Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an inspection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the technical solution of this embodiment is particularly suitable for a situation where multiple items to be detected exist in the same object to be detected, and the method can be executed by an inspection apparatus, and can be generally implemented by a terminal and a server in cooperation.
The method of the embodiment specifically includes: :
s110, identity identification information of an object to be detected and items to be detected corresponding to the identity identification information are obtained, and each item to be detected comprises a detection type and detection information.
Illustratively, the identification information includes at least one of: the name, the sex, the birth date, the contact way, the identification card number, the passport, the driving license, the military and official license, the social security card number, the hospital account number and the like of the object to be checked. It is to be understood that the identification information is used to distinguish the identity of the object to be inspected, as long as the distinction can be made, and it is not limited by which item or items in the above.
In order to quickly identify the identity of the object to be inspected, the identity of the object to be inspected can be identified through one of an identity card number, a passport, a driving license, a military officer license, a social security card number, a hospital account number and the like of the object to be inspected; or the identification can be carried out by one or more of the combination of the name, the sex, the birth date or the contact information of the object to be checked.
The item to be detected of the identity identification information is acquired, firstly, the current object to be detected is identified according to the identity identification information, and then the item to be detected corresponding to the current object to be detected is acquired. Specifically, the identification of the current object to be inspected according to the identification information may be to arrange the identification information of the object to be inspected in a set order, or to set a priority for the identification information of the object to be inspected, and then identify the object to be inspected according to the set order or priority. Further, the identification of the object to be inspected according to the set order or priority may be performed by querying in a system for registering information of the object to be inspected according to the set order or priority until only one object to be inspected of the current items of identification information is queried.
For example, the name of the object to be inspected may be obtained first, and then the name of the object to be inspected is queried in a system for registering information of the object to be inspected, if only one object to be inspected corresponding to the name in the system is queried, the item to be inspected of the object to be inspected is obtained according to the name; if more than one object to be inspected corresponding to the name in the system is inquired, for example, two, three or more objects to be inspected have a duplicate name, the objects to be inspected can be further screened according to the gender of the objects to be inspected, and similarly, if only one object to be inspected corresponding to the name and the gender in the system is inquired, the items to be inspected of the objects to be inspected are obtained according to the name; if more than one object to be checked corresponding to the name and the gender in the system is inquired, the object to be checked is further screened according to the birth date of the object to be checked, and the like is repeated until only one object to be checked of the current identification information is inquired, and the item to be checked of the object to be checked is obtained.
It should be noted that the items to be detected may include various types of items to be detected of the object to be inspected. The number of items to be detected corresponding to the object to be inspected may be one, two, or a plurality. When there are a plurality of items to be detected corresponding to the object to be inspected, the types of the items to be detected may be the same or different.
And S120, when at least two items to be detected are detected, combining the inspection information of each item to be detected into inspection information of target inspection according to the detection type of the item to be detected.
Wherein, the at least two items to be detected comprise two or more items to be detected. Each item to be detected may be the same type of inspection or may include multiple types of inspections. Considering that items to be detected of the same inspection type are often concentrated in the same department or may depend on the collection of the same inspection sample, when two or more items to be detected corresponding to the object to be inspected are detected, the types of the items to be detected can be obtained, and then the inspection information of the items to be detected is combined into the inspection information of one target inspection according to the types of the items to be detected.
Specifically, the check information of each item to be detected is merged according to the type of the item to be detected, where the check information of the items to be detected of the same type is merged when the types of the items to be detected are the same. The type of the item to be detected can be divided according to the content, the location, the equipment and the like of the item to be detected, for example, the items to be detected of CT scanning of each part of the body of the object to be detected can be divided into the same type; classifying the blood or urine examination of an object to be examined into the same type; items to be detected for ultrasonic scanning of respective parts of the body of an object to be examined are classified into the same type and the like. It can be understood that, in order to inspect an object to be inspected more quickly and better and improve inspection efficiency, a user may divide the types of items to be inspected according to the needs of the user, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the merging of the inspection information of each item to be detected may specifically be to sort, accumulate, rename, or the like the inspection information of each item to be detected according to the type of the item to be detected, and not to adjust the substantial inspection content of the item to be detected. Furthermore, the inspection information of each item to be detected can be analyzed, and the inspection information of each item to be detected is merged according to the analysis result. For example, the method may include acquiring a common parameter or a common setting in the inspection information of each item to be inspected, and performing merged display, and displaying different parameters or different settings in the inspection information of each item to be inspected, respectively.
For example, if a certain patient needs to perform CT scan examination of the head and CT scan examination of the limbs respectively, in the prior art, because items to be detected are loaded item by item, the patient needs to perform CT scan examination of the head once, after the CT scan examination of the head is finished, the CT machine is adjusted to be in a home position, and after initialization, the patient is performed CT scan examination of the limbs once, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. By adopting the method of the embodiment, the head CT scanning examination and the limb CT scanning examination can be simultaneously loaded into one scanning information and become a CT scanning examination containing a plurality of parts, the operator of the CT scanning examination only needs to set scanning parameters of each part once, and the data of two scanning items can be obtained through one scanning, so that the patient is protected from excessive radiation, and the examination efficiency is improved.
