determining the contribution grade of each gear based on the payment record;
if a third target gear with the contribution level exceeding a preset level exists, determining that the management strategy of the third target gear is preferential, and determining preferential information corresponding to the contribution level of the third target gear;
and sending the preferential information to a second user terminal corresponding to the third target gear.
Further, the sending module is further configured to:
based on the payment record, if a fourth target gear with arrearage is determined to exist, determining a management strategy of the fourth target gear as collection urging, and acquiring user information corresponding to the fourth target gear;
and sending the user information to a collection urging terminal corresponding to the fourth target gear.

The computer readable storage medium of the present invention has stored thereon a gear management program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the gear management method as described above.

1. A gear management method, characterized by comprising the steps of:
if a management instruction of a target market is detected, acquiring management information of each gear in the target market;
and determining a management strategy corresponding to each gear based on the management information, and sending the management strategy to a terminal corresponding to each gear.

The gear management method according to claim 1, wherein said management information includes a contract term, and said step of determining a management policy for each of said gears based on said management information and transmitting said management policy to a terminal corresponding to each of said gears comprises:
determining that a first target gear with the contract duration within a preset time range exists based on the contract duration;
and if the first target gear exists, determining that the management strategy of the first target gear is renewal, and sending renewal reminding information to the first user terminal corresponding to the first target gear.
3. The gear management method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of determining that the management policy of the first target gear is renewal and sending a renewal reminding message to the first user terminal corresponding to the first target gear, if the management policy of the first target gear exists, the gear management method further comprises:
if expiration non-continuation information sent by the first user terminal based on the lease continuation reminding information is received, modifying the management strategy of the first target gear into lease renewal, acquiring first gear information of the first target gear, and generating first lease renewal information corresponding to the first gear information;
and sending the first lease information to a lease terminal corresponding to a first target gear.
4. The range management method according to claim 3, further comprising:
if a renting request of the renting terminal is received, generating a gear contract of the first target gear, and sending the gear contract to the renting terminal;
and if the confirmation information sent by the renting terminal based on the gear contract is received, updating the contract period of the first target gear based on the gear contract.

The gear management method according to claim 1, wherein said management information includes lease information, and said step of determining a management policy corresponding to each of said gears based on said management information and transmitting said management policy to a terminal corresponding to each of said gears comprises:
determining whether a second target gear which is not rented exists or not based on the renting information;
if the second target gear exists, determining that the management strategy of the second target gear is renting, acquiring second gear information of the second target gear, and generating second renting information corresponding to the second gear information;
and sending the second lease information to a lease terminal corresponding to a second target gear.

The gear management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the management information includes a payment record, and the step of determining a management policy corresponding to each gear based on the management information and sending the management policy to a terminal corresponding to each gear comprises:
determining the contribution grade of each gear based on the payment record;
if a third target gear with the contribution level exceeding a preset level exists, determining that the management strategy of the third target gear is preferential, and determining preferential information corresponding to the contribution level of the third target gear;
and sending the preferential information to a second user terminal corresponding to the third target gear.
7. The range management method according to claim 6, further comprising:
based on the payment record, if a fourth target gear with arrearage is determined to exist, determining a management strategy of the fourth target gear as collection urging, and acquiring user information corresponding to the fourth target gear;
and sending the user information to a collection urging terminal corresponding to the fourth target gear.
8. A range management device, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the management information of each gear in the target market if the management instruction of the target market is detected;
and the sending module is used for determining the management strategy corresponding to each gear based on the management information and sending the management strategy to the terminal corresponding to each gear.

A range management apparatus, characterized by comprising: memory, a processor and a gear management program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the gear management program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the gear management method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a gear management program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the gear management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
