Description

Outdoor unit dust removal control method and device, air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an outdoor unit dust removal control method and device, an air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is placed outdoors, dust is easily collected by the heat exchanger, and the dust on the heat exchanger can influence the air output of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the refrigerating and heating effects of the air conditioner are influenced. At present, aiming at the dirty blockage of an air conditioner outdoor unit caused by dust accumulation and the like, the mode generally adopted is manual dust removal, for high-rise users, the outdoor unit is placed at the outdoor high altitude, and the operation is complex, the consumed time is long, and the safety risk exists when professional technicians clean the high altitude operation. In addition, most of the existing air conditioners only need to clean the heat exchanger regularly on the specification, but do not have the function of automatically reminding the dirty and blocked heat exchanger, namely, the dust removal time cannot be judged, inconvenience is brought to dust removal, and users even directly neglect to clean the heat exchanger.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that the dust removal time is difficult to judge when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner removes dust.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a dust removal control method for an outdoor unit, wherein the outdoor unit includes a fan and a condenser, and includes:
acquiring fan current and condenser exhaust pressure;
and judging whether to remove dust of the outdoor unit or not according to the fan current and the condenser exhaust pressure.
The invention judges whether the outdoor unit needs dust removal or not under the comprehensive control of the fan current and the condenser exhaust pressure, can realize the accurate judgment of dust removal, and avoids the error judgment caused by the fault of the fan when judging whether the outdoor unit needs dust removal or not only according to the fan current.
Further, the determining whether to remove dust from the outdoor unit according to the fan current and the condenser exhaust pressure includes:
when the current of the fan is larger than a preset current value, the outdoor unit does not need to remove dust;
and when the current of the fan is smaller than or equal to the preset current value, judging whether to remove dust on the outdoor unit or not according to the exhaust pressure of the condenser.
Therefore, under the constraint of two control conditions of the fan current and the condenser sheet exhaust pressure, the detection accuracy can be ensured, and when dust removal is not needed, dust removal judgment can be directly quit, and normal operation of the outdoor unit is not influenced.
Further, the determining whether to remove dust from the outdoor unit according to the condenser discharge pressure includes:
when the condenser exhaust pressure is smaller than a first preset pressure value, the outdoor unit does not need to remove dust;
and when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to the first preset pressure value, dedusting the outdoor unit.
Therefore, when the current of the fan is smaller than or equal to the preset current value but the exhaust pressure of the condenser is smaller than the first preset pressure value, the outdoor unit is judged not to need to be dedusted. The lower fan current may be due to a fan failure. When the current of the fan is smaller than or equal to the preset current value and the exhaust pressure of the condenser is larger than or equal to the first preset pressure value, the dust accumulation degree on the outdoor unit is serious, and the outdoor unit needs to be subjected to dust removal treatment, so that the detection accuracy is ensured.
Further, before performing dust removal on the outdoor unit, the method further includes:
and acquiring a dust removal grade for removing dust of the outdoor unit according to the pressure of the condenser exhaust gas, and executing a dust removal mode on the outdoor unit according to the dust removal grade.
From this, remove dust more nimble and intelligent, avoid because of the intensity of removing dust and the unmatched condition such as causing the too much waste of energy, influence air conditioner travelling comfort or off-premises station dust removal effect not good with the deposition degree.
Further, the obtaining of the dust removal level for removing dust from the outdoor unit according to the discharge pressure of the condenser includes:
when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure value and less than a second preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a first grade;
and when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure value, the dedusting grade is a second grade.
From this, can be suitable for different dust removal intensity according to user's different demands, guarantee dust removal effect on the one hand, still avoid simultaneously reducing air conditioner travelling comfort because of the too big or time overlength of dust removal intensity brings to and avoid the energy extravagant.
Further, the dust removal mode comprises reverse dust removal by the fan and forward and reverse dust removal by the fan; the executing a dust removal mode on the outdoor unit according to the dust removal grade includes:
when the dust removal grade is a first grade, the dust removal mode is that the fan is used for reversely removing dust;
and when the dust removal grade is a second grade, the dust removal mode is that the fan is utilized to carry out forward and reverse rotation dust removal.