Further, when two or more items to be detected are acquired, the items to be detected can be sorted according to the type of each item to be detected, and then the inspection information of the sorted items to be detected is merged. For example, when CT items to be detected at three positions of the chest, the head and the knee joint are loaded simultaneously according to the type of the items to be detected, the CT items to be detected at the three positions of the chest, the head and the knee joint can be sorted according to the CT scanning direction, for example, the CT items to be detected at the head, the chest and the knee joint can be sorted, and then the inspection information of the sorted items to be detected is combined into a target inspection.
S130, according to the inspection information of the target inspection, the object to be inspected is inspected aiming at the target inspection.
The target inspection information may include one, two or more items to be detected. The checking the object to be checked against the target check according to the target check information may include performing one check, i.e., the target check, on the object to be checked according to each item to be checked set in the target check information. It can be understood that each set item to be detected may be all items to be detected in the target inspection, or may be a selected item among one, two, or more items to be detected. That is, the object to be inspected may be inspected correspondingly according to all items to be inspected in the target inspection, or may be inspected correspondingly according to some items to be inspected in the target inspection. The advantage that sets up like this lies in, can independently select the project that detects as required, can accomplish through inspection work moreover for the inspection method is more nimble, more conforms to user's actual demand.
For example, the examination information of the merged target examination includes a chest CT, a head CT, and a knee joint CT, and the operator of the CT scan scans the merged examination information of the target examination into the current examination list to perform the target examination on the patient, i.e., can scan all the examination sites registered by the patient at one time. Of course, only the chest CT and the head CT may be selected in the merged target examination, and when the patient performs the scan for the target examination, the chest CT and the head CT may be scanned at one time.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the items to be detected after merging in the target inspection information still support single item management. For example, parameters of each item to be detected can be set according to requirements, and each item to be detected can be deleted or changed.
Further, after the object to be inspected is inspected, the method also comprises the step of outputting and displaying the inspection result. In order to facilitate viewing of the inspection result, for example, outputting and displaying the inspection result may be to output and display the inspection result corresponding to each item to be inspected in the target inspection information, respectively.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the items to be detected of the object to be detected are obtained through the obtained identity identification information of the object to be detected, all the items to be detected of the same object to be detected can be summarized, and unified management of the items to be detected is facilitated; when two or more items to be detected are detected, the inspection information of each item to be detected can be merged according to the type of the item to be detected, the problems of low efficiency and the like caused by overlooking the detected items and checking the items to be detected item by item can be effectively avoided, the operation time is saved, the working efficiency is improved, an object to be inspected is inspected according to the target inspection information obtained by merging, the sequence of the items to be detected is favorably and effectively planned, the inspection time and the inspection content are reasonably arranged, the high-efficiency and high-quality inspection is realized, the existing inspection method is optimized, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an inspection method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the above embodiment, the merging the check information of each item to be detected according to the type of the item to be detected according to the embodiment of the present invention optionally includes: and judging whether the types of the items to be detected are the same, and if so, merging the inspection information of the items to be detected of the same type.
In order to further improve the inspection efficiency, before the inspecting the object to be inspected according to the target inspection information, the method may further include: when the check is started, whether newly added items to be detected of the same type exist is inquired, and if the newly added items to be detected of the same type exist, prompt information for judging whether the combination is carried out is displayed; and if an instruction for confirming the merging is received, updating the target checking information according to the newly added checking information of the item to be detected.
Considering that different items to be detected often correspond to different inspection results, in order to facilitate checking the inspection results of the items to be detected, optionally, after the object to be inspected is inspected according to the target inspection information, the method further includes: and respectively outputting the inspection results corresponding to the items to be inspected.
Specifically, the method of the embodiment includes:
s210, identity identification information of an object to be detected and items to be detected corresponding to the identity identification information are obtained, and each item to be detected comprises a detection type and detection information.
S220, when at least two items to be detected are detected, judging whether the detection types of the items to be detected are the same, and if so, executing S230; otherwise, return to S210.
As described above, when two or more items to be detected are detected, the detection types of the items to be detected may be the same or different. If two or more items to be detected in each item to be detected have the same detection type, merging the inspection information of each item to be detected of the same detection type so as to inspect the object to be inspected according to the merged inspection information; if the detection types of the items to be detected are different and the detection methods of the items to be detected are possibly different, the detection information of the items to be detected does not need to be combined.
And S230, merging the inspection information of the items to be detected with the same detection type to obtain the inspection information of the target inspection.
