The PE stretch film stretched previously shortens under the elastic action and is tightly wrapped on goods. The chain bracket 16 supports and limits the film guide chain 18, and prevents the film guide chain 18 from shifting and bending under the influence of the tightening force of the PE stretch film. The left end of the goods runs to another conveyor on the left side of the horizontal winding and packaging machine.
