Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺。本发明阻燃环保皮革砖采用优质环保人造皮革和聚氨酯发泡材料,得到的阻燃环保皮革砖具有阻燃、无甲醛、无毒、无重金属、无塑化剂等特性,力学性能好,同时具有吸震、隔音、耐摩擦、防撞等效果,同时对皮革砖进行刺绣,由于皮革砖具有一定的厚度,其刺绣工艺高于传统的纸上或布上刺绣工艺,工序复杂,刺绣难度高。带刺绣的皮革砖能够提升档次,增加美感,可作为一种新型装修材料,应用于室内装修等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺。
背景技术
目前,市场上的墙面装饰材料主要有大理石、瓷砖、壁纸、油漆及涂料等。这些装饰材料多以保护墙体、美化室内、易清洗、抗水耐火等为目的。其中,只有硅藻土墙面具有净化空气、调湿、隔音等功能,但由于硅藻土强度较低,所制墙面易产生划痕,不利于清洗,并且其吸附效果相对较差,且功能有所欠缺,有一定的局限性。随着中国城市化建设一步快如一步,一座座高层建筑在城乡遍地而起,然而,随我国建筑及墙面装饰的快速发展,人们对生活质量要求的不断提高和环保意识的不断增强,对新型墙面装饰材料也提出了越来越高的要求,要求既要有质轻体薄及耐久性、耐污性的性能,又要有较强的抗开裂、抗老化性能;既要有可靠的防水抗渗性能,使墙体具有较长的整体使用寿命,又要符合绿色环保,无毒无害及安全防脱落的要求。加之墙面装饰的美丽与否直接关系到人们的心情和视觉感观,因此对墙体美观高雅的装饰效果提出了更高的要求,其饰面层材料的应用也引起了大家的高度关注。随着人们对居住环境装修的层次要求不断提高,对传统建筑贴面的大理石、花刚岩、瓷砖、马赛克、涂料等装饰材料的施工难度和环境污染提出了质疑,同时瓷质面砖的装饰功能单一,其自重较大,由此加大了墙体的整体重量,容易出现开裂、脱落等状况,存在维修困难,使用寿命短,以及安全隐患多的弊端。
迄今为止,建筑从业人员也针对传统的装修质量提出了很多方案,但大都因为粘贴费工费时,劳动强度大,生产成本高等弊端,而影响了建筑装修业的健康发展因此,有必要开发新型的绿色多功能墙面装饰材料,以满足市场需求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺。
所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.将需要刺绣的花型图案制作成绣花版带输入全自动电脑绣花机,定好起绣点,确定要绣的花型图案的刺绣面积和边框,设置线色顺序,铺上衬纸A;
Ⅱ.拉杆绣作一次,在衬纸A上绣好外框,剪掉外框,在衬纸A外围贴双面胶,在衬纸A底部铺入衬纸B,衬纸A上面贴上待绣阻燃环保皮革砖,对齐位置,拉杆作秀,即得带有刺绣的阻燃环保皮革砖。
所述阻燃环保皮革砖,包括人造皮革层和聚氨酯发泡材料层。
所述聚氨酯发泡材料的原料按质量份计,包括多元醇50-95份、异氰酸酯80-110份、发泡剂2-8份、扩链剂5-10份、交联剂1-5份、稳定剂1-3份、催化剂0.2-0.8份、抗菌剂0.2-0.8份、阻燃剂8-16份、醛类捕捉剂0.1-0.5份。
所述阻燃环保皮革砖的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、发泡剂、扩链剂、交联剂、稳定剂、催化剂、抗菌剂、醛类捕捉剂混合,在50-60℃下进行搅拌,混匀后得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入阻燃剂,混匀后再加入异氰酸酯,在50-60℃下搅拌5-10s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于40-60℃的干燥箱中预热6-12min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在40-60℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25-35℃下熟化6-12min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。
优选地,所述聚氨酯发泡材料的原料按质量份计,包括多元醇50-95份、异氰酸酯80-110份、改性异氰酸酯0.2-0.8份、发泡剂2-8份、扩链剂5-10份、交联剂1-5份、稳定剂1-3份、催化剂0.2-0.8份、抗菌剂0.2-0.8份、阻燃剂8-16份、醛类捕捉剂0.1-0.5份。
所述阻燃环保皮革砖的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、发泡剂、扩链剂、交联剂、稳定剂、催化剂、抗菌剂、醛类捕捉剂混合,在50-60℃下进行搅拌,混匀后得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入阻燃剂,混匀后得到混合物a;将异氰酸酯、改性异氰酸酯混合,在50-60℃下进行搅拌,混匀后得到混合物b;向混合物a中加入混合物b,在50-60℃下搅拌5-10s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于40-60℃的干燥箱中预热6-12min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在40-60℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25-35℃下熟化6-12min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。