For example, when two or more items to be detected of the same object to be detected exist at the current RIS end, and when the items to be detected of the object to be detected are loaded to the local from the RIS end, the system automatically merges the items to be detected of the same type, which can be currently merged by the object to be detected in the RIS, into target inspection information containing a plurality of inspections at the background, and loads the target inspection information into the inspection list of the object to be detected at the PA local.
S240, inquiring whether newly added items to be detected with the same detection type exist or not when checking is started, and executing S250 if the newly added items to be detected with the same detection type exist; otherwise, S280 is executed.
After the inspection information of the items to be inspected of the same detection type is merged to obtain the target inspection information, the newly added items to be inspected of the same type may appear due to various reasons, in order to ensure the inspection efficiency, whether the newly added items to be inspected of the same type exist can be inquired when the inspection is started, and if the newly added items to be inspected of the same type exist, whether the items to be inspected of the same type are merged with the current target inspection information can be determined according to requirements, and then the inspection is performed. According to the technical scheme, before the object to be detected is detected, orderly and comprehensive management of each item to be detected can be fully guaranteed, current target detection information can be guaranteed to comprise information of each item to be detected, which is needed by a user, when the detection is started, the omission of newly added detection item information of the same detection type is avoided, and particularly, when the newly added items to be detected of the same detection type are omitted due to various reasons such as negligence, the opportunity of timely remediation can be provided.
And S250, displaying prompt information for judging whether the combination is performed or not.
When items to be detected of the same detection type newly added are inquired to exist in the process of starting inspection, prompt information for judging whether combination is carried out or not can be displayed for a user to select. Specifically, the prompt message may be displayed in the form of a pop-up window or a generated prompt identifier. The content of the prompt message may specifically include the identity information of the object to be checked, the name of the item to be checked, the checking content, and an option of whether to merge the current item to be checked with the target checking information. It should be noted that the upgrade prompt information is only suitable for prompting the user to merge, and the user can select whether to merge according to actual requirements.
S260, detecting whether an instruction for confirming to merge is received or not, and if so, executing S270; otherwise, S280 is executed.
For example, the prompt message may specifically adopt a "yes" and "no" selection function box for the user to select, and if the user selects and inputs "yes", the prompt message is recognized as an instruction for the user to confirm the merging. It will be appreciated that if the user selects "no", then instructions for the user to decline to merge are identified. In order to prevent the user from misoperation, the user can be further prompted whether to determine not to perform merging, if so, the user can be identified to give up the merging, and then the same item to be detected is not reminded.
And S270, updating the checking information of the target check according to the newly added checking information of the item to be detected.
Specifically, it may be that the newly added inspection information of the item to be detected is added to the inspection information of the target inspection. Further, sorting and the like are carried out according to the content of the inspection information of the newly added to-be-detected item and the inspection information of the target inspection.
S280, according to the inspection information of the target inspection, the object to be inspected is inspected aiming at the target inspection.
Specifically, the inspecting the object to be inspected according to the inspection information of the target inspection includes: directly checking the object to be checked aiming at the target check according to the combined check information of the target check; or, according to the updated inspection information of the target inspection, the object to be inspected is inspected aiming at the target inspection; or, according to the item to be detected selected by the user in the inspection information of the target inspection, the object to be inspected is inspected aiming at the target inspection.
And S290, respectively outputting the checking results corresponding to the items to be detected.
When the inspection result is output, the inspection result corresponding to each item to be inspected can be respectively output. Specifically, the identifier of each item to be detected may be obtained, and the inspection results corresponding to the identifier of each item to be detected may be output respectively. The identifier of the item to be detected may be a registration number or a name of the item to be detected.
For example, when two or more items to be detected are automatically merged into the inspection information of one target inspection, the registration number in the inspection information of the target inspection may still be saved as the registration number of each item to be detected, wherein the registration number of each item to be detected may be separated by a comma, a pause, or a semicolon, etc. to inform the user that the inspection is merged from multiple inspections. Further, the registration number or name of the item to be detected may be associated with the inspection result. For example, the inspection results corresponding to the items to be inspected may be stored in the set storage directory; or naming the inspection result corresponding to each item to be inspected by the registration number or name of the item to be inspected and storing the result in the same directory. The technical scheme of the embodiment can not only solve the same technical problems and have the same beneficial effects as the technical schemes, but also further judge whether the types of the items to be detected are the same. Whether the items to be detected can be combined is simply and quickly determined, whether newly added items to be detected of the same detection type exist is inquired when the detection is started, and if the newly added items to be detected of the same detection type exist, prompt information about whether the combination is carried out is displayed, so that an operator can know the items to be detected of the object to be detected in time, and whether the newly added items to be detected of the same detection type are combined into the current detection information of the target detection is selected, so that the detection efficiency is better improved, the existing detection method is optimized, and the user experience is improved. Moreover, the inspection results corresponding to the items to be detected are respectively output, so that the statistics of the inspection types and the number of the departments is facilitated, the classification and the arrangement of the inspection items are realized, and the big data analysis and the like can be carried out based on the massive inspection results.
