Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a system, a device and a storage medium for realizing the recharging matching of multi-supplier telephone fees, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring request data sent by a channel provider, wherein the request data comprises a recharging mobile phone number and a telephone charge face value; acquiring operator information and number attribution information according to the recharging mobile phone number, and acquiring an optimal supplier for recharging by combining the operator information and the number attribution information; and sending the telephone fee ordering request to the optimal supplier by adopting a first preset mode, and sending the processed callback information to the channel provider after processing the callback information by adopting a second preset mode when the callback information of the optimal supplier is received. Each supplier contains one or more top-up status codes.
And standardizing the callback information by adopting a second preset mode, so that the callback information with different forms is converted into callback information with a uniform format.
The formatted callback information needs to convert the recharging state code of the provider into a standard recharging state code according to the access document description of the provider, wherein the standard recharging state code is used for uniformly coding most recharging states, and the number obtained by uniformly coding the recharging states is the standard recharging state code. Specifically, after the request data is received, the integrity of the request data needs to be verified, wherein the integrity verification means that a plurality of information such as a mobile phone number, a recharging denomination, an order number, a callback address, a recharging mode and the like are verified to determine whether the information is correct or not, if the integrity verification of the request data fails, an error is prompted to the request data, and only if the verification passes, a telephone charge ordering request can be raised to an optimal supplier.

Further as a preferred embodiment, the step of selecting the optimal supplier in the selectable supplier list using the supplier matching policy S1014 includes the following steps:
s10141, obtaining a recharging order of a supplier in the optional supplier list;
s10142, determining recharging parameters of a supplier according to the recharging orders;
s10143, determining the optimal supplier according to the determined recharging parameters.
Specifically, the optimal supplier is generated in the optional supplier list, and therefore, the optimal supplier is selected in the optional supplier list by adopting a supplier matching strategy. There are a plurality of suppliers in the selectable supplier list, each supplier having a plurality of recharge orders, so that an optimal supplier can be selected according to statistical information of the recharge orders of each supplier.
First, all the recharge orders of each supplier in the optional supplier list are obtained, and the recharge orders are limited to the recharge orders completed by the supplier before the current time of the day. And counting recharging information such as recharging success rate, average recharging duration, sale price and the like of each recharging order of each supplier according to the recharging orders, wherein the recharging information such as the recharging success rate, the average recharging duration, the sale price and the like is a recharging parameter of the supplier. The optimal supplier can be selected by setting the priority of the recharging parameters, for example, the priority can be set as: the method comprises the steps that a recharging success rate is prior to average recharging time and selling price, the recharging time is prior to the selling price, the recharging success rate is compared firstly, if a plurality of suppliers with recharging success rates exist, average recharging duration is compared, if a plurality of suppliers with the same average recharging duration still exist, selling price is compared, and if a plurality of suppliers with the same selling price still exist at the moment, a random drawing mode is adopted to draw one supplier as an optimal supplier. Of course, other priority modes may be set for the recharge parameter, and the method is not limited to the above example.

and the telephone fee ordering response module 203 is used for sending the telephone fee ordering request to the optimal supplier in a first preset mode, processing the callback information in a second preset mode when the callback information of the optimal supplier is received, and sending the processed callback information to the channel provider.

acquiring operator information and number attribution information according to the recharging mobile phone number, and acquiring an optimal supplier for recharging by combining the operator information and the number attribution information;
and sending the telephone fee ordering request to the optimal supplier by adopting a first preset mode, and sending the processed callback information to the channel provider after processing the callback information by adopting a second preset mode when the callback information of the optimal supplier is received.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first predetermined manner is used for standardizing the request for subscription of the telephone fee.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second predetermined manner is used to format callback information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
verifying the integrity of the requested data.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the best supplier for recharging by combining the operator information and the number attribution information comprises the following steps:
determining a place of attribution of the mobile phone number according to the recharging mobile phone number, and selecting a provider of the corresponding province according to the place of attribution of the mobile phone number to obtain a first provider;
determining a chargeable supplier facing the national mobile phone number according to the operator information to obtain a second supplier;
composing the first supplier and the second supplier into an optional supplier list;
and selecting the optimal supplier from the optional supplier list by adopting a supplier matching strategy.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of selecting the best supplier from the selectable supplier list using a supplier matching strategy comprises the steps of:
acquiring a recharging order of a supplier in the optional supplier list;
determining a recharging parameter of a supplier according to the recharging order;
and determining the optimal supplier according to the determined recharging parameters.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending the processed callback information to the channel provider comprises the steps of:
obtaining a callback address of a channel provider;
and initiating a callback request according to the callback address.
8. A matching system for realizing multi-supplier telephone fee recharge is characterized by comprising:
the request data acquisition module is used for acquiring request data sent by a channel provider, wherein the request data comprises a recharging mobile phone number and a telephone charge face value;
the optimal supplier selection module is used for acquiring the operator information and the number attribution information according to the recharging mobile phone number and acquiring the optimal supplier for recharging by combining the operator information and the number attribution information;
and the telephone charge ordering response module is used for sending the telephone charge ordering request to the optimal supplier in a first preset mode, processing the callback information in a second preset mode when the callback information of the optimal supplier is received, and sending the processed callback information to the channel provider.
