reducing the standard reading speed corresponding to the set content standard touching time length to a first target reading speed according to the first proportional value;
and broadcasting the target content according to the first target reading speed.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the comparison result shows that the actual touching time length is lower than the set content standard touching time length, calculating a second time length difference between the set content standard touching time length and the actual touching time length;
acquiring a second proportion value of the second time difference and the set content standard touching time;
increasing the standard reading speed corresponding to the set content standard touching time to a second target reading speed according to the second proportion value;
and broadcasting the target content according to the second target reading speed.
3. The method for controlling reading speed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining an actual touching duration of a user for target content on a certain learning page when the electronic device is in a point-reading mode comprises:
when the electronic equipment is in a point reading mode, acquiring the actual touch duration of a user finger on target content on a certain learning page;
