Background

The building density based on the existing city is large, and a normal large-area place cannot be provided for unfolding and installing the solar cell panel; the existing solar panels for household electricity are generally installed on roofs, and for the side wall of the outer wall with a large area, no related-art device is used for installing the solar panels on the outer wall, so that how to install the solar panels on the wall of the outer wall is achieved, and the solar energy and the building are conveniently applied in an integrated mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a solar cell panel mounting bracket mounted on an outer wall, which realizes the integrated application of solar energy and a building, solves the technical defect of mounting a solar cell panel on the outer wall, and reduces the floor area of the solar cell panel.

1. according to the solar cell panel, the solar cell panel is mounted on the outer wall of the building through the two fixed cross beams and the mounting frame plate, so that the utilization effect of the outer wall of the building is improved; simultaneously, the second connecting assembly, the first connecting assembly and the hinged support plate are matched for use, the installation inclination angle of the solar cell panel is adjusted according to requirements, and the utilization rate of the solar cell panel to solar radiation is improved.
2. The solar cell panel adjusting device is simple in structure and convenient to install, and can adjust the solar cell panel to any orientation angle according to requirements in any season.
3. According to the invention, the solar cell panel is arranged on the outer wall, and one side of the outer wall is covered by the solar cell panel, which is equivalent to arranging the heat-insulating layer on the outer wall, so that the effect of being warm in winter and cool in summer in a house can be achieved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention relates to a solar panel mounting bracket mounted on an outer wall, which includes a first fixed beam 2 and a second fixed beam 3 that are parallel to each other and mounted on the outer wall; the solar cell panel fixing device also comprises a mounting frame plate 1 for fixing the solar cell panel; the mounting frame plate 1 is mounted on the first fixed cross beam 2 through a first connecting assembly 5; the mounting frame plate 1 is mounted on the second fixed cross beam 3 through a hinge seat plate 6 and a second connecting assembly 4; the top end of the mounting frame plate 1 is provided with a first hinge part hinged with the first connecting component 5, the bottom end of the mounting frame plate 1 is provided with a second hinge part hinged with the hinged support plate 6, and the second connecting component 4 is hinged with the hinged support plate 6;
the first connecting assembly 5 comprises a U-shaped fixing plate 51, the bottom side surface of the U-shaped fixing plate 51 is provided with an opening, a threaded sleeve 54 is fixed at the opening, a threaded rod 55 is connected in the threaded sleeve 54 through internal threads, the bottom end of the threaded rod 55 is connected with a U-shaped hinge seat a57, and a hinge shaft 571 is arranged on the U-shaped hinge seat a 57; a baffle plate 52 parallel to the bottom side surface is arranged in the U-shaped fixing plate 51, flanges A53 extending outwards are arranged at two open ends of the U-shaped fixing plate 51, and a mounting plate A58 is fixed at the open end side of the U-shaped fixing plate 51 in a matching manner;

Preferably, the first fixed cross beam 2 and the second fixed cross beam 3 are both rectangular steel pipes; the first fixed beam 2 and the second fixed beam 3 are fixed on the outer wall through a plurality of T-shaped brackets 21.
Preferably, the T-shaped bracket 21 is provided with a mounting hole, the T-shaped bracket 21 is fixed on the outer wall by an expansion screw, the first fixed beam 2 is integrally formed with the T-shaped bracket 21 connected thereto, and the second fixed beam 3 is integrally formed with the T-shaped bracket 21 connected thereto.
Preferably, the top end of the threaded rod 55 is provided with a limit plate A551, the bottom side surface of the U-shaped hinged support A57 is provided with a through hole, the bottom end of the threaded rod 55 is provided with a rotating column 56 movably matched with the through hole, and the bottom end of the rotating column 56 is provided with a limit plate B561.

mounting a second connecting component 4 on the second fixed cross beam 3 by adopting a mounting mode of a first connecting component 5, and connecting a hinge seat plate 6 on the second connecting component 4;
the top end of the mounting frame plate 1 is hinged on the U-shaped hinge seat A57 in a mode that the first hinge part is matched with the U-shaped hinge seat A57, and the bottom end of the mounting frame plate 1 is hinged with a U-shaped hinge seat B on the hinge seat plate 6 through the second hinge part.
When the solar cell panel is installed, in order to adjust the orientation of the solar cell panel within a small range, the threaded rod 55 is moved up and down along the matching of the threaded sleeve 54 and the threaded rod 55, and the U-shaped hinge base A57 is rotatably installed at the bottom end of the threaded rod 55.
