The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a method and a device for limiting starting of STK application. The device can be integrated in a terminal, and the terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and other equipment.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, a flag value and at least one PLMN list are set in the mobile terminal, the flag value may be a first flag value or a second flag value, the PLMN list may be a PLMN allowed list and/or a PLMN forbidden list, and if the flag value is the first flag value, the SIM card may directly start the STK application after being inserted; if the sign numerical value is the second sign numerical value, inquiring the PLMN list, comparing the PLMN numerical value obtained from the SIM card with preset PLMN data in the PLMN list, if the preset PLMN numerical value is the same as the PLMN numerical value after the PLMN numerical value is compared with the preset PLMN data in the PLMN allowed list, the SIM card can start the STK application, and if the preset PLMN numerical value is the same as the PLMN numerical value after the PLMN numerical value is compared with the preset PLMN data in the PLMN forbidden list, the SIM card cannot start the STK application, so that the starting of the STK application by some SIM cards can be limited.
The following are detailed below. It should be noted that the following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred order of the embodiments.
The embodiment will be described in terms of a start-limiting STK application apparatus, which may be specifically integrated in a terminal device, where the terminal device may include a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like.
A method of restricting the launching of an STK application, comprising: setting a mark value and at least one PLMN list, wherein the PLMN list comprises preset PLMN data, reading the PLMN value in an SIM card, determining and inquiring the PLMN list according to the mark value, comparing the PLMN value with the preset PLMN data to obtain a comparison result, and judging whether to start STK application or not according to the comparison result.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the method for restricting the start of the STK application is as follows:
step 201, setting a flag value and at least one PLMN list, where the PLMN list includes preset PLMN data.
For example, a flag value and a PLMN list are set in the mobile terminal in advance, some specific preset PLMN data are added in the PLMN list in advance, the flag value is used to distinguish whether the mobile terminal needs to query the PLMN list, and the PLMN value read from the SIM card is compared with the preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN list.
Optionally, the flag value is divided into a first flag value and a second flag value, the first flag value indicates that the mobile terminal can directly start the STK application, the PLMN list does not need to be queried, the PLMN value read from the SIM card is compared with preset PLMN data included in the PLMN list, the second flag value indicates that the mobile terminal cannot directly start the STK application, the PLMN list needs to be queried, and the PLMN value read from the SIM card is compared with preset PLMN data included in the PLMN list, so as to determine whether the mobile terminal can start the STK application.
Optionally, the PLMN list includes a PLMN permission list and a PLMN prohibition list, both of which include some preset PLMN data, the mobile terminal adds some preset PLMN data with an authority to start the STK application in the PLMN permission list in advance, compares the PLMN value read from the SIM card with the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN permission list, and if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is the same as one of the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN permission list, the mobile terminal may start the STK application. The mobile terminal adds some preset PLMN data with the permission of prohibiting starting the STK application in the PLMN forbidden list in advance, compares the PLMN value read from the SIM card with the preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN forbidden list, and prohibits starting the STK application if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is the same as one of the preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN forbidden list. The mobile terminal may set only the PLMN permission list or only the PLMN prohibition list, or may set both the PLMN permission list and the PLMN prohibition list.
The SIM card is also called as a user identity identification card and an intelligent card, can be used for identifying the identity of a global system for mobile communication network client, and encrypts voice information when the client calls.
The SIM card information includes MCC (Mobile Country Code), for example, the MCC in china is 460, and MNC (Mobile Network Code) is used to identify the Mobile communication Network to which the Mobile subscriber belongs, and includes 2-3 digits. For example, the china mobile system uses 00, 02, 04, 07 as the MNC, the china tong GSM system uses 01, 06, 09 as the MNC, the china telecommunications CDMA system uses 03, 05 as the MNC, the telecommunications 4G uses 11 as the MNC, and the china tong system uses 20 as the MNC. The MCC plus MNC form a PLMN, for example, the china unicom PLMN is 46001.
Step 202, reading the PLMN value in the SIM card.
For example, after the mobile terminal is inserted into the SIM card, the MCC and MNC related data information in the SIM card is read, and the read MCC and MNC data information are combined to obtain PLMN data. For example, the PLMN for chinese mobile is 46000.
