carrying out digital signature processing on the message character string by adopting a digital certificate of an invoicing enterprise to obtain a signed character string;
performing digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a public key certificate of the billing two-dimensional code processing system to obtain a digital envelope packaged character string;
uploading the character string after the digital envelope is packed to a transaction information acquisition unit, and receiving an invoicing order ID number returned by the transaction information acquisition unit;
splicing the online code mark and the billing order ID number according to a specific format, and then performing encryption transformation to obtain an encrypted character string;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final online billing two-dimensional code character string;
and converting the final online billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an online billing two-dimensional code.
Further, the code scanning processing unit 223 includes an offline two-dimensional code verification module and an online two-dimensional code verification module;
the off-line two-dimension code verification module is used for completing off-line information verification when the two-dimension code marker bit is off-line code;
the online two-dimension code checking module is used for inquiring the information of the order to be invoiced according to the ID of the order to be invoiced and displaying the information to the user when the two-dimension code zone bit is online.
Further, the offline information verification comprises verification of enterprise information and validity of two-dimension code generating equipment information;
decrypting and checking signature of the extracted character strings after the digital envelopes are packed, and checking the integrity and the authenticity of the offline transaction data;
after verification, extracting an amount of invoices and a serial number of the receipt obtained in decryption and signature verification processing of the character string after the digital envelope is packaged;
inquiring other billing parameters set by the enterprise according to the tax number of the enterprise and the ID of the two-dimensional code generating equipment, and forming one-way user display of the billing data.

Claims (15)

1. An invoicing two-dimensional code processing method, the method comprising:
registering an enterprise account according to the application of an invoicing enterprise and binding two-dimensional code generating equipment;
issuing a digital certificate for the billing enterprise and filling the digital certificate and enterprise basic information into the two-dimensional code generating equipment to finish the initialization of the two-dimensional code generating equipment;
acquiring the input transaction amount and generating an invoicing two-dimensional code, wherein the invoicing two-dimensional code is divided into an online invoicing two-dimensional code and an offline invoicing two-dimensional code according to the network connection state of the two-dimensional code generating equipment;
the method for generating the offline billing two-dimensional code comprises the following steps:
the two-dimensional code generating equipment splices the received billing amount and the receipt serial number into a message character string with a fixed format;
carrying out digital signature processing on the message character string by adopting a digital certificate of an invoicing enterprise to obtain a signed character string;
performing digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a preset public key certificate to obtain a digital envelope packaged character string;
splicing the offline transaction control information and the character string after the digital envelopes are packaged, and performing encryption transformation to obtain an encrypted character string, wherein the offline transaction control information comprises an offline code mark, an enterprise tax number, a two-dimension code generating device ID and transaction time;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final offline billing two-dimensional code character string;
converting the final offline billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an offline billing two-dimensional code;
the online billing two-dimensional code generation method comprises the following steps:
the two-dimensional code generating device assembles billing information into a message character string with a fixed format;
carrying out digital signature processing on the message character string by adopting a digital certificate of an invoicing enterprise to obtain a signed character string;
performing digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a preset public key certificate to obtain a digital envelope packaged character string;
uploading the character string after the digital envelope is packed to a server system, and returning a unique transaction serial number after the information processing of the server system;
splicing the online code mark and the transaction serial number according to a specific format, and then performing encryption transformation to obtain an encrypted character string;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final online billing two-dimensional code character string;
converting the final online billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an online billing two-dimensional code;
receiving a request of a user for accessing the billing two-dimensional code to process the URL by scanning the billing two-dimensional code, decrypting access request parameters, obtaining plaintext data and checking, wherein the checking comprises checking a two-dimensional code mark, checking the offline two-dimensional code if the two-dimensional code mark is the offline two-dimensional code, and checking the online two-dimensional code if the two-dimensional code mark is the online two-dimensional code;
displaying the billing enterprise information and the transaction information after verification is passed;
and receiving invoice information input by a user, and completing invoice issuing application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the entered transaction amount, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps that an invoicing enterprise logs in an account to set invoicing parameters, wherein the invoicing parameters comprise an invoicing item, a specification model and an invoicer.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after completing the invoice application, the method further comprises:
and submitting the invoice issuing application to an invoice issuing server to finish invoice issuing, and obtaining an invoice issuing result.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the two-dimension code generating device generates a paper two-dimension code ticket for billing.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the transaction information comprises an invoicing item and an amount;
the invoice information comprises user invoice head-up information, mobile phone numbers and mailbox information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the server system information processing method includes:
decrypting and verifying the character string after the digital envelope is packaged to obtain plaintext data, and performing service verification on the plaintext data;
after verification is passed, inquiring other billing parameters set by the enterprise according to the tax number of the billing enterprise and the two-dimension code generating equipment ID, and generating an order to be billed together with the plaintext data;
and returning the ID number of the order to be invoiced as a unique transaction serial number.
7. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the billing information comprises billing enterprise tax number, billing amount, two-dimensional code generating equipment ID, receipt serial number and transaction time.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the verification in the billing enterprise information and transaction information is an offline two-dimensional code verification after the verification is passed, the method comprises:
checking the validity of the enterprise information and the two-dimension code generation equipment information;
decrypting and checking signature processing are carried out on the character strings after the digital envelopes are packed, and the integrity and the authenticity of the offline transaction data are checked;
after verification, extracting an amount of invoices and a serial number of the receipt obtained in decryption and signature verification processing of the character string after the digital envelope is packaged;
inquiring other billing parameters set by the enterprise according to the tax number of the enterprise and the ID of the two-dimensional code generating equipment, and forming one-way user display of the billing data.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the verification in the billing enterprise information and transaction information is an online two-dimensional code verification after the verification is passed, the method comprises:
inquiring the information of the substitute invoicing order according to the ID of the order to be invoiced, and displaying the information to the user.
10. The method according to claim 1 or 8, characterized in that:
the receipt serial number consists of a two-dimensional code generating device ID, a time stamp and a random number.
11. An invoicing two-dimensional code processing system which is characterized in that:
the system comprises one or more two-dimensional code generating devices and a control management platform, wherein the control management platform comprises a registration management unit, an invoicing management unit and a code scanning processing unit;
the two-dimensional code generation device is used for generating an invoicing two-dimensional code according to user input information and an invoicing two-dimensional code generation method, wherein the two-dimensional code generation device detects a networking state, generates an offline invoicing two-dimensional code when the two-dimensional code generation device is in an unconnected state, and generates an online invoicing two-dimensional code when the two-dimensional code generation device is in the networking state;
the two-dimension code generating device is used for splicing the received billing amount and the receipt serial number into a message character string with a fixed format when the offline billing two-dimension code is generated;
carrying out digital signature processing on the message character string by adopting a digital certificate of an invoicing enterprise to obtain a signed character string;
performing digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a public key certificate of the billing two-dimensional code processing system to obtain a digital envelope packaged character string;
the method comprises the steps of splicing offline transaction control information and the character strings after the digital envelopes are packaged, and then conducting encryption transformation to obtain encrypted character strings, wherein the offline transaction control information comprises an offline code mark, an enterprise tax number, a two-dimension code generating device ID and transaction time;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final offline billing two-dimensional code character string;
converting the final offline billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an offline billing two-dimensional code;
the two-dimension code generating device is used for assembling billing information into a message character string with a fixed format when the online billing two-dimension code is generated;
carrying out digital signature processing on the message character string by adopting a digital certificate of an invoicing enterprise to obtain a signed character string;
performing digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a public key certificate of the billing two-dimensional code processing system to obtain a digital envelope packaged character string;
uploading the character string after the digital envelope is packed to a transaction information acquisition unit, and receiving an invoicing order ID number returned by the transaction information acquisition unit;
splicing the online code mark and the billing order ID number according to a specific format, and then performing encryption transformation to obtain an encrypted character string;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final online billing two-dimensional code character string;
converting the final online billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an online billing two-dimensional code;
the registration management unit is used for completing account registration of an invoicing enterprise, issuing a digital certificate, binding two-dimension code generating equipment and initializing the two-dimension code generating equipment;
the billing management unit is used for providing user login, billing parameter setting and two-dimensional code generation equipment management functions for billing enterprises;
the code scanning processing unit is used for receiving a connection address access request acquired after the code scanning of a consumer, decrypting the access request parameters, acquiring plaintext data and checking;
the code scanning processing unit comprises an offline two-dimensional code verification module and an online two-dimensional code verification module; the off-line two-dimension code verification module is used for completing off-line information verification when the two-dimension code marker bit is off-line code; the online two-dimension code verification module is used for inquiring the information of the order to be billed according to the ID of the order to be billed and displaying the information to the user when the two-dimension code zone bit is online;
and the code scanning processing unit is used for displaying the invoicing enterprise information and the transaction information after verification is passed, receiving invoice information input by a user and finishing invoice issuing application.
12. The system according to claim 11, wherein:
the two-dimensional code generation equipment management comprises the steps that an invoicing enterprise sets the effective state of the two-dimensional code generation equipment at a server, and when the equipment state is set to be abnormal, the two-dimensional code generated on the two-dimensional code generation equipment cannot apply for invoicing.
13. The system according to claim 11, wherein:
the two-dimension code generating device provides a password management function, the device password is required to be input after the device is started, and the billing two-dimension code generating service is performed after verification is passed;
the two-dimension code generating device generates a paper two-dimension code ticket for making out a bill.
14. The system according to claim 11, wherein:
the control management platform further comprises a transaction information acquisition unit, wherein the transaction information acquisition unit is used for receiving transaction information uploaded by the two-dimension code generation equipment and generating an order to be billed at the server according to billing parameters set by enterprises.
15. The system according to claim 11, wherein:
the offline information verification comprises verification of the validity of enterprise information and two-dimensional code generation equipment information;
decrypting and checking signature of the extracted character strings after the digital envelopes are packed, and checking the integrity and the authenticity of the offline transaction data;
after verification, extracting an amount of invoices and a serial number of the receipt obtained in decryption and signature verification processing of the character string after the digital envelope is packaged;
inquiring other billing parameters set by the enterprise according to the tax number of the enterprise and the ID of the two-dimensional code generating equipment, and forming one-way user display of the billing data.
