Abstract
本发明公开了一种鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,该支架包括充气部和支架主体,所述支架主体为圆柱体结构,其直径不大于鼻腔孔径的大小,所述充气部与支架主体进行连通。该支架可以在不需要手术的前提下,使患者达到正常呼吸,同时,由于支架撑开后贴合鼻腔粘膜,可通过局部压迫或喷涂止血药的形式,使其作为手术后鼻腔止血的辅助治疗工具。该支架结构设计合理、使用方便,适于普遍推广与应用。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架。
背景技术
鼻中隔偏曲是耳鼻喉科常见的疾病,是指鼻中隔的上下或前后径偏离矢状面,向一侧或两侧偏曲,或者局部形成突起引起鼻腔功能障碍和症状,如鼻塞、鼻出血、头痛等。好发人群为有鼻外伤史,儿童期患腺样体肥大,有家族史、鼻息肉、肿瘤患者。一般经鼻镜检查便可诊断。个别患者可因鼻中隔偏曲引起夜间睡眠打鼾,严重影响患者的生活。目前鼻中隔偏曲矫正术是治疗的根本手段,但是一些患者并不适合通过手术治疗,如鼻内急性感染者、未经治疗的鼻窦炎、某些全身性疾病如糖尿病、肺结核、严重高血压、心功能不全、血液病等、以及18岁以下患者。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,为不适合手术治疗的患者或手术矫正后的患者设计的一种鼻中隔偏曲辅助通气支架。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,该支架包括充气部和支架主体,所述支架主体为圆柱体结构,其直径不大于鼻腔孔径的大小,所述充气部与支架主体进行连通。
进一步的,所述充气部为充气球,所述支架主体包括气囊和包裹于气囊外周的金属支架,所述金属支架的外部套设有硅胶外套,所述气囊与充气球进行连通。
进一步的,所述充气球的侧壁设有通气孔,所述充气球与气囊的交界处设有单向阀门。
进一步的,所述充气球为橡胶材质。
进一步的,于充气状态下该支架的支架主体贴合鼻腔内膜。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,该支架可以在不需要手术的前提下,使患者达到正常呼吸,同时,由于支架撑开后贴合鼻腔粘膜,可通过局部压迫或喷涂止血药的形式,使其作为手术后鼻腔止血的辅助治疗工具。该支架结构设计合理、使用方便,适于普遍推广与应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,但实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,该支架包括充气部和支架主体,所述支架主体为圆柱体结构,其直径不大于鼻腔孔径的大小,所述充气部与支架主体进行连通,通过充气部对支架主体进行充气从而调节支架主体的大小。
作为一种优选的实施方式,如图1所述,所述充气部为充气球5,所述支架主体为气囊1和包裹于气囊1外周的金属支架2,所述金属支架2的外部套设有硅胶外套3,所述气囊1与充气球5进行连通,于充气状态下该支架的支架主体贴合鼻腔内膜。
所述充气球5为橡胶材质,所述充气球5的侧壁设有通气孔6,所述充气球5与气囊1的交界处设有单向阀门4。
本发明所述支架的设计原理如下所示:
气囊:自然状态下处于贴合状态,当通气支架主体塞入鼻腔后,手指堵住通气孔,通过挤压充气球使充气球内的气体流向气囊充气,从而使金属支架撑开。
金属支架:由合金制成,当气囊充气时,金属支架被撑开,且由于其为合成软金属,在撑开鼻腔的同时能够贴合鼻腔内膜,符合鼻腔正常生理空间分布。
硅胶外套:保护鼻腔黏膜不直接接触金属,同时方便患者在硅胶外套上涂抹润滑油或止血药等,既作为辅助通气支撑,又可作为鼻中隔偏曲患者术后止血的辅助治疗工具。
单向阀门:当挤压充气球时,气体经由通气孔进入气囊,此时阀门开放,当充气球处于回缩状态时,气囊内气压推动阀门使其关闭,保证气囊内空气不会倒流出来;当通气支架撑开到合适程度时,在阀门外层捏挤,使阀门不能完全紧闭,从而使气体流出。
充气球:橡胶材质,挤压时成压缩状,松开后外界气体通过通气孔进入充气球使其保持撑开状态。
通气孔:保证空气的出入。

1.鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,其特征在于,该支架包括充气部和支架主体,所述支架主体为圆柱体结构,其直径不大于鼻腔孔径的大小,所述充气部与支架主体进行连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,其特征在于,所述充气部为充气球,所述支架主体包括气囊和包裹于气囊外周的金属支架,所述金属支架的外部套设有硅胶外套,所述气囊与充气球进行连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,其特征在于,所述充气球的侧壁设有通气孔,所述充气球与气囊的交界处设有单向阀门。
4.根据权利要求3所述的鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,其特征在于,所述充气球为橡胶材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的鼻中隔偏曲可调节辅助通气支架,其特征在于,于充气状态下该支架的支架主体贴合鼻腔内膜。