Therefore, for the serious dust accumulation, the forward and reverse rotation of the fan is adopted for dust removal, and the dust removal efficiency and the cleaning degree can be improved compared with the reverse rotation of the forward and reverse rotation dust removal under the same rotating speed of the fan.
Further, according to the magnitude of the condenser exhaust pressure, the first grade and the second grade respectively comprise a plurality of gears, and in the range of the first grade or the second grade, the larger the condenser exhaust pressure is, the higher the gears are, and the larger the rotation speed of the fan is when the fan is used for reverse rotation dust removal or forward and reverse rotation dust removal.
The invention finely divides the dust removal grade, so that the dust removal mode is matched with the dust deposition degree, and dust removal is carried out more pertinently. When the dust accumulation degree of the outdoor unit is light, the dust removal under different gears can be realized by adjusting the rotating speed of the fan in the fan reverse rotation mode. When the laying dust is serious, the fan is in a positive and negative rotation mode, so that the phenomenon that the noise of the outdoor unit is increased due to the increase of the rotating speed, the comfort of a user is influenced, and the service life of the fan is prolonged can be avoided.
Further, the first gear comprises a first gear, a second gear and a third gear;
when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure value and less than a third preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a first gear;
when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a third preset pressure value and less than a fourth preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a second gear;
and when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a fourth preset pressure value and less than a second preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a third gear.
Divide into three gears with first grade, can correspond with the high, medium and low three wind shelves of fan from this, the fan rotational speed of being convenient for is adjusted.
Further, when the dust removal grade is a first gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan reversely removes dust at a low wind gear rotating speed;
when the dust removal grade is a second gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan reversely removes dust at a medium gear rotating speed;
and when the dust removal grade is a third gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan reversely removes dust at a high wind gear rotating speed.
This embodiment can improve dust collection efficiency and clean degree through improving the fan rotational speed, and the regulative mode is simple, directly adjust the fan windscreen can.
Further, the second gear comprises a fourth gear and a fifth gear;
when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure value and less than a fifth preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a fourth gear;
and when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a fifth preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a fifth gear.
Therefore, the dust removal in the second-level range is finely divided, so that the dust removal intensity is matched with the dust deposition degree.
Further, when the dust removal grade is a fourth gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan rotates forward and backward at a medium gear rotating speed to remove dust;
and when the dust removal grade is a fifth gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan rotates forwards and backwards at a high wind gear rotating speed to remove dust.
Because the dust collection degree of the outdoor unit is relatively serious when the dust collection grade is in the second grade, the rotating speed of the fan adopts a medium wind gear when the dust collection grade is in the fourth gear in order to ensure the cleaning effect.
Further, after the performing the dust removal mode on the outdoor unit according to the dust removal level, the method further includes:
and acquiring the time for executing the dust removal mode on the outdoor unit, and exiting the dust removal mode when the time for executing the dust removal mode reaches the preset time.
Therefore, when the dust removal mode exits is judged by comparing the running time of the fan with the preset time, and the judgment mode is simple.
The invention also provides a dust removal control device for an outdoor unit, wherein the outdoor unit comprises a fan and a condenser, and the dust removal control device comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring fan current and condenser exhaust pressure;
and the control unit is used for judging whether to remove dust of the outdoor unit or not according to the fan current and the condenser exhaust pressure.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises a computer readable storage medium and a processor, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is read and executed by the processor, the outdoor unit dust removal control method is realized.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and when the computer program is read and executed by a processor, the method for controlling dust removal of an outdoor unit according to any of the above embodiments is implemented.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling dust removal of an outdoor unit, where the outdoor unit includes a fan and a condenser, and the method specifically includes:
acquiring fan current and condenser exhaust pressure;
and judging whether to remove dust of the outdoor unit or not according to the current of the fan and the exhaust pressure of the condenser.