Step 203, determining and querying the PLMN list according to the sign value, and comparing the PLMN value with the preset PLMN data to obtain a comparison result.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the mobile terminal performs step 301, reads a flag value, then performs step 302, obtains a PLMN value in the SIM card, performs step 303, determines whether the value set in the mobile terminal is a first flag value, if so, performs step 309, starts an STK application, if not, indicates that the flag value preset in the mobile terminal is a second flag value, performs step 304, queries a PLMN list, then performs steps 305 and 306, including querying a PLMN allowed list and a PLMN forbidden list, and performs step 307, compares the PLMN value read from the SIM card with preset PLMN data included in the PLMN list in the querying process, and determines whether the PLMN value is the same as one of the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN list.
And step 204, judging whether to start the STK application according to the comparison result.
For example, referring to fig. 3, step 308 is executed, if the PLMN value is the same as one of the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN list, if the PLMN is compared with the PLMN permission list, step 309 is executed to start the STK application, and if the PLMN is compared with the prohibition list, step 310 is executed to prohibit the start of the STK application.
Optionally, if only the PLMN permission list is set in the mobile terminal, the PLMN permission list is queried, and in the querying process, the PLMN data read from the SIM card is compared with the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN permission list, and if the PLMN data read from the SIM card is the same as one of the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN permission list, the mobile terminal may start the STK application, otherwise, if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is not the same as all the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN permission list, the mobile terminal may not start the STK application.
Optionally, if only the PLMN prohibition list is set in the mobile terminal, the PLMN prohibition list is queried, and in the querying process, the PLMN data read from the SIM card is compared with the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN prohibition list, and if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is the same as one of the preset PLMN data included in the PLMN prohibition list, the mobile terminal prohibits starting the STK application.
Optionally, if both the PLMN permission list and the PLMN prohibition list are set in the mobile terminal, both the PLMN permission list and the PLMN prohibition list are queried, and compares the PLMN data read from the SIM card with preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN prohibit list and the PLMN allow list during the inquiry, if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is identical to one of the preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN allow list, and the PLMN value read from the SIM card is different from all preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN inhibition list, the mobile terminal may start the STK application, if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is identical to one of the preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN inhibition list, and simultaneously, if the PLMN value read from the SIM card is different from all the preset PLMN data contained in the PLMN permission list, the mobile terminal prohibits starting the STK application.
In order to better implement the above method, an embodiment of the present invention may further provide a device for restricting starting of an STK application, where the device for restricting starting of an STK application may be specifically integrated in a network device, and the network device may be a terminal or another device.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus for restricting the start-up STK may include: the setting unit 401, the reading unit 402, the comparing unit 403, and the judging unit 404 are as follows:
(1) setting unit 401

(2) Reading unit 402
A reading unit 402, configured to read the PLMN value in the SIM card.
For example, after the SIM card is inserted into the mobile terminal, the reading unit 402 reads the MCC data information and the MNC data information contained in the SIM card, and combines the MCC data information and the MNC data information to form the PLMN value.
(3) Contrast unit 403
A comparing unit 403, configured to determine to query the PLMN list according to the flag value, compare the PLMN value with the preset PLMN data, and obtain a comparison result.
For example, if the comparing unit 403 determines that the flag value set in the mobile terminal is the second flag value, the comparing unit 403 may query the PLMN list, which includes the PLMN permission list and the PLMN prohibition list, and during the query, the comparing unit 403 may compare the PLMN value read by the reading unit 402 with the preset PLMN data set in the PLMN list by the setting unit 401, and determine whether the PLMN value is the same as one of the preset PLMN data.
(4) Judging unit 404
And a judging unit 404, configured to judge whether to start an STK application according to the comparison result.
For example, the determining unit 404 determines whether the PLMN value is compared with the PLMN permission list set by the setting unit 401 or the PLMN prohibition list in the comparing unit 403, if the PLMN permission list is compared and the PLMN value is the same as one of the preset PLMN data, the STK application is started, and if the PLMN permission list is compared and the PLMN value is the same as one of the preset PLMN data, the STK application is prohibited from being started.
