Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fire early warning, in particular to a light indicating device related to fire early warning.
Background
The electric wire fire is a common fire hazard, and mainly causes the electric wire to start heating and scalding when the power consumption exceeds the electric wire load, and a fire hazard is caused after a long time. However, current fire safety equipment does not have the function of early warning of a fire in an electric line.
Therefore, it is worth the thinking of those skilled in the art to design a device capable of warning the electric wire fire.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem of providing a light indicating device capable of early warning the fire of an electric wire.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a light indicating device, which is suitable for connecting an external electric wire loop and an electrical apparatus, and comprises a plug, a jack, a temperature sensor, a storage unit, a comparison unit, and an LED lamp. The plug is used for being inserted into the electric wire loop, and the main material of the plug is copper. The electrical equipment obtains the power provided by the wire loop through the jack, and the temperature sensor is connected to the plug to obtain a temperature value of the plug. The storage unit stores a normal temperature rise rate and a safe temperature rise range, the comparison unit is connected to the temperature sensor and the storage unit, and the comparison unit compares the difference between the actual temperature rise rate and the normal temperature rise rate of the temperature value of the plug. The LED lamp is electrically connected with the comparison unit. When the difference exceeds the safe temperature rise range, the comparison unit orders the LED lamp to be lightened.
In the above-mentioned light indicating device, the light indicating device includes a wireless communication unit and a positioning unit for positioning a position coordinate of the light indicating device, and the wireless communication unit is configured to transmit the position coordinate and the temperature value of the plug to an external server.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 1 is a block diagram of the light indicating device 10 of the present embodiment connected to the wire loop 7, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the wire loop 7, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of the light indicating device. The light indicating device 10 is adapted to connect at least one external wire loop 7 to an electrical device 8.
The light indicating device 10 includes a plug 11, a jack 12, a temperature sensor 13, a storage unit 15, a comparison unit 16, and an LED lamp 17. The plug 11 is used for being inserted into the wire loop 7, and the electrical equipment 8 obtains the power provided by the wire loop 7 through the jack 12, and the main material of the plug 11 is copper. The temperature sensor 13 is connected to the plug 11 to obtain a temperature value of the plug 11. A memory unit 15 stores a normal temperature rise rate and a safe temperature rise range, and the memory unit 15 is, for example, a flash memory. The LED lamp 17 is electrically connected to the comparison unit 16, the comparison unit 16 compares the difference between the actual rising rate of the temperature value of the plug 11 and the normal temperature rising rate, and when the difference exceeds the safe temperature rise range, the comparison unit 16 commands the LED lamp 17 to be turned on. Here, the comparison unit 16 is, for example, a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or a microprocessor unit (MPU).
Since the wire loop 7 and the plug 11 are both made of copper, the heat conduction rate is very fast, and when the wire loop 7 is energized to start heating the plug 11 will start heating, which will be reflected on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 13. When the actual rate of rise of the temperature value of the plug 11 exceeds the normal rate of rise of the temperature, this is indicative of a situation in which the power line circuit 7 may have a charge exceeding the load of the power line, which may be a precursor to a fire. Therefore, the comparison unit 16 compares the difference between the actual rising rate of the temperature value of the plug 11 and the normal temperature rising rate, and when the difference exceeds the safe temperature rise range recorded by the storage unit 15, the comparison unit 16 commands the LED lamp 17 to be turned on to remind people of paying attention. When the user notices the LED lamp 17 is illuminated, the user should immediately stop the use of the electrical equipment 8 and ask the professional to check the wire loop 7 to avoid further regret.
It should be noted that the reason why the power of the wire loop 7 exceeds the load of the wire may be many, for example, the wire loop 7 is bitten by a mouse to reduce the cross-sectional area of the wire. However, whatever the cause of the power exceeding the load of the electrical line, this will cause the actual rate of rise of the temperature value of the plug 11 to exceed the normal rate of rise of the temperature. Therefore, even if the user cannot visually observe the condition of the wire loop 7, the present invention can determine early whether the wire loop 7 has the problem of aging or corrosion. In addition, the normal temperature rise rate and the safe temperature rise range stored in the storage unit 15 may be values obtained by a manufacturer of the light indicating device 10 through a plurality of experiments in advance. In addition, the light indicating device 10 further includes a wireless communication unit 18, through the wireless communication unit 18, the light indicating device 10 can communicate with an external server 6, when the manufacturer has the latest experimental value, the normal temperature rise rate and the safe temperature rise range stored in the storage unit 15 can be updated synchronously. Here, the wireless communication unit 18 is, for example, a communication chip conforming to the IEEE802.11 standard.
In addition, the light indicating device 10 further includes a positioning unit (not shown) for positioning a position coordinate of the light indicating device, such as a GPS chip. The wireless communication unit 18 is used to transmit the position coordinates and the temperature value of the plug to the server 6. Thus, if a portable electronic device (e.g., a smart phone) of a user is connected to the server 6 via a network, the user can know the temperature value of the plug 11 and the rate of increase of the temperature value even when the user is not at home.
Although the present disclosure has been described above, the scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one of ordinary skill in the pertinent art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure, and these changes and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