The dust accumulation degree of the outdoor unit can be reflected according to the current of the fan, when the dust accumulation degree of the outdoor unit is serious, the load of the fan is increased and the current of the fan is reduced for the fan to reach the same rotating speed, but the condition that misjudgment is caused by the fault of the fan is caused when dust collection is needed or not is judged according to the current of the fan, so that in the embodiment, whether dust collection is needed or not is judged under the comprehensive control of the current of the fan and the exhaust pressure of the condenser, and the accurate judgment of the dust collection can be realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the determining whether to perform dust removal on the outdoor unit according to the fan current and the condenser discharge pressure includes:
when the current of the fan is larger than a preset current value, judging that the outdoor unit does not need to remove dust, and quitting dust removal judgment;
when the current of the fan is smaller than or equal to the preset current value, in order to avoid misjudgment caused by the fault of the fan, whether to remove dust of the outdoor unit or not needs to be further judged according to the exhaust pressure of the condenser.
When the current of the fan is larger than the preset current value, the dust removal requirement is not met, so that dust removal judgment is directly quitted, and normal operation of the outdoor unit is not influenced. When the current of the fan is less than or equal to the preset current value, the outdoor unit may accumulate dust, and in order to ensure the detection accuracy, it is further necessary to determine whether to perform dust removal processing on the outdoor unit according to the discharge pressure of the condenser.
Further, judging whether to remove dust on the outdoor unit according to the condenser exhaust pressure comprises the following steps:
when the exhaust pressure of the condenser is smaller than a first preset pressure value, the outdoor unit does not need to remove dust;
and when the discharge pressure of the condenser is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure value, removing dust from the outdoor unit.
When the current of the fan is smaller than or equal to the preset current value but the exhaust pressure of the condenser is smaller than the first preset pressure value, the current of the fan is possibly smaller due to the fact that the fan breaks down, and therefore it is judged that the outdoor unit does not need to be dedusted. When the current of the fan is less than or equal to the preset current value and the exhaust pressure of the condenser is greater than or equal to the first preset pressure value, the dust deposition degree on the outdoor unit is serious, and the outdoor unit needs to be subjected to dust removal treatment.
When the outdoor unit needs to be dedusted, the method further comprises the following steps: and acquiring the dust removal grade according to the exhaust pressure of the condenser, and further executing different dust removal modes on the outdoor unit according to different dust removal grades.
This embodiment passes through the size of condenser exhaust pressure, judges the laying dust degree of off-premises station to according to the laying dust degree, set for different dust removal levels, select suitable dust removal mode according to the dust removal level, carry out different regulation according to user's different demands, make the dust removal more nimble and intelligent, avoid causing the too much waste of energy, influence the condition such as air conditioner travelling comfort or off-premises station dust removal effect is not good because of dust removal intensity and laying dust degree mismatch.
Specifically, the step of obtaining a dust removal grade for removing dust from the outdoor unit according to the discharge pressure of the condenser includes:
when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure value and less than a second preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a first grade, and the dust accumulation degree of the outdoor unit is relatively light under the first grade, and accordingly, the applicable dust removal strength is relatively low;
when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a second grade, and the dust accumulation degree of the outdoor unit is serious under the second grade, so that the applicable dust removal strength is also high correspondingly. From this, be suitable for different dust removal intensity according to user's different demands, guarantee dust removal effect on the one hand, still avoid simultaneously reducing the air conditioner travelling comfort because of the too big or time overlength of dust removal intensity brings to and avoid the energy extravagant.
Preferably, the dust removal mode comprises reverse dust removal by a fan and forward and reverse dust removal by the fan; executing a dust removal mode on the outdoor unit according to the dust removal grade, comprising:
when the dust removal grade is a first grade, the dust removal mode is to utilize a fan to reversely remove dust;
and when the dust removal grade is a second grade, the dust removal mode is to utilize the fan to rotate forward and backward for dust removal.
For the condition that dust accumulation on the outdoor unit is not serious, the fan is used for reverse rotation dust removal, and for the condition that the dust accumulation is serious, the fan is used for forward and reverse rotation dust removal, because under the same fan rotating speed, the forward and reverse rotation dust removal can improve the dust removal efficiency and the cleaning degree compared with the reverse rotation dust removal.
