The mounting device 2 is provided with a sliding groove 201, the sliding groove 201 is arranged along the direction extending out of the screen mounting position 8, the sun shield 1 is slidably mounted in the sliding groove 201, and the length extending out of the screen mounting position 8 is adjusted by sliding the sun shield 1.
Specifically, the mounting device 2 may be a welded plate, or a cast and integrally formed block with a sliding groove 201, or a frame. In order to avoid the sun visor 1 being exposed to the outside for a long time, the present embodiment exemplifies that the mounting device 2 is cast as an integrally molded block having the sliding groove 201.
In order to avoid the influence of the mounting device 2 on the driver's visual field, the mounting device 2 is aligned with the frame body of the driver platform 7 connected with the mounting device 2, or is arranged on the inner side of the frame body.
When the sun visor mechanism disclosed by the invention is used, the mounting device 2 is mounted at the top end of the screen mounting position 8 of the driver platform 7, and the sun visor 1 is placed in the sliding groove 201 of the mounting device 2. In the face of the sun-shading requirements of different types of control consoles and different regions, the sun-shading plate 1 slides out or in by the required length by sliding the sun-shading plate 1 so as to meet the requirements of the sun-shading plate 1, and when the sun-shading plate 1 is not used, the sun-shading plate 1 is retracted into the sliding groove 201, so that the view of a driver is not influenced. Namely, the sun visor mechanism provided by the invention solves the problems that the sun visor 1 is difficult to be unified and has various types. The sunshade plate mechanism provided by the invention can adjust the length of the sunshade plate extending out of the display screen, provides an effective shielding effect, does not influence the field of vision of a driver, can be suitable for different types of control consoles, and meets the sunshade requirements of different regions. The invention can solve the problem of screen reflection caused by poor shading effect of the driver table brim.

The lifter is lifted to drive the connecting plate to lift, so that the gear 3 and the driver are driven to lift. When the gear 3 is damaged, the gear 3 and the rack 4 can be driven to be separated through the lifter, so that the sun shield 1 can be conveniently and manually adjusted. Specifically, the lifter may be an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or the like.
Further, the invention discloses the sun shield mechanism further comprising a guide pillar and a guide sleeve, wherein the guide sleeve is arranged at the top end of the mounting device 2, the guide pillar is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting plate, the guide pillar is lifted in the guide sleeve, and a guiding effect is provided for lifting of the connecting plate through the guide pillar and the guide sleeve.
In another specific embodiment, the sun visor mechanism further comprises a first limiting block 5 and a second limiting block 6, the first limiting block 5 and the second limiting block 6 are respectively installed on the inner side of the sun visor 1 and the outer side of the sun visor 1, a first limiting clamping groove and a second limiting clamping groove are respectively formed at two ends of the installation device 2, and the first limiting block 5 can be clamped with the first limiting clamping groove to limit the sun visor 1 to retract to a limit position in the sliding groove 201; the second limiting block 6 can be clamped with the second limiting clamping groove to limit the limit position of the sun visor 1 extending out of the sliding groove 201. The first stopper 5 and the second stopper 6 prevent the sun visor 1 from slipping out of the slide groove 201. Note that the inner side of the sun visor 1 refers to the side of the sun visor 1 facing away from the driver, and the outer side of the sun visor 1 refers to the side of the sun visor 1 facing the driver.
Furthermore, the invention discloses that the top end of the transmission device is provided with a second through hole 9, and the top end of the sun shield 1 is provided with a groove 10. When the sun visor 1 is retracted into the sliding chute 201, the groove 10 is located right below the second through hole 9, and a finger can pass through the second through hole 9 to push the side wall of the groove 10 to push the sun visor 1 out of the sun visor 1. Specifically, the groove 10 is square, circular, polygonal, or irregular. In order to prevent the fingers from slipping, an anti-slip layer is arranged on the side wall of the groove 10, and the anti-slip layer can be adhered to the side wall of the groove 10 or directly formed integrally with the side wall of the groove 10. The anti-slip layer can be a pattern layer or convex points.
In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly, the invention discloses that the mounting device 2 is detachably connected on the driver platform 7 through a screw.
