Based on the cash anti-theft alarm system composed of the label device, the positioning device and the alarm device arranged at the vault door shown in fig. 1, the invention also correspondingly discloses a cash anti-theft method, as shown in fig. 2, the invention provides a flow schematic diagram of the cash anti-theft method of the controller provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S201: when the tag equipment detects the cash, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag is configured for the cash, and the number of the RFID tags recorded in the current counting time period is updated.
In the process of implementing step S201 specifically, the tag device detects whether there is a cash in real time, when the tag device detects the cash, a radio frequency identification RFID tag is brushed for each cash, and the number of the RFID tags recorded in the current counting time period is determined and updated by scanning the RFID tag on each cash, so as to determine the number of the cash in the current counting time period.
It should be noted that the RFID tag is a tear-resistant tag, which is a non-contact automatic identification technology.
The cash refers to cash bank notes with different denominations, and the cash bank notes can be bank notes with practical use values such as RMB, USD, Euro and the like.
It should be noted that the counting time period refers to the time required for the label mapping of the current cash to be counted and classified by the label device, and the confirmation process of the current counting time period includes the following steps:
step S11: the tag device records the first point in time at which cash is detected after it is activated.
In the process of step S11, after the label device is started, whether there is a cash is detected in real time, and if the cash is detected, the time when the cash is detected is set as the first time point and recorded.
For example, after the labeling device is started, whether there is a cash is detected in real time, if the cash is detected in 10 minutes and 05 seconds at 12 months and 3 days 22 in 2019, the time when the cash is detected is set as a first time point, and recording is performed, at this time, brushing a label for each cash is started.
Step S12: in the process of counting the cash, if the tag device does not detect the cash within the preset time, entering a standby state and recording a second time point, wherein the first time point is used as the starting time of the current counting time period, and the second time point is used as the ending time of the current counting time period.
Such as: the preset time can be set to be 1 minute, in the process of counting the cash, if the tag device detects the passing of the cash within 1 minute, the tag device enters a standby state, and records the current time 2019, 12, month, 3, 23, 55 minutes and 00 seconds, the first time 2019, 12, month, 3, 22, 10 minutes and 05 seconds are used as the starting time of the current counting time period, the second time 2019, 12, month, 3, 23, 55 minutes and 00 seconds are used as the ending time of the current counting time period, so that the counting time period is determined to be 10 minutes and 05 seconds between 2019, 12, month, 3, 22 and 55 minutes and 00 seconds between 2019, 12, month, 3, 23, and the brushing of the cash with the RFID tag is ended.
Step S202: the method comprises the steps of detecting the positions of N cash in the current counting time period in real time based on positioning equipment, obtaining the real-time position range of the N cash, and sending the real-time position range to alarm equipment.
In step S202, the value of N is a positive integer greater than 1.
Optionally, based on the above-described cash anti-theft method, the process of obtaining the real-time position ranges of N cash in step S202 by detecting the positions of the N cash in the current counting time period in real time based on the positioning device may adopt various implementation manners, which are described below.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a process of acquiring a real-time position range of N banknotes by detecting positions of the N banknotes in a current counting time period in real time based on a positioning device includes:
the method comprises the steps of detecting RFID labels in the cash in real time based on positioning equipment, determining the position of each cash in N cash in the current counting time period, obtaining the real-time position range of the cash, and sending the real-time position range of the cash to alarm equipment.
It should be noted that the N banknotes are the number of banknotes that the bank currently needs to count and sort.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a cash transport instruction sent by a background system, cash needs to be transported by a transport device, at this time, positioning devices are disposed at four corners of the transport device, and a process of acquiring real-time position ranges of N pieces of cash based on the positioning devices detecting positions of the N pieces of cash in a current counting time period in real time includes:
the method comprises the steps of detecting the positions of N cash in the current counting time period in real time based on positioning equipment located on four corners of the transportation equipment, obtaining four positioning positions, and utilizing the real-time position range of the N cash formed by the four positioning positions.
In a specific implementation, the positioning devices on the four corners may be base stations, and the transportation device may be a transportation trolley.
Note that the fixed point position is a detection range of each base station.
Specifically, in the cash transportation process, the positions of N cash in the current counting time period are detected in real time through four base stations of the transportation equipment, and the real-time position range of the N cash is formed based on the detection ranges of the four base stations.
Step S203: and when the positioning device is positioned to the detection range that the N cash is positioned in the vault door, sending a detection request to the alarm device.
It should be noted that the detection range of the vault door is set by a technician according to the area of the vault, for example, the detection range of the vault door can be set to be within 1 meter from the vault door, that is, 1 meter from the vault door.
Step S204: and judging whether the alarm device detects that part of the N cash is not in the currently received real-time position range, if so, executing the step S205, and if not, indicating that the cash has no anti-theft risk.
Step S205: the alarm device performs an alarm.
In step S205, the alarm includes text alarm information, voice alarm information, and graphics alarm information.
In the process of implementing step S205 specifically, the alarm device may display text alarm information and/or graphics alarm information in the display device, or broadcast voice alarm information by broadcast, so that the user can see the display information in the display device, or listen to the voice alarm information broadcast by broadcast, and then perform corresponding operations according to the alarm information.
It should be noted that the image-text alarm information includes image information and video information.
In the embodiment of the invention, manual verification is not needed, whether the cash is in the currently received real-time position range can be determined by setting the RFID tag on the cash, so that whether the cash is lost is determined, when part of the cash is determined not to be in the currently received real-time position range, the cash is determined to be lost, and the alarm device gives an alarm, so that the problem that the cash is repeatedly checked for determining whether the cash is lost in the prior art can be avoided, the anti-theft effect can be realized, and the labor cost for counting and classifying the cash can be reduced.
Based on the cash anti-theft method shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the invention further provides a flow chart of another cash anti-theft method. The cash anti-theft method comprises the following steps:
step S301: when the tag equipment detects the cash, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag is configured for the cash, and the number of the RFID tags recorded in the current counting time period is updated.
It should be noted that the specific implementation process of step S301 is the same as the specific implementation process of step S201 shown in fig. 2, and may be referred to each other.
Step S302: and acquiring the cash number and the identification code of the N pieces of cash which are configured by the RFID tag in the current counting time period, and storing the corresponding relation between the identification code and the cash number.
In a specific implementation, each RFID tag has a unique identification code, i.e., electronic code, that identifies the cash.
In the process of implementing the step S302 specifically, the number of each piece of cash with the identification code and the identification code corresponding to each piece of cash in the current counting time period are acquired, and the correspondence between the identification code and the number of the cash is sent to the background system or the alarm device for storage.
Step S303: the method comprises the steps of detecting the positions of N cash in the current counting time period in real time based on positioning equipment, obtaining the real-time position range of the N cash, and sending the real-time position range to alarm equipment.
