Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following detailed description of specific implementations of the present invention is provided in conjunction with specific embodiments:
the first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 shows an implementation flow of a call method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, which are detailed as follows:
in step S101, when a call instruction input by a first terminal user is received, the first terminal pushes the acquired state information of the second terminal to the first terminal user, so that the first terminal user can confirm whether to change the contextual model of the second terminal.
In this embodiment of the present invention, each of the first terminal and the second terminal may be a terminal having a call function, such as a smart phone, a tablet, and a smart watch, for example, the first terminal is a household terminal (smart phone), the second terminal is a child terminal (smart watch), and the first terminal may obtain status information of the second terminal in real time or according to a preset rule, where the status information includes first contextual model status information and user status information, and the status information may further include information other than the foregoing information, for example, a network status of the second terminal, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The first contextual model state information may include a current contextual model name, and may also include sound and vibration information and the like corresponding to the contextual model, for example, whether to mute, whether to ring, whether to vibrate, a ring or alert sound type of a phone, a message and the like, a size of the ring or alert sound, and the like. Preferably, the user state information includes one or more of a motion state, a wearing state, a position state, or a surrounding environment state, so that the first terminal user confirms whether to change the contextual model of the second terminal by combining the first contextual model state information and the user state, thereby improving the accuracy of determining to change the contextual model of the second terminal.
When the first terminal pushes the acquired state information of the second terminal to the first terminal user, the state information may be pushed in the form of a pop-up box, or may also be pushed in the form of a short message or a third party application notification, or of course, may also be pushed in a manner of combining with a voice, a ringtone, a flash lamp, or a vibration, which is not limited herein.
Before the first terminal pushes the acquired state information of the second terminal to the first terminal user, preferably, the first terminal generates a contextual model change suggestion according to the acquired state information, and the first terminal pushes the state information and the contextual model change suggestion to the first terminal user, so that the judgment accuracy of changing the contextual model of the second terminal is further improved. When the state information and the profile change suggestion are pushed to the user, confirmation information of whether to change the profile of the second terminal can be output, so that the first terminal user can directly input a confirmation result, for example, when the state information of the second terminal is pushed, a profile change selection box including 'no profile change', 'profile change' and the like is output, so that the user can freely select whether to change the profile of the second terminal. Of course, the first terminal may also output a profile modification list, so that the first terminal user can freely select the modification type of the profile, thereby improving the flexibility of profile modification.
As an example, if the pushing mode of the state information is to pop up a prompt box, the state information acquired by the first terminal includes that the second terminal user is located in a basketball court outside school and is in a motion state, the state corresponding to the contextual model of the second terminal is vibration, the suggestion given according to the state information of the second terminal user is to change the contextual model of the second terminal, the first terminal pops up the prompt box to prompt the first terminal user that the current second terminal is located in the basketball court outside school and is in the motion state, the prompting mode corresponding to the contextual model state of the second terminal is vibration, and the first terminal user is suggested to change the contextual model of the second terminal.
In step S102, when detecting a profile change confirmation operation input by a user of a first terminal, the first terminal sends a first profile change instruction to the second terminal, so that a profile of the second terminal is changed from a first profile state to a second profile state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before the first terminal sends the first profile change instruction to the second terminal, preferably, the first terminal acquires the profile change permission of the second terminal, so that the first terminal can change the profile of the second terminal. When detecting the contextual model change confirmation operation input by the first terminal user, the first terminal sends a first contextual model change instruction to the second terminal according to the change confirmation operation, wherein the first contextual model change instruction comprises second contextual model state information, so that the contextual model of the second terminal is changed from the first contextual model state to the second contextual model state, and of course, the first contextual model change instruction can also comprise setting information such as ring tone or vibration.
The second contextual model state may be the received contextual model state information manually input by the user, specifically, a contextual model name of the second contextual model state may be input for the received user, for example, a class mode, or sound and vibration information corresponding to the received second contextual model state input by the user; the second contextual model state may also be a predefined contextual model state, for example, a contextual model corresponding to a call is predefined as a call mode, and a ringtone and vibration information corresponding to the call mode is a ringtone plus a vibration; the second contextual model state can also be confirmed by the first terminal according to the obtained call mode corresponding to the current call instruction and the current state information of the second terminal, and a confirmation result is pushed to the first terminal user.
