Abstract
The invention discloses a dwarf and strong comprehensive regulator for a glutinous sorghum high-stem variety and application thereof, wherein the regulator comprises chlormequat chloride, diethylaminoethanol acetate, uniconazole, prohexadione calcium and an auxiliary agent; the regulating agent of the invention reduces the center of gravity of the sorghum, namely, the aim of reducing the center of gravity of crops is also achieved by regulating the length of the stem node, and the regulating agent not only does not influence the property of the ear part, but also has the effect of optimizing the property (improving the seed setting rate and increasing the grain weight); the functional period of the later functional leaves of the sorghum is prolonged, the photosynthetic efficiency of the sorghum is improved, and the sources of the crops are greatly increased, so that the stored substances at the base parts of the stems are reduced, the filling degree of the base parts of the stems of the crops is enhanced, the stems are thick and strong, and the breaking resistance is improved; the later-period root activity of the crops is enhanced, so that the later-period lodging resistance of the crops is greatly improved; the nutrient absorption capacity of crops in the later period is enhanced, and premature senility is prevented.

At present, glutinous sorghum is mainly planted in southern sorghum main producing areas such as Sichuan and Guizhou in China, the production capacity of the glutinous sorghum cannot meet the requirements of domestic and foreign markets, and the glutinous sorghum is easy to fall down, low in yield and poor in disease resistance, so that the breeding and application of the glutinous sorghum are limited. Therefore, the lodging resistance of the stalks can be effectively enhanced by reducing the plant height, particularly shortening the length of two internodes at the base parts of the stalks and increasing the thickness of the thick stalks and the thickness of the stalks. Uniconazole is a triazole plant growth regulator. Belongs to a broad-spectrum and high-efficiency plant growth regulator and has the functions of sterilization and weeding. Is an antagonist of gibberellin synthesis, and uniconazole is an ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitor. Has effects in controlling vegetative growth, inhibiting cell elongation, shortening internode, dwarfing plant, promoting lateral bud growth and flower bud formation, and improving stress resistance. The activity of the compound is 6-10 times that of paclobutrazol, but the residue of the compound in soil is only 1/10 of paclobutrazol, the influence on the succeeding crops is small, and the compound has no secondary control phenomenon.
The diethylaminoethanol caproate has the functions of promoting substance transportation, enhancing disease resistance, coordinating vegetative growth and reproductive growth, promoting fructification, enhancing stress resistance and the like.
Chlormequat chloride is an antagonist of gibberellin, can enter plant bodies through plant leaves, twigs, buds, root systems and seeds, controls the excessive growth of plants, promotes the reproductive growth, shortens plant internodes, develops long short, strong, thick and root systems, resists lodging, enhances photosynthesis, improves the fruit setting rate of certain crops, improves the quality and improves the yield. Chlormequat chloride is a high-activity plant growth regulator, can be quickly degraded by microorganisms and light in soil when being applied to the environment, has short residual effect period, and needs to be applied for multiple times in the growth period of some crops.

In the invention, the uniconazole can be replaced by mepiquat chloride, naphthylacetic acid, alcalin, ACR-1222, regulated phosphine, maleic hydrazide, dicksolac acid or triiodobenzoic acid, but in the invention, the uniconazole is selected.
Example 1
Preparing a regulating agent: 15g of chlormequat chloride, 10g of diethylaminoethanol acetate, 2g of uniconazole, calcium prohexadione, 15g of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 25g of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate are crushed and mixed, and water is added to prepare 1L of solution.
And (3) diluting with water by 500 times at the tillering stage, the green turning and jointing stage and the booting and heading stage of the sorghum, and spraying 50L of the solution per mu.
Example 2
Preparing a regulating agent: 13g of chlormequat chloride, 10g of diethylaminoethanol acetate, 1g of uniconazole, prohexadione calcium, 10g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 10g of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, crushing, mixing and adding water to prepare 1L of solution.
In the tillering stage of sorghum, diluting with water at 200 times in the stage of turning green and jointing, and spraying 40L per mu.
Example 3
Preparing a regulating agent: 15g of chlormequat chloride, 10g of diethylaminoethanol acetate, 1g of uniconazole, calcium prohexadione, 25g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 25g of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate are crushed and mixed, and water is added to prepare 1L of solution.
And in the period of turning green and jointing sorghum, diluting with water by 400 times at the stage of booting and heading, and spraying for application, wherein 60L of water is sprayed per mu.
