A hair inserting lifting cylinder 7-3 descends to drive a rotating fixing plate to descend 7-4, a pair of hair inserting clamping jaws 7-7 of a hair inserting clamping jaw cylinder 7-8 clamps a small tuft of pen hair in a hair separating groove 6-20, the hair inserting lifting cylinder 7-3 ascends, a hair inserting servo motor 7-6 works to drive a rotating main shaft 7-10, a mounting plate 7-9, a hair inserting clamping jaw cylinder 7-8 and a pair of hair inserting clamping jaws 7-7 to rotate together, the hair inserting lifting cylinder 7-3 descends to insert the pen hair into a sleeve 19, the pair of hair inserting clamping jaws 7-7 are loosened, the hair inserting lifting cylinder 7-3 ascends, the hair inserting servo motor 7-6 works simultaneously, the pair of hair inserting clamping jaws 7-7 rotate to the hair separating groove 6-20, the hair inserting lifting cylinder 7-3 descends to take the hair, the process is carried out circularly, and automatic hair inserting is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first vibrator 9 is an electromagnetic vibrator purchased from outsiders, the first vibrator 9 is arranged below the sleeve self-centering clamping jaw 4, vibrates the brush hair from the upper end bristle inserting opening to the lower end bristle outlet of the sleeve 19, a brush hair supporting plate 8 is arranged below the sleeve 19 at a certain distance, the brush hair supporting plate 8 is connected to the operating platform 10, and the lower end of the brush hair is arranged on the brush hair supporting plate 8. The pair of hair removing clamping jaws 11-3 clamps the redundant pen hair on the sleeve 19, the hair removing clamping jaws 11-3 are driven by the lifting rotating cylinder 11-1 to rotate, and the redundant pen hair is driven to be loosened by the hair removing clamping jaw cylinder 11-2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second vibrator 13 is an electromagnetic vibrator that is commercially available, and the second vibrator 13 is disposed below the sleeve self-centering jaw 4 and vibrates the sleeve self-centering jaw 4 to shake and align the brush hairs.

A hair-jacking linear bearing 14-20 is connected to the hair-jacking bottom plate 14-13, a hair-jacking guide rod 14-19 is arranged in the hair-jacking linear bearing 14-20, and the hair-jacking guide rod 14-19 is connected with a motor mounting plate 14-16 and a hair-jacking plate 14-12.

When the sleeve 19 filled with the bristles moves to the upper part of the length fixing mechanism 14, the length fixing servo motor 14-17 drives the bristle ejecting plate 14-12 and the length fixing plate 14-8 to move upwards, and the length fixing plate 14-8 ejects the bristles, so that the part of the bristles, which is exposed out of the sleeve 19, is fixed in length.
