Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of printer painting and calligraphy ink suitable for rice paper, which comprises the following steps: adding the pigment and the dispersing agent into deionized water at normal temperature, and continuously grinding after ultrasonic dispersion to prepare pigment dispersion liquid; adding phthalate into deionized water, stirring uniformly, heating to 70-80 ℃, adding colloid, heating to 80-100 ℃, stirring until the colloid is completely dissolved, cooling to normal temperature, slowly adding pigment dispersion, and stirring uniformly at normal temperature; then sequentially adding a surfactant, a humectant, a preservative and deionized water, heating to 80-100 ℃, and stirring for reaction to obtain an ink solution; and cooling and standing the ink solution, and filtering to obtain the painting and calligraphy ink. The invention enables the pigment to be more uniformly dispersed in the solution, and the prepared painting and calligraphy ink has good printing fluency and high color fastness of printed picture quality.

s3, sequentially adding a surfactant, a humectant, a preservative and deionized water, heating to 80-100 ℃, and stirring for reaction to obtain an ink solution;
and S4, cooling and standing the ink solution obtained in the step S3, and filtering with a filter membrane to obtain the painting and calligraphy ink.
Preferably, the mass percentages of the raw materials of the painting and calligraphy ink are as follows: 5-20% of pigment, 2-10% of dispersant, 0.5-2% of phthalate, 10-15% of colloid, 0.5-5% of surfactant, 0.5-2% of humectant, 0.5-2% of preservative and the balance of deionized water.

The mass percent of each raw material of the printer painting and calligraphy ink suitable for rice paper is as follows: 18% of pigment red 176, 5% of dispersing agent, 1% of phthalate, 11% of Arabic gum, 0.8% of cationic surfactant, 0.6% of humectant, 1.2% of borneol and the balance of deionized water, wherein the pigment red 176 is an azo pigment.

Evaluation of ink Properties of painting and calligraphy
1) Ink storage stability of painting and calligraphy
The inks prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 were sealed, placed in a 50 ℃ oven and a-20 ℃ refrigerator, and stored for 100 days, the inks were free from delamination, did not deteriorate, had uniform color, and could be printed normally, and the maximum particle size change in the inks before and after the test was not significant, and the change range of the ink viscosity was within ± 15%, indicating that the inks prepared by the present invention still have good storage stability in high temperature and low temperature environments.
2) Painting and calligraphy ink intermittent printing effect
The inks prepared in examples 1 to 3 were printed normally after 7 days of pause, with the same effect as the standards, indicating that the inks prepared in the present invention have good printing stability.

s1, adding the pigment and the dispersing agent into deionized water at normal temperature, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 5-20min, and then continuing grinding to prepare a pigment dispersion liquid;
s2, adding phthalic acid ester into deionized water, stirring uniformly, heating to 70-80 ℃, adding colloid, heating to 80-100 ℃, stirring until the colloid is completely dissolved, cooling to normal temperature, slowly adding the pigment dispersion liquid obtained in the step S1, and stirring uniformly at normal temperature;
s3, sequentially adding a surfactant, a humectant, a preservative and deionized water, heating to 80-100 ℃, and stirring for reaction to obtain an ink solution;
and S4, cooling and standing the ink solution obtained in the step S3, and filtering with a filter membrane to obtain the painting and calligraphy ink.