所述多元醇包括密胺多元醇和/或含磷聚醚多元醇。
优选地,所述多元醇由密胺多元醇、含磷聚醚多元醇按(1-5):(1-5)的质量比混合而成。
所述异氰酸酯包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
所述发泡剂包括碳酸氢钠、硅酸钠、去离子水、二氯四氟乙烷、三氯氟甲烷中的一种或多种。
所述扩链剂为乙二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇中的一种或多种。
所述交联剂为三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、叔丁基过氧异丙烯碳酸酯中的一种或多种。
所述稳定剂为二甲基油、二乙基硅油、苯甲基硅油、聚二乙基硅油中的一种或多种。
所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、双吗啉基二乙基醚、辛锡亚酸、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、三乙烯二胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
所述抗菌剂为嘧啶硫铜锌、氧化锌、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯的一种或多种
所述阻燃剂包括二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三苯酯的一种或多种。
所述醛类捕捉剂包括3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述醛类捕捉剂由3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼按(1-5):(1-5):(1-5)的质量比混合而成。
所述密胺多元醇的制备方法为:将三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、丙二醇、甲醇混合,所述三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、丙二醇、甲醇的质量比为(2-5):(4-8):(3-6):(4-8),得到混合料,接着调节体系的pH为9-9.5,在60-75℃下反应2-5h,接着调节体系pH为3-4,在60-75℃下继续反应1-4h,减压蒸馏,收集馏出液,调节馏出液的pH为8-9,浓缩至含水量为0.3-0.7wt%,即得。
所述含磷聚醚多元醇的制备方法为:
Ⅰ.将三羟甲基氧磷、氢氧化钾按质量比(5-10):1混合,在氮气的保护下,置于60-75℃下反应0.5-2.5h,得到反应物A,接着向反应物A中加入反应物A质量10-20%的环氧丙烷,维持转速不变,在100-115℃、绝对压强为0.2-0.6Mpa的条件下继续反应1-4h,得到反应物B,再向反应物B中加入磷酸、N,N-二甲基环己胺,所述反应物B、磷酸、N,N-二甲基环己胺的质量比为10:(0.5-2):(0.5-1.5),混匀后抽滤,去除滤液后得到滤渣;
Ⅱ.向上述滤渣中加入滤渣质量20-40倍的水,先超声分散20-40min,接着微波处理5-20min,抽滤,去除滤液后即得。
所述改性异氰酸酯的制备方法为:
Ⅰ.将八甲基环四硅氧烷、浓硫酸按100:(2-5)的质量比混合,在60-75℃下搅拌反应20-40min,得到反应液,再加入反应液质量5-10%的四甲基二氢二硅氧烷,维持温度和转速不变,继续搅拌反应3-7h,降温至20-35℃后,用碳酸氢钠调节pH至7,经过滤、旋蒸,得到产物A;
Ⅱ.将产物A、烯丙基胺、氯铂酸按100:(3-8):(0.001-0.003)的质量比混合,在45-55℃下搅拌反应3-7h,得到产物B;
Ⅲ.先将产物B置于115-125℃、绝对压强为0.05-0.08Mpa的条件下减压脱水2-6h,得到脱水产物,接着加入脱水产物质量90-120倍的异氰酸酯,在75-85℃下搅拌反应2-8h,即得。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明阻燃环保皮革砖采用优质环保人造皮革和聚氨酯发泡材料,得到的阻燃环保皮革砖具有阻燃、无甲醛、无毒、无重金属、无塑化剂等特性,力学性能好,同时具有吸震、隔音、耐摩擦、防撞等效果,同时对皮革砖进行刺绣,由于皮革砖具有一定的厚度,其刺绣工艺高于传统的纸上或布上刺绣工艺,工序复杂,刺绣难度高。带刺绣的皮革砖能够提升档次,增加美感,可作为一种新型装修材料,应用于室内装修等领域。

所述聚氨酯发泡材料由以下质量份原料制备而成:多元醇70份、甲苯二异氰酸酯85份、去离子水5份、1,4-丁二醇7份、三乙醇胺3份、苯甲基硅油2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯0.5份、二乙基次磷酸锌5份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯5份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼0.1份、碳酰肼0.1份、己二酸二酰肼0.1份。
所述多元醇由密胺多元醇、含磷聚醚多元醇按1:1的质量比混合而成。
所述密胺多元醇的制备方法为:
