Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1-7, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a dust removal workstation, including a frame body 30, a vibration dust removal assembly 20 and a dust removal bellows assembly 10, where the vibration dust removal assembly 20 and the dust removal bellows assembly 10 are both disposed on the frame body 30, the vibration dust removal assembly 20 is located on an upper portion of the dust removal bellows assembly 10, the vibration dust removal assembly 20 includes a fixed frame 21, a vibration device 22 and an air blowing device 23, the vibration device 22 is disposed on a lower side of the fixed frame 21, the vibration device 22 is used for driving the fixed frame 21 to vibrate, the air blowing device 23 is fixedly disposed on the fixed frame 21 or on the vibration device 22, a fixed clip 24 is disposed on the fixed frame 21, and an air blowing nozzle of the air blowing device 23 blows air toward the fixed clip 24; dust removal bellows subassembly 10 includes box 11, box 11 upside is equipped with the orientation inlet scoop 13 of fixed screens 24, be equipped with first fan 50 on the inlet scoop 13.
The frame body 30 is used for installing the vibration dust removal assembly 20 and the dust removal air box assembly 10, wherein the vibration dust removal assembly 20 is used for fixing and removing dust for the automobile parts 40, and the automobile parts 40 are vibrated and blown away when the vibration dust removal assembly 20 removes dust, so that the dust firmly covered on the parts can be scattered and blown away, and the dust removal effect is better.
Specifically, the vibration device 22 of the vibration dust removal assembly 20 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the fixed frame 21, and the vibration device 22 is, for example, a commonly used vibration motor, and the vibration device 22 vibrates to drive the fixed frame 21 to vibrate, so that the automobile parts 40 mounted on the fixed block 24 on the fixed frame 21 are also linked.
In this embodiment, the fixing clip 24 is detachably disposed on the fixing frame 21, so as to facilitate installation and removal of the fixing clip 24, and facilitate maintenance operation during use. The vibration dust removal assembly 20 is formed by arranging a plurality of vibration dust removal units consisting of the fixing frame 21, the vibration device 22 and the blowing device 23 in parallel. By arranging a plurality of vibration dust removal units for simultaneously removing dust from a plurality of automobile parts 40, the dust removal efficiency is improved.
When the dust on the parts is blown off by the blowing device 23, the first fan 50 always sucks air towards the parts, and the blown dust can be sucked into the box body 11 through the action of the western wind, so that the dust is prevented from being blown into a workshop to influence the workshop environment. A dust collecting cavity 12 is arranged in the box body 11, and an exhaust hole 18 is arranged on the side wall of the dust collecting cavity 12. The dust collecting chamber 12 is used for containing sucked dust, and the exhaust hole 18 is used for exhausting air, so that a continuously circulating dust suction airflow is formed in the dust collecting chamber 12.
