Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a television remote control device shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus is applied to the television remote controller, and includes: a first control unit 510, and a play unit 520, wherein,
the first control unit 510 is configured to, when it is determined that the first key on the control panel module in the television remote controller is triggered uninterruptedly, obtain first voice data information through the voice acquisition module, and obtain a voice control instruction according to the first voice data information to control the television.
And the playing unit 520 is configured to control the voice acquisition module to acquire the second voice data information and perform power amplification processing and then play the second voice data information when it is determined that at least one second key on the control panel module is triggered.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes: and the second control unit is used for closing the voice acquisition function of the voice acquisition module when the power amplifier is used for playing and at least one second key on the control panel module is triggered.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the playing unit 520 is further configured to, when it is determined that the indicator light in the television remote controller is on, control the voice acquisition module to acquire the second voice data information, perform power amplification processing, and then play, where the indicator light is turned on or turned off according to a trigger state of the second key.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes: and the game control unit is used for acquiring the motion track information through the motion processing sensor when a third key on the control panel module is triggered, generating a game shooting instruction according to the motion track information and sending the game shooting instruction to the television, wherein the third key is triggered when the tapping wrench is switched from the first position to the second position.

In this embodiment, the external shape of the tv remote controller may be as shown in fig. 2, and the tv remote controller may include: the control panel module, pronunciation collection module and processing module still can include: indicator lights, as well as motion processing sensors and tapping wrenches. The first key may be a space key on the control panel module. The second key can be any letter key on the control panel module, such as: A. c and E.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a television remote control device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes: the first control unit 510, the play unit 520, and further includes a second control unit 530 and a game control unit 540.
If the user presses the space key for a long time, that is, the first key is continuously triggered, the first control unit 510 may obtain the first voice data information through the voice acquisition module, and obtain the voice control instruction according to the first voice data information, so as to control the television.
When the user presses A, C and E at the same time, the three second keys are triggered, the indicator lights up, and the playing unit 520 can control the voice acquisition module to acquire the second voice data information, and play the second voice data information after power amplification processing. Further, if the user presses A, C and E simultaneously again, three second keys are triggered, the indicator light is turned off, and the second control unit 530 may turn off the voice collecting function of the voice collecting module.
If the user triggers the tapping wrench, the first position is switched to the second position, and the third key is triggered, the game control unit 540 may acquire the motion track information through the motion processing sensor in the television remote controller, generate a game shooting instruction according to the motion track information, and send the game shooting instruction to the television.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the television can respectively realize multiple functions of remote control of the television, voice power amplification, game shooting and the like, so that the application scene of the television remote controller is expanded, the body feeling of a user is further improved, and in addition, when a song or shooting game is carried out on the television, no other equipment is required to be added, and the resources are further saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a device for generating a television issuing order is provided, which is used for a television remote controller, and the device includes:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
when the first key on a control panel module in the television remote controller is determined to be triggered uninterruptedly, acquiring first voice data information through the voice acquisition module, and acquiring a voice control instruction according to the first voice data information to control the television;
and when it is determined that at least one second key on the control panel module is triggered, controlling the voice acquisition module to acquire second voice data information, and playing the second voice data information after power amplification processing.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having stored thereon computer instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described method.

It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the procedures and structures described above and shown in the drawings, and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A television remote control, comprising: a control panel module, a voice acquisition module and a processing module, wherein,
the processing module is used for acquiring first voice data information through the voice acquisition module when a first key on the control panel module is triggered uninterruptedly, acquiring a voice control instruction according to the first voice data information, and controlling the television; and when at least one second key on the control panel module is triggered, controlling the voice acquisition module to acquire second voice data information, and playing the second voice data information after power amplification processing.
2. The remote control of claim 1, further comprising: the indicating lamp is turned on or turned off when at least one second key on the control panel module is triggered;
and the processing module is also used for controlling the voice acquisition module to acquire second voice data information when the indicator light is on, and playing the second voice data information after power amplification processing.
3. The remote control of claim 1, further comprising: a motion processing sensor and a tapping wrench, wherein,
when the tapping wrench is switched from the first position to the second position, a third key on the control panel is triggered;
and the processing module is also used for acquiring motion track information through the motion processing sensor when the third key is triggered, generating a game shooting instruction according to the motion track information and sending the game shooting instruction to the television.
4. A method of television remote control, for use in a television remote control as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, the method comprising:
when the first key on a control panel module in the television remote controller is determined to be triggered uninterruptedly, acquiring first voice data information through the voice acquisition module, and acquiring a voice control instruction according to the first voice data information to control the television;
and when it is determined that at least one second key on the control panel module is triggered, controlling the voice acquisition module to acquire second voice data information, and playing the second voice data information after power amplification processing.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and after the power amplifier is carried out and the playing is carried out, if at least one second key on the control panel module is determined to be triggered, the voice acquisition function of the voice acquisition module is closed.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, further comprising:
and when the indicator lamp in the television remote controller is determined to be on, controlling the voice acquisition module to acquire second voice data information, performing power amplification processing and then playing, wherein the indicator lamp is turned on or turned off according to the triggering state of the second key.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when it is determined that a third key on the control panel module is triggered, motion track information is obtained through a motion processing sensor in the television remote controller, a game shooting instruction is generated according to the motion track information and is sent to the television, and when the tapping wrench is switched from a first position to a second position, the third key is triggered.
8. A television remote control apparatus, for use in the television remote control of any of claims 1-3, the apparatus comprising:
the first control unit is used for acquiring first voice data information through the voice acquisition module when the first key on the control panel module in the television remote controller is determined to be triggered uninterruptedly, acquiring a voice control instruction according to the first voice data information and controlling the television;
and the playing unit is used for controlling the voice acquisition module to acquire second voice data information and playing the second voice data information after power amplification processing when at least one second key on the control panel module is determined to be triggered.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the game control unit is used for acquiring motion track information through the motion processing sensor when a third key on the control panel module is determined to be triggered, generating a game shooting instruction according to the motion track information and sending the game shooting instruction to the television, wherein when the tapping wrench is switched from the first position to the second position, the third key is triggered.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, which, when executed by a processor, perform the steps of the method of claims 1-4.
