction structure 52 is mainly formed by magnetic powder or iron powder, and can be formed on the butt end of the atomizing base 42 by integral injection molding, and the distribution range can be set according to the butt area requirement of the butt end and the positioning bracket 31.
When the first magnetic attraction structure 51 is an iron block, the second magnetic attraction structure 52 is formed by magnetic powder; when the first magnetic structure 51 is a magnetic block, the second magnetic structure 52 can be made of iron powder or magnetic powder. The magnetic powder comprises oxide magnetic powder and/or metal magnetic powder; wherein the magnetic oxide powder comprises one or more of ferromagnetic oxide powder, chromium dioxide powder and cobalt-ferromagnetic oxide powder.
In this embodiment, the specific structures of the housing 10, the suction nozzle 20, the power supply device 30, and the atomizing device 40 can refer to the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 5, the magnetic electronic cigarette according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10, a power supply device 30 and an atomizing device 40 sequentially disposed in the housing 10 along a length direction of the housing 10, and a suction nozzle 20 corresponding to the atomizing device 40 and fitted on a first end of the housing 10.
The housing 10 includes opposite first and second ends, and the power supply device 30 and the atomizing device 40 are respectively disposed in the second and first ends of the housing 10. The first end is an open end so that the mounting of the suction nozzle 20 on this end closes it. The power supply device 30 is connected to the atomization device 40 to supply power to the atomization device 40.
The power supply device 30 includes a positioning bracket 31 and a power supply unit disposed on the positioning bracket 31. The atomizing device 40 includes an atomizing housing 41 located between the suction nozzle 20 and the positioning bracket 31, an atomizing unit provided in the atomizing housing 41, and an atomizing base 42 fitted on an end of the atomizing housing 41 facing the positioning bracket 31.
The abutting end of the positioning bracket 31 facing the atomizing base 42 is provided with a first magnetic attraction structure 51, and the atomizing base 42 is provided with a second magnetic attraction structure 52; the first magnetic attraction structure 51 and the second magnetic attraction structure 52 attract each other through magnetic attraction force, so that the atomizing base 42 is magnetically attracted to the positioning support 31 through the second magnetic attraction structure 52 and the first magnetic attraction structure 51 to be in butt joint with the positioning support 31, and the butt joint of the power supply device 30 and the atomizing device 40 is further realized.
In this embodiment, the first magnetic structure 51 is a magnetic member embedded in the abutting end of the positioning bracket 31; the magnetic element can be an iron block or a magnetic block. The second magnetic structure 52 is a magnetic member embedded in the abutting end of the atomizing base 42; the magnetic element can be an iron block or a magnetic block.
When the first magnetic structure 51 is an iron block, the second magnetic structure 52 selects a magnetic block; when the first magnetic attraction structure 51 is a magnetic block, the second magnetic attraction structure 52 can be an iron block or a magnetic block.
In this embodiment, the specific structures of the housing 10, the suction nozzle 20, the power supply device 30, and the atomizing device 40 can refer to the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
When the magnetic suction electronic cigarette is used, the power supply device 30 can be firstly arranged in the shell 10, then the atomizing device 40 is arranged in the shell 10 and is attracted with the power supply device 30 in a magnetic suction mode, finally the suction nozzle 20 is covered on the shell 10, and the atomizing device 40 and the power supply device 30 are sealed in the shell 10, so that the operation is simple and convenient.

Claims (8)

