Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of zippers, and particularly relates to a reinforcing adhesive tape for a zipper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The zipper is an important auxiliary material part in the clothes, particularly the front fly part of the coat, and more than 90 percent of the zipper is used as an auxiliary material part for opening and closing the clothes.
The position of the opening is used as an important component of the opening zipper and mainly comprises a socket, a plug, a reinforcing adhesive tape and the like. Wherein the raw and other materials of socket and bolt divide into metal material and plastics material two kinds, combines with the reinforcing sticky tape through the mode of physics impact effect or moulding plastics respectively, inserts or extracts the socket inner chamber through the bolt and realizes the opening and the closure effect of zip fastener. Because the plug and the socket are combined with the reinforced adhesive tape, the physical strength and the high-temperature-resistant washing and ironing performance of the reinforced adhesive tape directly influence the service life of the zipper.
The existing reinforced adhesive tape for the zipper is divided into two realization schemes, wherein one scheme is that the surface of a terylene fabric is coated with hot melt adhesive and then is cut into the size of the reinforced adhesive tape for the zipper; the other method is to adopt PU glue to coat and then prepare a film with certain thickness, then coat hot melt adhesive on the film and cut the film into the size of stronger adhesive tape.
The polyester reinforced adhesive tape scheme has the main defects that the polyester reinforced adhesive tape is easy to lose hair after being used for washing clothes or plugging and unplugging a socket and a plug for a long time, and meanwhile, the polyester reinforced adhesive tape is required to be dyed due to color matching with a cloth belt of a zipper, the color matching has certain uniqueness, the management cost is high, and the polyester reinforced adhesive tape is easy to lose color after being ironed at high temperature. For the PU reinforced adhesive tape, the high temperature deformation resistance is poor, the tear resistance and the torsion resistance of the adhesive tape are low, and the PU film can generate certain deformation due to high temperature ironing and high temperature garment dyeing of high temperature film pasting or garment pasting, so that the phenomena of film peeling, curling and the like are caused.

Cutting the manufactured reinforced adhesive tape according to the specification and size required by the zipper sticking film, sticking and stamping on an ultrasonic sticking film machine, setting the curing and welding time to be 100ms and the cooling time to be 4 seconds, and punching a plug and a socket after sticking to obtain a finished product zipper, wherein the air pressure of the equipment is 0.4-0.5 MPa.
Example 6
According to the weight ratio, 85 parts of polyurethane, 15 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, KH-5500.8 parts of silane coupling agent and 801.0 parts of antioxidant are fully blended and stirred uniformly, then the mixture is coated on centrifugal paper, then the temperature is set to be 100-120 ℃ on a coating machine, a scraper is controlled to adjust the coating thickness, and the film with the thickness of 0.15mm is prepared by drying. Then, a glass fiber mesh cloth (diameter of the stranded fiber is 0.02mm, mesh specification is 2mm in distance between the radial direction and the latitudinal direction, specifically see fig. 1) is flatly laid on the dried film, the blended polymer configured in the previous step is continuously coated on the glass fiber mesh cloth, so that the blended glue is completely immersed in the glass fiber mesh cloth, and the scraper is adjusted again to prepare a matrix film layer with the thickness of 0.3 mm. And finally, melting the PES hot melt adhesive at 150-180 ℃, coating the PES hot melt adhesive on a semi-finished film, controlling a scraper to control the thickness of a hot melt adhesive layer to be 0.03-0.04 mm, and drying the PES hot melt adhesive layer at 80 ℃ to finally prepare the finished reinforced adhesive tape film.
Physical and chemical properties and finished product yield:
the finished film and the 5# split zipper after being attached are subjected to correlation performance test, and specific test items, test standard numbers, requirements and test results are shown in the following tables 1 and 2.
TABLE 1 test items and Standard requirements
Table 2 example test results
According to the test results, the proportion range of the prior formula is as follows: 75-80 parts of polyurethane, 20-25 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 78-0.5 part of silane coupling agent A1510.3 and 10100.5-0.7 part of antioxidant.
As can be seen from table 2, after the reinforced adhesive tape for a zipper is attached to a zipper and made into a finished product, the split horizontal pulling strength of the reinforced adhesive tape for a zipper can reach 200 to 220N (120N in the industry standard), and the socket displacement strength of the reinforced adhesive tape for a zipper can reach 180 to 200N (100N in the industry standard).
Comparative example 1
The polyester fiber or nylon fiber is woven into mesh cloth with the same specification to serve as a reinforcing material, the reinforcing adhesive tape is prepared from other materials according to the method in the embodiment 2, the mesh cloth is attached to a No. 5 separating zipper, square bolts are arranged, the separating horizontal pulling strength of the separating zipper is 140-170N, and the socket displacement strength is 130-160N. Meanwhile, compared with glass fiber mesh cloth, the terylene and the chinlon fibers have lower physical properties and have the problem of shrinkage, so that the frosted glue can shrink and curl when being ironed by high-temperature steam at 120 ℃.
Comparative example 2
The reinforced tape prepared as in example 3, without the addition of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, resulted in a less tough finished sanded tape that was easily torn. Therefore, through producing the zip fastener that is made, through detecting the strong power of split end flat-draw and socket displacement, the sample that the test broke shows that socket and bolt all do not drop, but the reinforcing sticky tape can tear the destruction because toughness is not enough. Through testing, the tail opening horizontal pulling strength is within the range of 130-150N, the socket displacement strength is within the range of 120-140N, and the socket displacement strength is only slightly higher than the requirement of the industrial standard
Comparative example 3
A reinforced tape was prepared as in example 2, but without the addition of the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and the fiberglass scrim.
Since the reinforced adhesive tape obtained in this comparative example was not modified or performance-enhanced by using the TPU film as it is, it had relatively low tear strength after being applied, and was generally tough and more susceptible to embrittlement, particularly in a low-temperature environment. By testing that the tail opening horizontal pulling strength is within the range of 110-140N, the socket displacement strength is within the range of 100-120N, and an unqualified result can also occur according to the requirements of the industry standard.