将三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、丙二醇、甲醇混合,所述三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、丙二醇、甲醇的质量比为3:6:4:6,得到混合料,接着向混合料中加入20wt%氢氧化钠溶液,调节体系的pH为9.5,在65℃、80r/min的条件下反应2h,接着用35%盐酸溶液调节体系pH为3.5,在65℃、80r/min的条件下继续反应1h,再在30℃、绝对压强为0.02MPa的条件下进行减压蒸馏,直至馏出液质量为混合料质量的30%,收集馏出液,用20wt%氢氧化钠溶液调节馏出液的pH为8.5,最后置于在55℃、绝对压强为0.05MPa的条件下浓缩至含水量为0.6wt%,即得。
所述含磷聚醚多元醇的制备方法为:
Ⅰ.将三羟甲基氧磷、氢氧化钾按质量比6:1混合,在氮气的保护下,置于65℃、80r/min的条件下搅拌0.5h,得到反应物A,接着向反应物A中加入反应物A质量15%的环氧丙烷,维持转速不变,在110℃、绝对压强为0.2Mpa的条件下反应1h,得到反应物B,再向反应物B中加入磷酸、N,N-二甲基环己胺,所述反应物B、磷酸、N,N-二甲基环己胺的质量比为10:0.8:1,置于60℃、80r/min的条件下搅拌0.5h,抽滤,去除滤液后得到滤渣;
Ⅱ.向上述滤渣中加入滤渣质量30倍的去离子水,先在35℃下超声分散30min,所述超声处理的超声功率为400W、超声频率为28kHz,接着在35℃、微波功率为560W的条件下微波处理10min,抽滤,去除滤液后即得。

Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、去离子水、1,4-丁二醇、三乙醇胺、苯甲基硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼混合,在50℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌4min,得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺磷酸酯,维持温度和转速不变,继续搅拌4min,再加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,在55℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌5s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于50℃的干燥箱中预热8min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在50℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25℃下熟化8min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。

Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于50℃的干燥箱中预热8min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在50℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25℃下熟化8min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。

Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、去离子水、1,4-丁二醇、三乙醇胺、苯甲基硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯混合,在50℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌4min,得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺磷酸酯,维持温度和转速不变,继续搅拌4min,再加入异氰酸酯,在55℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌5s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于50℃的干燥箱中预热8min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在50℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25℃下熟化8min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。

与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述多元醇为密胺多元醇。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述多元醇为含磷聚醚多元醇。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述聚氨酯发泡材料由以下质量份原料制备而成:多元醇70份、甲苯二异氰酸酯85份、改性甲苯二异氰酸酯0.5份、去离子水5份、1,4-丁二醇7份、三乙醇胺3份、苯甲基硅油2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯0.5份、二乙基次磷酸锌5份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯5份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼0.1份、碳酰肼0.1份、己二酸二酰肼0.1份。
