Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below.
The invention provides a glenoid labrum repairing rivet without sewing, which comprises a glenoid labrum, a rivet part 3 and a clamper 5;
wherein, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the labrum comprises a fixed part 1 and a puncture part 2; the puncture part 2 is in a needle point shape; the tail end of the puncture part 2 is provided with two opposite and parallel supporting legs; the fixing part 1 is a rectangular square, and the fixing part 1 is erected between the two support legs through a bearing; a cable 4 is arranged between the fixing part 1 and the rivet part 3; the holder 5 comprises two lapping legs, and the two lapping legs are respectively lapped on the outer surfaces of the two support legs, so that the holder 5 is held on the surface of the puncture part 2.
In the embodiment, the labrum is repaired by the labrum repairing rivet of the invention, and the labrum can be fixed simply and conveniently by simply adjusting the positions of the puncture part 2 and the fixing part 1 by the clamper 5 after the labrum is pierced without a traditional knotting mode; the rivet part 3 is placed into the bone corresponding to the labrum by using the traditional placing mode, so that the positioning of the labrum and the joint part can be realized, and the repair and healing of the labrum are facilitated; the traditional knotting mode is not needed in the fixing process, the fixing difficulty is greatly reduced, the doctor just contacting the operation can conveniently get on the hand, and the success rate of the operation is improved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the rivet portion 3 is a single blind rivet; the through hole penetrating through the upper end face and the lower end face of the rivet is preset in the hollow rivet, the clamp 5 penetrates through the through hole to clamp the two support legs, the positions of the clamp 5 and the rivet portion 3 are conveniently and reasonably arranged in the operation process, and the clamp 5 is conveniently taken out after the fixing is finished.
In this embodiment, a rivet gripper 6 is detachably attached to the rear end of the rivet portion 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the holder 5 is two iron wires; the head ends of the two iron wires are lapping pins with hook-shaped structures; c-shaped grooves are formed in the outer surfaces of the two support legs; the two iron wires are lapped in the C-shaped groove through lapping pins, so that the clamp holder 5 can be detachably clamped on the surface of the puncture part 2; the design of the C-shaped groove is convenient for taking out the clamp 5 and adjusting the relative position relationship between the fixing part 1 and the puncture part 2.
To facilitate the understanding and implementation of those skilled in the art, the present invention also proposes a labral repair method, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, comprising the following steps:
step 1: as shown in fig. 4(a), the holder 5 is tightened, and the two included angles of the holder 5 are clamped on the outer surfaces of the two legs of the puncturing part 2, so that the two legs clamp the middle fixing part 1 and the puncturing part 2 is kept in a straight line arrangement with the fixing part 1;
step 2: as shown in fig. 5(a), the glenoid lip is advanced by the gripper 5 so that the puncturing part 2 passes through the labrum and the trailing end of the fixing part 1 is left in the labrum;
and step 3: as shown in fig. 4(b), the holder 5 is released, and the puncture part 2 is adjusted to be vertically arranged with the fixing part 1 by the holder 5; wherein, the regulation mode is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, by utilizing the design of the C-shaped groove on the outer surface of the supporting leg, after the puncturing part 2 is punctured into the labrum, the holder 5 is loosened, so that the positions of the fixing part 1 and the puncturing part are adjustable, meanwhile, the holder 5 is continuously pushed, and by utilizing the special structural design of the C-shaped groove, the friction between the holder and the internal tissue is matched, the reversing of the puncturing part 2 is realized in the pushing process, so that the fixing of the 90-degree position between the puncturing part 2 and the fixing part 1 is realized.
And 4, step 4: as shown in fig. 4(c) and 5(b), the clamper 5 is taken out; the taking-out mode of the clamper 5 is as follows: after 90 degrees position fixing is realized between the puncturing part 2 and the fixing part 1, the notch of the C-shaped groove is beneficial to the advancing direction of the clamp holder 5, at the moment, the clamp holder 5 is continuously pushed, so that the included angle of the clamp holder 5 is drawn out from the C-shaped groove, and then the clamp holder 5 is pulled out from the through hole of the rivet part 3.
And 5: drilling a hole in the bone around the labrum using a drill, as shown in fig. 4 (d);
step 6: as shown in fig. 4(e), 5(c) and 5(d), the rivet portion 3 is fixed in the hole of the drilled hole, the labrum is fixed in a prescribed position by the pulling action of the cable 4, and the rivet gripper 6 is removed.
It should be noted that the operator may use a plurality of repair rivets to repair one labrum, thereby ensuring the stability of the labrum fixation.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention in any way. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