As an example, the first contextual model state of the second terminal is a session mode, the first terminal sends a first contextual model change instruction to the second terminal, and the second contextual model state included in the first contextual model change instruction is a normal mode, and after the first terminal sends the first contextual model change instruction to the second terminal, the contextual model of the second terminal is changed from the session mode to the normal mode suitable for the current session mode.
In step S103, the first terminal sends a call request to the second terminal according to the call instruction, so that the second terminal sends a call alert to the second terminal user according to the second contextual model state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first terminal sends the call request to the second terminal according to the call instruction, so that the second terminal sends the call prompt to the second terminal user according to the second contextual model state, and the second terminal user can notice the call in time, thereby improving the flexibility and the connection efficiency of the call.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a call instruction input by a first terminal user is received, the first terminal pushes acquired state information of the second terminal to the first terminal user so that the first terminal user can confirm whether to change the contextual model of the second terminal, when the contextual model change confirmation operation input by the first terminal user is detected, the first terminal sends a first contextual model change instruction to the second terminal so that the contextual model of the second terminal is changed from the first contextual model state to a second contextual model state, and the first terminal sends a call request to the second terminal according to the call instruction so that the second terminal sends a call prompt to the second terminal user according to the second contextual model state, thereby improving the flexibility and the connection efficiency of the call and further improving the user experience.
Example two:
fig. 2 shows an implementation flow of a call method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the second embodiment of the present invention are shown, which are detailed as follows:
in step S201, when a call instruction input by a first terminal user is received, the first terminal pushes the acquired state information of the second terminal to the first terminal user, so that the first terminal user can confirm whether to change the contextual model of the second terminal.
In this embodiment of the present invention, in the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation manner of the step S201 may refer to the description of the step S101 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
In step S202, it is determined whether the detected operation input by the first end user is a profile change confirmation operation, and when the profile change confirmation operation input by the first end user is detected, step S203 is executed, and when it is detected that the profile change confirmation operation input by the first end user is not changed, step S206 is skipped.
In step S203, the first terminal sends a first profile change instruction to the second terminal, so that the profile of the second terminal is changed from the first profile state to the second profile state.
In step S204, the first terminal sends a call request to the second terminal according to the call instruction, so that the second terminal sends a call alert to the second terminal user according to the second contextual model state.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the implementation of steps S203 to S204 can be referred to the description of steps S102 to S103 in the foregoing embodiment one, and is not repeated herein.
In step S205, the first terminal sends a second profile change instruction to the second terminal, so that the profile of the second terminal is changed from the second profile state to the first profile state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second contextual model change instruction may be sent when the second terminal receives the call request, may be sent after the call between the first terminal and the second terminal is completed, may be sent after a preset time is exceeded, or may be sent after the call request is closed by the first terminal, so that the contextual model of the second terminal is changed from the second contextual model state to the first contextual model state, thereby improving the humanization degree of the terminal and improving the user experience.
In step S206, the first terminal changes the first communication mode corresponding to the communication instruction into the second communication mode, and sends a communication request to the second terminal according to the second communication mode.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the call mode at least includes a phone and a video, and certainly, the call mode may also include sending a message or a voice through a short message function or a third-party application, where the second call mode may be a call mode manually input by the first terminal user, or a call mode recommended by the first terminal according to the obtained state information of the second terminal and the first call mode corresponding to the call instruction, when the first terminal changes the first call mode corresponding to the call instruction to the second call mode, preferably, the first terminal pushes a call mode change suggestion to the first terminal user, for example, "the second terminal is in a network-off state, suggests to change the call mode", so that the first terminal user confirms whether to change the call mode, when receiving a call mode change confirmation operation input by the first terminal user, the first terminal changes the first communication mode corresponding to the communication instruction into a second communication mode. Therefore, the user can freely select whether to change the call mode, and when the user needs to change the call mode, the user does not need to manually change the call mode, so that the humanization degree of the terminal is further improved. Of course, the first terminal may also provide the first terminal user with a list of call modes, so that the user can freely select according to the list of call modes.
As an example, if the first call mode corresponding to the current call instruction is a video call, the second call mode is a call, the obtained user state information includes that the second terminal is in a network shutdown state, and the first terminal user confirms that the contextual model is not changed, the first terminal changes the video call to the call, and sends a call request to the second terminal.
