Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below.
The invention provides a suture-free labrum repairing rivet, which comprises a labrum part, a rivet part 3 and a clamp holder 5;
wherein, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the labrum comprises a fixation part 1 and a puncture part 2; the puncture part 2 is needle-shaped; the tail end of the puncture part 2 is provided with two opposite and parallel supporting legs; the fixing part 1 is a cuboid square, and the fixing part 1 is arranged between two support legs through a bearing bracket; a cable 4 is arranged between the fixing part 1 and the rivet part 3; the clamp holder 5 comprises two lap joint feet, and the two lap joint feet are respectively lapped on the outer surfaces of the two support legs, so that the clamp holder 5 is clamped on the surface of the puncture part 2.
In the embodiment, the labrum repairing rivet is used for repairing the labrum without a traditional knotting mode, and after the labrum is penetrated into the labrum, the positions of the puncture part 2 and the fixing part 1 are simply adjusted through the clamp 5, so that the labrum can be fixed very simply; the rivet part 3 is placed into the bone corresponding to the labrum by using the traditional placement mode, so that the labrum and the joint part can be positioned, and the labrum is helped to repair and heal; the traditional knotting mode is not needed in the fixing process, so that the fixing difficulty is greatly reduced, the doctor who just touches the operation can get on hand conveniently, and the success rate of the operation is improved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the rivet portion 3 is a blind rivet; the inside of the hollow rivet is preset with a through hole penetrating through the upper end face and the lower end face of the rivet, and the clamp holder 5 penetrates through the through hole to clamp the two support legs, so that the positions of the clamp holder 5 and the rivet portion 3 are reasonably arranged in the operation process, and meanwhile, the clamp holder 5 is conveniently taken out after the fixation is finished.
In the present embodiment, a rivet holder 6 is detachably attached to the tail end of the rivet portion 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the holder 5 is two iron wires; the head ends of the two iron wires are lap joint feet with hook-shaped structures; c-shaped grooves are formed in the outer surfaces of the two supporting legs; the two iron wires are lapped in the C-shaped groove through lapping feet, so that the clamp holder 5 can be detachably clamped on the surface of the puncture part 2; the design of the C-shaped groove is convenient for taking out the clamp holder 5 and adjusting the relative position relationship between the fixing part 1 and the puncture part 2.
To facilitate the understanding and implementation of those skilled in the art, the present invention also proposes a labrum repair method, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, comprising the steps of:
step 1: as shown in a of fig. 4, the clamp 5 is tightened, two included angles of the clamp 5 clamp the outer surfaces of two support legs of the puncture part 2, so that the two support legs clamp the middle fixing part 1, and the puncture part 2 and the fixing part 1 are kept in a straight line;
step 2: as shown in a of fig. 5, the labrum is advanced with the holder 5 such that the penetrating portion 2 passes through the labrum and the trailing end of the fixing portion 1 is reserved within the labrum;
step 3: b, loosening the clamp 5 as shown in fig. 4, and adjusting the puncture part 2 to be perpendicular to the fixing part 1 by using the clamp 5; wherein, the regulation mode is: as shown in fig. 6, after the puncture part 2 pierces the labrum, the clamp holder 5 is released, so that the positions of the fixing part 1 and the penetration part are adjustable, meanwhile, the clamp holder 5 is continuously pushed in, the special structural design of the C-shaped groove is used for matching with friction between internal tissues, the direction change of the puncture part 2 is realized in the pushing process, and the 90-degree position fixing between the puncture part 2 and the fixing part 1 is realized.
Step 4: as shown in c in fig. 4 and b in fig. 5, the gripper 5 is taken out; the gripper 5 is taken out in the following manner: after the puncture part 2 and the fixing part 1 are fixed at 90 degrees, the notch of the C-shaped groove is just in the advancing direction of the clamp holder 5, and at the moment, the clamp holder 5 is continuously pushed in, so that the included angle of the clamp holder 5 is drawn out of the C-shaped groove, and then the clamp holder 5 is pulled out of the through hole of the rivet part 3.
Step 5: as shown by d in fig. 4, a drill bit is used to drill a hole in bone around the labrum;
step 6: as shown by e in fig. 4, c in fig. 5 and d in fig. 5, the rivet portion 3 is secured within the bore of the borehole, the labrum is secured in a designated position by the pulling action of the cable 4, and the rivet holder 6 is removed.
It should be noted that the operator can repair one labrum with multiple repair rivets, thereby ensuring a firm labrum fixation.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Any person skilled in the art will make any equivalent substitution or modification to the technical solution and technical content disclosed in the invention without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the invention, and the technical solution of the invention is not departing from the scope of the invention.
