Claims (21)

1. A billing two-dimensional code processing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the input transaction amount and generating an invoicing two-dimensional code;
receiving a request of a user for processing a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) by scanning the invoicing two-dimensional code to access the invoicing two-dimensional code, decrypting access request parameters to obtain plaintext data and verifying the plaintext data;
after the verification is passed, the billing enterprise information and the transaction information are displayed;
receiving invoice information input by a user, and completing invoice issuing application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the entered transaction amount, the method further comprises:
registering an enterprise account according to the application of an invoicing enterprise and binding two-dimensional code generating equipment;
issuing a digital certificate for the billing enterprise, filling the digital certificate and the enterprise basic information into the two-dimensional code generating equipment, and finishing initialization of the two-dimensional code generating equipment;
and setting billing parameters for the billing enterprise login account, wherein the billing parameters comprise billing items, specification models and billers.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein upon completion of the invoicing application, the method further comprises:
and submitting the invoice issuing application to an invoice issuing server to complete invoice issuing and obtain an invoice issuing result.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein:
the billing two-dimensional code is divided into an online billing two-dimensional code and an offline billing two-dimensional code according to the network connection state of the two-dimensional code generation equipment;
the two-dimensional code generating equipment generates a paper invoicing two-dimensional code receipt;
the checking comprises checking the two-dimension code mark, if the two-dimension code mark is an off-line two-dimension code, off-line two-dimension code checking is carried out, and if the two-dimension code mark is an on-line two-dimension code, on-line two-dimension code checking is carried out.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the transaction information comprises invoicing items and money;
the consumer invoice information comprises user invoice head-up information, a mobile phone number and mailbox information.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the off-line billing two-dimensional code generation method comprises:
the two-dimensional code generation equipment splices the received invoicing amount and the receipt serial number into a message character string with a fixed format;
adopting an invoicing enterprise digital certificate to carry out digital signature processing on the message character string to obtain a signed character string;
carrying out digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a preset public key certificate to obtain a packed character string of a digital envelope;
splicing off-line transaction control information and the character string after the digital envelope is packaged, and carrying out encryption transformation to obtain an encrypted character string;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final offline billing two-dimensional code character string;
and converting the final offline billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an offline billing two-dimensional code.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein:
the off-line transaction control information comprises an off-line code mark, an enterprise tax number, a two-dimension code generating equipment ID and transaction time.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the online invoicing two-dimensional code generation method comprises:
the two-dimensional code generating equipment assembles the billing information into a message character string with a fixed format;
adopting an invoicing enterprise digital certificate to carry out digital signature processing on the message character string to obtain a signed character string;
carrying out digital envelope processing on the signed character string by adopting a preset public key certificate to obtain a packed character string of a digital envelope;
uploading the character string after the digital envelope is packaged to a server system, and returning a unique transaction serial number after the information processing of the server system;
splicing the online code mark and the transaction serial number according to a specific format, and then carrying out encryption transformation to obtain an encrypted character string;
adding the encrypted character string as a parameter to the billing two-dimensional code processing URL to obtain a final online billing two-dimensional code character string;
and converting the final online billing two-dimensional code character string into a two-dimensional code picture to generate an online billing two-dimensional code.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the server-side system information processing method comprises:
decrypting and checking the packed character string of the digital envelope to obtain plaintext data, and then carrying out service check on the plaintext data;
after the verification is passed, inquiring other invoicing parameters set by the enterprise according to the tax number of the invoicing enterprise and the ID of the two-dimensional code generating equipment, and generating an order to be invoiced together with plaintext data;
and returning the ID number of the order to be invoiced as the unique transaction serial number.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein:
the billing information comprises a billing enterprise tax number, a billing amount, a two-dimensional code generating device ID, a receipt serial number and transaction time.
11. The method according to claim 6, wherein when the verification is passed and the verification in the invoicing enterprise information and the transaction information is displayed as an off-line two-dimensional code verification, the method comprises the following steps:
verifying the validity of the enterprise information and the two-dimensional code generation equipment information;
carrying out decryption and signature verification processing on the character string after the digital envelope is packaged, and verifying the integrity and authenticity of the off-line transaction data;
after the verification is passed, extracting the invoicing amount and the small ticket serial number obtained in the process of decrypting and checking the packaged character string of the digital envelope;
and inquiring other invoicing parameters set by the enterprise according to the enterprise tax number and the two-dimension code generating equipment ID, and forming invoicing order-ordering user display with the invoicing data.
12. The method of claim 8, wherein when the verification is passed and the verification in the invoiced enterprise information and transaction information is displayed as an online two-dimensional code verification, the method comprises the following steps:
and inquiring the information of the order to be invoiced according to the ID of the order to be invoiced and displaying the information of the order to be invoiced to the user.