所述改性异氰酸酯的制备方法为:
Ⅰ.将八甲基环四硅氧烷、浓硫酸按100:3的质量比混合,在65℃、80r/min的条件下搅拌反应30min,得到反应液,再加入反应液质量7%的四甲基二氢二硅氧烷,维持温度和转速不变,继续搅拌反应5h,降温至25℃后用碳酸氢钠调节pH为7,接着采用聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜为过滤膜,置于30℃、绝对压强为0.12Mpa的条件下进行过滤,所得滤液再在130℃、绝对压强为0.09Mpa的条件下旋蒸4h,得到产物A;
Ⅱ.将产物A、烯丙基胺、氯铂酸按100:6:0.002的质量比混合,在50℃、80r/min的条件下搅拌反应4h,得到产物B;
Ⅲ.将上述产物B置于120℃、绝对压强为0.08Mpa的条件下减压脱水2h,得到脱水产物,接着加入脱水产物质量100倍的甲苯二异氰酸酯,在80℃、80r/min的条件下搅拌反应2h,即得。
所述阻燃环保皮革砖的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、去离子水、1,4-丁二醇、三乙醇胺、苯甲基硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼混合,在50℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌4min,得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺磷酸酯,维持温度和转速不变,继续搅拌4min,得到混合物a;将甲苯二异氰酸酯、改性甲苯二异氰酸酯混合,在50℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌4min得到混合物b;向混合物a中加入混合物b,在55℃、250r/min的条件下搅拌5s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于50℃的干燥箱中预热8min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在50℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25℃下熟化8min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。
测试例1
甲醛释放量:按标准GB/T 18580-2001的规定,对本发明中阻燃环保皮革砖中聚氨酯发泡材料的甲醛释放量进行测定,具体测试结果见表1。

由测试结果可知,实施例1中聚氨酯发泡材料采用3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼组合的醛类捕捉剂,其除甲醛效果优于实施例2-4(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼任意两种组合的醛类捕捉剂)和未采用醛类捕捉剂的对比例1。
测试例2
氧指数测定:根据标准GB/T2406.2-2009的规定,采用氧指数测定仪(型号为JF-3型,购自南京江宁分析仪器厂)对本发明中测试阻燃环保皮革砖中聚氨酯发泡材料的氧指数进行测定,具体测试结果见表2。

由测试结果可知,实施例1中聚氨酯发泡材料所用多元醇由密胺多元醇、含磷聚醚多元醇混合而成,其氧指数高于实施例5-6(多元醇为密胺多元醇、含磷聚醚多元醇中的一种);而实施例7加入改性异氰酸酯,使得聚氨酯发泡材料具有更加优异的阻燃性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.将需要刺绣的花型图案制作成绣花版带输入全自动电脑绣花机,定好起绣点,确定要绣的花型图案的刺绣面积和边框,设置线色顺序,铺上衬纸A;
Ⅱ.拉杆绣作一次,在衬纸A上绣好外框,剪掉外框,在衬纸A外围贴双面胶,在衬纸A底部铺入衬纸B,衬纸A上面贴上待绣阻燃环保皮革砖,对齐位置,拉杆作秀,即得带有刺绣的阻燃环保皮革砖;
所述阻燃环保皮革砖,包括人造皮革层和聚氨酯发泡材料层;
所述聚氨酯发泡材料的原料按质量份计,包括多元醇50-95份、异氰酸酯80-110份、发泡剂2-8份、扩链剂5-10份、交联剂1-5份、稳定剂1-3份、催化剂0.2-0.8份、抗菌剂0.2-0.8份、阻燃剂8-16份、醛类捕捉剂0.1-0.5份。
2.如权利要求1所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述多元醇包括密胺多元醇和/或含磷聚醚多元醇。
3.如权利要求2所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述密胺多元醇的制备方法为:将三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、丙二醇、甲醇混合,所述三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、丙二醇、甲醇的质量比为(2-5):(4-8):(3-6):(4-8),得到混合料,接着调节体系的pH为9-9.5,在60-75℃下反应2-5h,接着调节体系pH为3-4,在60-75℃下继续反应1-4h,减压蒸馏,收集馏出液,调节馏出液的pH为8-9,浓缩至含水量为0.3-0.7wt%,即得。