1. A magnetic electronic cigarette is characterized by comprising a shell, a power supply device and an atomizing device which are sequentially arranged in the shell along the length direction of the shell, and a suction nozzle which is matched with the atomizing device and is arranged at a first end of the shell;
the power supply device comprises a positioning bracket and a power supply unit arranged on the positioning bracket; the atomization device comprises an atomization shell positioned between the suction nozzle and the positioning support, an atomization unit arranged in the atomization shell, and an atomization base matched with the end part of the atomization shell facing the positioning support;
the positioning bracket is provided with a first magnetic attraction structure towards the butt joint end of the atomization base, and the atomization base is provided with a second magnetic attraction structure; the atomization base is in butt joint with the positioning bracket through magnetic attraction of the second magnetic attraction structure and the first magnetic attraction structure;
the positioning support comprises a positioning plate extending along the length direction of the shell and side plates connected around the positioning plate in a surrounding manner; the side plate defines a containing groove for containing the power supply unit on the locating plate; the second end of the housing is open forming a port; a side plate at one end of the positioning bracket corresponding to the port is matched with the port to seal the port; the first end of the housing is an open end, and the suction nozzle is mounted on the open end to close the open end;
the first magnetic attraction structure is formed by magnetic powder or iron powder on the butt joint end of the positioning bracket through integral injection molding; or the first magnetic attraction structure is a magnetic attraction piece embedded on the butt joint end of the positioning bracket;
the second magnetic attraction structure is formed on the atomization base by magnetic powder or iron powder through integral injection molding; or the second magnetic attraction structure is a magnetic attraction piece embedded on the atomization base.
2. The magnetically attracted electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the magnetic powder comprises an oxide magnetic powder and/or a metal magnetic powder.
3. The magnetic electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein an end of the atomizing housing facing the suction nozzle is located outside the first end of the housing, and the suction nozzle covers the end of the atomizing housing and is connected to the first end of the housing; a sealing ring is arranged between the end of the atomizing shell and the inner wall of the suction nozzle; and a suction nozzle cotton is arranged between the atomization shell and the suction nozzle.

The magnetically-attracted electronic cigarette according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the power supply unit includes a control assembly disposed on the positioning bracket near the second end of the housing, a battery cell disposed on the positioning bracket on a side of the control assembly, and a first electrode assembly disposed on a side of the battery cell facing away from the control assembly and exposed at a mating end of the positioning bracket;
the first electrode assembly comprises a control switch and two first electrodes electrically connected with the control switch, and the first electrodes are in contact conductive connection with the second electrodes of the atomizing unit.
5. The magnetically attracted electronic cigarette of claim 4, wherein the power supply further comprises an insulating base disposed over the mating end of the positioning bracket and covering the first electrode assembly; one end of the first electrode penetrates out of the insulating seat.

The magnetic electronic cigarette according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the atomization device further comprises a reservoir and an air duct disposed within the atomization housing; one end of the air duct is inserted into the atomization unit, the other end of the air duct is connected with one end of the atomization shell, which is back to the positioning bracket, and the end is provided with an airflow outlet communicated with the internal channel of the air duct; the liquid storage bin is positioned at the periphery of the gas guide pipe and is isolated from the gas guide pipe;
an airflow inlet is formed in the side surface of the shell and/or the suction nozzle; the atomization unit is provided with atomization channels which penetrate through two opposite ends of the atomization unit; the airflow inlet, the atomization channel and the inner channel of the air duct are communicated with the airflow outlet in sequence.

The magnetic electronic cigarette of claim 6, wherein the atomizing unit comprises a first atomizing base and a second atomizing base which are matched with each other, an atomizing assembly transversely disposed between the first atomizing base and the second atomizing base, a third atomizing base matched between the second atomizing base and the atomizing base, and a second electrode assembly disposed on the atomizing base;
one end of the air duct is inserted on the first atomizing base; the atomization passages are arranged on the first atomization seat, the second atomization seat and the third atomization seat and penetrate through the atomization base; the atomization assembly is positioned in the atomization channel, and two opposite ends of the atomization assembly are respectively connected with the liquid guide of the liquid storage bin;
the second electrode assembly comprises two second electrodes which are respectively connected with the two first electrodes of the atomizing assembly and the power supply unit in an electric conduction mode.
8. The magnetically attracted electronic cigarette of claim 7, wherein the atomizing base comprises a bottom plate fitted to an end of the atomizing housing, and a surrounding wall vertically connected to a surface of the bottom plate and tightly fitting an inner wall of the atomizing housing;
the first end of the third atomizing seat is matched in a groove part formed by the surrounding wall, and the opposite second end of the third atomizing seat is tightly matched with the inner wall of the atomizing shell; one end of the second electrode is inserted on the bottom plate, and the other opposite end penetrates into the third atomizing seat;
a positioning groove is formed in the second end of the third atomizing seat; the first end of the second atomizing seat is accommodated and positioned in the positioning groove, and the opposite second end of the second atomizing seat is in butt joint with the first atomizing seat.
