After the specimen is placed into the specimen bottle 200 and sealed, the user inputs related information of the specimen through the touch screen 108, then the label carrying the bar code information of the specimen is output through the printer 109, the label is pasted in the label groove 202, then the sealed specimen bottle 200 is placed into the groove according to the serial number 103, the lock catch 106 is clamped into the lock groove 105, and the specimen bottle 200 is stored.
In order to avoid that the lock catch 106 is not completely clamped in the lock slot 105, a switch is arranged in the lock slot 105, an indicator light 107 is arranged outside the lock slot 105, when the lock catch 106 is not completely clamped in the lock slot 105, the indicator light 107 is normally on, and after the lock catch 106 is completely clamped in the lock slot 105, the indicator light 107 is turned off.
When a specimen of a certain patient needs to be checked, a user needs to cover the transparent box cover 101, then inputs information of the specimen bottle 200 corresponding to the patient, searches the current position of the specimen bottle 200 in the storage box 100, highlights the position of the specimen bottle 200 corresponding to the patient on the touch screen 108, and the position highlighted on the touch screen 108 corresponds to the position of the specimen bottle 200 of the patient in the storage box 100.
The invention also comprises a code scanning gun 110, wherein the code scanning gun 110 is used for scanning the label on each sample bottle 200, and the sample information corresponding to each sample bottle 200 can also be directly displayed.