4.如权利要求2所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述含磷聚醚多元醇的制备方法为:
Ⅰ.将三羟甲基氧磷、氢氧化钾按质量比(5-10):1混合,在氮气的保护下,置于60-75℃下反应0.5-2.5h,得到反应物A,接着向反应物A中加入反应物A质量10-20%的环氧丙烷,维持转速不变,在100-115℃、绝对压强为0.2-0.6Mpa的条件下继续反应1-4h,得到反应物B,再向反应物B中加入磷酸、N,N-二甲基环己胺,所述反应物B、磷酸、N,N-二甲基环己胺的质量比为10:(0.5-2):(0.5-1.5),混匀后抽滤,去除滤液后得到滤渣;
Ⅱ.向上述滤渣中加入滤渣质量20-40倍的水,先超声分散20-40min,接着微波处理5-20min,抽滤,去除滤液后即得。
5.如权利要求1所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯发泡材料的原料还包括0.2-0.5份的改性异氰酸酯,所述改性异氰酸酯的制备方法为:
Ⅰ.将八甲基环四硅氧烷、浓硫酸按100:(2-5)的质量比混合,在60-75℃下搅拌反应20-40min,得到反应液,再加入反应液质量5-10%的四甲基二氢二硅氧烷,维持温度和转速不变,继续搅拌反应3-7h,降温至20-35℃后,用碳酸氢钠调节pH至7,经过滤、旋蒸,得到产物A;
Ⅱ.将产物A、烯丙基胺、氯铂酸按100:(3-8):(0.001-0.003)的质量比混合,在45-55℃下搅拌反应3-7h,得到产物B;
Ⅲ.先将产物B置于115-125℃、绝对压强为0.05-0.08Mpa的条件下减压脱水2-6h,得到脱水产物,接着加入脱水产物质量90-120倍的异氰酸酯,在75-85℃下搅拌反应2-8h,即得。
6.如权利要求1所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述发泡剂包括碳酸氢钠、硅酸钠、去离子水、二氯四氟乙烷、三氯氟甲烷中的一种或多种;
所述扩链剂为乙二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇中的一种或多种;
所述交联剂为三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、叔丁基过氧异丙烯碳酸酯中的一种或多种;
所述稳定剂为二甲基油、二乙基硅油、苯甲基硅油、聚二乙基硅油中的一种或多种;
所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、双吗啉基二乙基醚、辛锡亚酸、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、三乙烯二胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种;
所述抗菌剂为嘧啶硫铜锌、氧化锌、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯的一种或多种;
所述阻燃剂包括二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三苯酯的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述醛类捕捉剂包括3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰肼、碳酰肼、己二酸二酰肼中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述阻燃环保皮革砖的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、发泡剂、扩链剂、交联剂、稳定剂、催化剂、抗菌剂、醛类捕捉剂混合,在50-60℃下进行搅拌,混匀后得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入阻燃剂,混匀后再加入异氰酸酯,在50-60℃下搅拌5-10s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于40-60℃的干燥箱中预热6-12min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在40-60℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25-35℃下熟化6-12min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。
9.如权利要求5所述阻燃环保皮革砖的刺绣工艺,其特征在于,所述阻燃环保皮革砖的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ.按质量份比例称取聚氨酯发泡材料中各原料组分,先将多元醇、发泡剂、扩链剂、交联剂、稳定剂、催化剂、抗菌剂、醛类捕捉剂混合,在50-60℃下进行搅拌,混匀后得到混合料,接着向所得混合料中加入阻燃剂,混匀后得到混合物a;将异氰酸酯、改性异氰酸酯混合,在50-60℃下进行搅拌,混匀后得到混合物b;向混合物a中加入混合物b,在50-60℃下搅拌5-10s,得到聚氨酯发泡材料;
Ⅱ.将人造皮革置于40-60℃的干燥箱中预热6-12min,得到预热皮革,接着将预热皮革覆盖在40-60℃模具上,加入聚氨酯发泡材料进行发泡,最后在25-35℃下熟化6-12min,得到阻燃环保皮革砖。
