Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lime device for sewage treatment, in particular to a lime device with pneumatic back flushing equipment.
Background
The sludge treatment in a general sewage treatment plant adopts a chemical conditioning and diaphragm filter pressing process, and the construction contents comprise sludge receiving and diluting, sludge conditioning, deep sludge dewatering and sludge outward transportation. Adding a medicament of ferric trichloride and lime for conditioning, wherein the lime is lime dry powder with the purity higher than 90%, and the lime powder is conveyed by a discharging screw to be mixed with reclaimed water to prepare lime milk with the concentration of about 8%.
The existing lime device is provided with two sets, one set is used and the other set is prepared, and the lime device consists of a lime bin, an unloading gate valve, an unloading vibrator, an unloading screw, a deslagging device, a reclaimed water preparation system, a preparation tank and a storage tank. The lime medicament is transported to a sewage treatment plant by an automobile provided by a lime manufacturer and is pumped into a lime bin by an air compressor, is pumped into a lime preparation tank by a gate valve and a vibrator at the bottom of the lime bin and an unloading screw to be mixed with reclaimed water, overflows to a storage tank, and is pumped into a comprehensive conditioning tank by a lime pump to be conditioned.
Due to the structural defects of the lime bin, and the temperature and humidity changes inside and outside the bin, the problems of lime pressing, hardening, unsmooth blanking and the like on the upper part of the supporting plate are easily caused, so that the concentration is uneven, and the sludge conditioning is adversely affected. The gate valve at the bottom of the lime device is required to be detached to clear the blockage, hardened lime in the lime bin is cleared, and the lime above the hardened lime bin can only be emptied. When the lime bin is at a low material level, the waste lime is relatively less, but when the lime bin is above a medium-high material level, the emptied lime is equivalent to one-car to two-car lime transport vehicles, and the economic loss is directly caused by one-time blockage removal.

the air ring pipe is positioned at the bottom of the lime bin, a plurality of air pipes are uniformly distributed and communicated on the air ring pipe, the air pipes are communicated with the inside of the lime bin, and each air pipe is connected with a manual valve.
The number of the air pipes is six, and the number of the corresponding manual valves is six.
The discharge port is connected with the discharge pipe through a flange, and the gate valve is positioned between the flanges.
The air pressure of the air pipeline is 0.4MPa-0.6 MPa.
In the technical scheme, the lime device with the pneumatic back-blowing equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that the bottom of the lime bin is continuously back-blown by utilizing gas, the lime hardening at the bottom of the lime bin is inhibited, and a large amount of labor and economic loss after blockage are reduced.
