Abstract
The invention discloses a dual-purpose positioning device for turning and milling a thin-wall assembly, which comprises a pressing plate, a guide column and a base, wherein the pressing plate is arranged on the base; the guide column is vertically connected with the base, and the base consists of a positioning part, a limiting part and a clamping part which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the thin-wall assembly is sleeved outside the positioning parts of the guide column and the base, and the pressing plate is arranged above the thin-wall assembly and tightly presses the guide column and the base through a nut; the nut is in threaded connection with the upper end of the guide column; the clamping part is matched with a jaw of the numerically controlled lathe or fixed on a rotary worktable of a machining center. The invention provides a turning and milling positioning device for a thin-wall assembly, which is simultaneously suitable for machining of a numerical control lathe and a machining center, can ensure positioning precision, prevent clamping deformation, simultaneously meet the requirements of turning and milling, facilitate clamping and dismounting and meet the machining requirements.
