If the dishes ordered by the user are not served completely when the second recommendation information is triggered and pushed, the situation that parts of the dishes are difficult to make may occur, or the possibility that the dish serving/eating time is long is high because the ordering amount of the user is large, the judgment and the diner may not be met at this time, and the dishes with the taste close to that of the ordered dishes are recommended to the user according to the taste of the ordered dishes ordered by the user, so that the user can select the dishes conveniently.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, as shown in fig. 5, the application scenario is a meal gathering and ordering, and the order processing method specifically includes:
step S502, a first person scans codes and orders, and enters an ordering page;
step S504, generating order draft and informing others to enter a ordering page, recording the identity of a user entering the ordering page, and displaying a head portrait of the user;
step S506, recording the ordering content and the number of each user entering the ordering page;
step S508, the system front end updates the latest ordering result in real time and automatically refreshes;
step S510, any user submits an order to a payment page, and the order is locked to be not modifiable;
step S512, judging the payment state information of the user; if the user selects the on-site payment, go to step S514; if the user selects postprandial payment, proceed to step S518; if the user chooses not to pay, returning to the step S506;
step S514, the order submitter completes payment;
step S516, sending a notification message to the waiter terminal restaurant system to receive the catering order;
step S518, sending a notification message to the waiter terminal restaurant system to receive the catering order;
step S520, receiving payment completion information of the order submitter.
In the embodiment, a first person in a diner consumer scans a code of a two-dimensional code on a dining table, enters an order page of the dining table pair for dish selection, the order page generates an order draft when a person is identified to visit the order page, other consumers eating on the same table scan the two-dimensional code and enter the generated order draft page, the names/unit prices/quantities of optional dishes selected by other people are checked, or dishes and the quantities thereof can be selected or modified by self, and dish remarks are filled. Any visitor in the ordering page will generate a unique access ID, wherein the ID identified by the WeChat code authorization and the acquired head portrait information will be stored in. After the consumer selects the name and the number of the dishes, the system automatically records the name and the number of the ordered dishes, the ID and the head portrait of the ordering user (the user can obtain WeChat and does not display others), the dish remark requirement, meanwhile, the total ordering price is summarized and calculated, and the name and the number of the ordered dishes, the unit price, the total price, the ID and the head portrait of the ordering user, the dish remark requirement and the order total price are displayed in real time at the user terminal after the processing result is completed. At this point, the dish content in the order may still be modified unless the order is submitted locked. After determining that dishes are ordered, consumers on site submit the whole order to a payment page by any one person, and the payment is divided into 3 scenes and modes:
1) when the dish needs to be changed again, the user chooses not to pay and returns to the ordering page;
2) selecting postprandial payment which needs to be paid after meal, selecting the postprandial payment, sending order information to waiters and a kitchen for processing, scanning the dining table code by any user terminal after the catering consumption is finished, entering a payment page to finish payment, and then finishing the whole consumption process;
3) after payment is completed after the meal needs to be paid first, order information is sent to waiters and a kitchen for processing, and the whole consumption process is completed after the meal is finished.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an order processing system 600 including: a receiving unit 602, configured to receive an order establishment instruction; a generating unit 604, configured to generate order data and a corresponding order identifier according to the order establishing instruction, so that any terminal obtains the order data through the order identifier; a modifying unit 606, configured to receive a ordering instruction corresponding to the order identifier sent by any terminal, and modify order data according to the ordering instruction; the pushing unit 608 is configured to push the modified order data to all terminals that acquire the order data.
In this embodiment, the order processing system receives an order establishment instruction from any user terminal, and generates order data according to the order establishment instruction, where each order data has a corresponding and unique order identifier. After the order data and the order identifier are generated, any other terminal can acquire the order data through the order identifier and modify the order data by sending an order instruction corresponding to the order identifier. After the order processing system receives the order ordering instruction from any terminal, target order data are determined according to the order identification corresponding to the order ordering instruction, the order data are modified according to the order ordering instruction, and the modified order data are synchronously pushed to all terminals which acquire the order data, so that the order data in all terminals participating in order ordering are synchronously updated. By applying the technical scheme provided by the invention, the order identifications corresponding to the orders one by one are generated after the orders are established, and any order participant except the order establisher accesses and acquires order data through the order identifications, wherein all the order participants can modify the order data in real time, and when the order data changes under the order ordering instruction of any order participant, the system synchronously pushes the modified order data to the terminals of all the order participants so as to ensure the information communication efficiency among the order participants and improve the convenience degree of information communication during order placement.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention, a computer device 700 is provided, where the computer device 700 includes a processor 702, and the processor 702 is configured to implement the order processing method provided in any of the above embodiments when executing a computer program stored in a memory 704, so that the computer device includes all the beneficial effects of the order processing method provided in any of the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In an embodiment of the fourth aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the order processing method provided in any of the above embodiments, so that the computer-readable storage medium includes all the beneficial effects of the order processing method provided in any of the above embodiments, and details are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
receiving an order establishing instruction;
generating order data and a corresponding order mark according to the order establishing instruction so that any terminal can obtain the order data through the order mark;
receiving an order ordering instruction corresponding to the order identification sent by any one terminal, modifying the order data according to the order ordering instruction, and pushing the modified order data to all the terminals for obtaining the order data.
2. The order processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving an order submitting instruction corresponding to the order identification, and controlling the order data to enter a locking state.
3. The order processing method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of controlling the order data to enter a locked state, the order processing method further comprises:
feeding bill information back to the terminal corresponding to the order submitting instruction according to the order submitting instruction;
and receiving payment state information corresponding to the bill information, and executing corresponding operation according to the payment state information.
4. The order processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a continuous ordering instruction, acquiring an order state corresponding to the order information according to the continuous ordering instruction, and acquiring real-time order information;
and determining first recommendation information according to the order state and the real-time order information, and sending the first recommendation information to a terminal corresponding to the order continuation instruction.
5. The order processing method according to claim 3, wherein the payment status information is paid, and the step of executing the corresponding operation according to the payment status information specifically comprises:
and sending the order data to a preset target terminal, and sending an order completion notification to all the terminals which acquire the order data.
6. The order processing method according to claim 5, further comprising:
predicting the expected order duration corresponding to the order information according to the order information;
acquiring the actual order duration after the product corresponding to the order information starts to be produced;
and if the difference value between the actual order duration and the estimated order duration is smaller than the preset duration, determining second recommendation information, and sending the second recommendation information to all the terminals.
7. The order processing method according to claim 6, wherein the step of determining the second recommendation information specifically comprises:
if the production of the product corresponding to the order information is finished, acquiring a preset first product list, and generating second recommendation information according to the first product list;
and if the production of the product corresponding to the order information is not finished, determining a second product list according to the product information in the order information, and generating second recommendation information according to the second product list.
8. An order processing system, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving an order establishing instruction;
the generating unit is used for generating order data and a corresponding order identifier according to the order establishing instruction so that any terminal can obtain the order data through the order identifier;
the modification unit is used for receiving a ordering instruction which is sent by any one terminal and corresponds to the order identification, and modifying the order data according to the ordering instruction;
and the pushing unit is used for pushing the modified order data to all the terminals for acquiring the order data.
9. A computer arrangement, characterized in that the computer arrangement comprises a processor for implementing the order processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the order processing method of any of claims 1 to 7.
