The ECU shell is simple in structural design, elastic pads are abandoned on the basis of not increasing the cost, the elastic arms 5 are arranged in the assembly holes 2, the head parts of the elastic arms 5 are provided with the round-head elastic bulges 6, and when the coil shell 11 is placed in the assembly holes 2, the coil shell is pushed and pressed into the assembly holes 2 due to the elasticity of the elastic bulges 6, so that the installation is firm, and the damping effect is obvious.