Preferably, in order to remove dust more specifically and make the dust removal mode match with the dust deposition degree, the present embodiment finely divides the dust removal grade, specifically: according to the size of the exhaust pressure of the condenser, the first grade and the second grade respectively comprise a plurality of gears, in the range of the first grade or the second grade, the larger the exhaust pressure of the condenser is, the higher the gears are, and the higher the rotating speed of the fan is when the fan is used for reverse dust removal or forward and reverse dust removal. For example, under the condition that the dust deposition degree is light and the dust removal grade is within the first grade range, the dust removal under different gears can be realized by adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the exhaust pressure of the condenser. However, when the dust accumulation is serious, in order to avoid increasing the noise of the outdoor unit due to the increase of the rotating speed and influencing the comfort of a user and the service life of the fan, the rotating speed of the fan is not increased continuously under the condition of reverse rotation of the fan, and the dust is removed by adopting a mode of forward and reverse rotation of the fan, so that the dust removal effect is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the first gear preferably includes three gears, which are: a first gear, a second gear and a third gear; when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure value and less than a third preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a first gear; when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a third preset pressure value and less than a fourth preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a second gear; and when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a fourth preset pressure value and less than a second preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a third gear.
In this embodiment, the first preset pressure value is preferably 45bar, the second preset pressure value is preferably 60bar, and when it is detected that the condenser exhaust pressure is between 45 and 60bar, the dust removal level is determined to be the first level, and then the dust removal mode is determined to be that the fan only performs reverse dust removal. Further, between 45-60bar, one gear is divided every 5bar for dividing into three gears, respectively the first gear: the exhaust pressure of the condenser is 45-50bar, and the second gear is as follows: the exhaust pressure of the condenser is 50-55bar, and the third gear is that: 55-60 bar.
Further, when the dust removal grade is a first gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan reversely removes dust at a low wind gear rotating speed; when the dust removal grade is a second gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan reversely removes dust at a medium gear rotating speed; and when the dust removal grade is the third gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan reversely removes dust at a high wind gear rotating speed.
In this embodiment, the wind gear of the fan is divided into three gears, namely a low wind gear, a medium wind gear and a high wind gear. The larger the condenser exhaust pressure is, the more serious the dust accumulation degree of the outdoor unit is, and the dust removal efficiency and the cleaning degree can be improved by increasing the rotating speed of the fan in the embodiment, and the adjustment mode is simple.
In a specific embodiment, the second gear preferably includes two gears, which are respectively: a fourth gear and a fifth gear; when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure value and less than a fifth preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a fourth gear; and when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a fifth preset pressure value, the dust removal grade is a fifth gear.
In this embodiment, the fifth preset pressure value is preferably 65bar, the dust removal level is the fourth gear when the condenser exhaust pressure is 60-65bar, and the dust removal level is the fifth gear when the condenser exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to 65 bar.
Further, when the dust removal grade is a fourth gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan rotates forwards and backwards at a medium gear rotating speed for dust removal; and when the dust removal grade is a fifth gear, the dust removal mode is that the fan rotates forwards and backwards at a high wind gear rotating speed to remove dust.
In the embodiment, the dust removal in the second-level range is also finely divided, so that the dust removal intensity is matched with the dust deposition degree. When the dust removal grade is in the second grade, the dust deposition degree is relatively serious, and in order to ensure the cleaning effect, when the dust removal grade is in the fourth gear, the rotating speed of the fan adopts a medium wind gear.
Further, after the outdoor unit is performed with the dust removal mode according to the dust removal level, the method further includes: and acquiring the time for executing the dust removal mode on the outdoor unit, and exiting the dust removal mode when the time for executing the dust removal mode reaches the preset time.
In this embodiment, the preset time is preferably 2min, and when the fan rotates reversely, after the fan is controlled to rotate reversely for 2min, the fan stops rotating reversely, and the dust removal mode is exited. When the fan rotates forwards and backwards, the fan rotates forwards for a certain time such as 20s first, then rotates backwards for a certain time such as 20s, the operation is circulated, the forward and reverse rotation of the fan is stopped until the sum of the forward rotation time and the reverse rotation time is 2min, and the dust removal mode is exited.
The following is a detailed description with reference to specific examples:
in this embodiment, it is preferable that the preset current value is 1A, the rotation speeds corresponding to the low wind gear, the medium wind gear and the high wind gear of the fan are 850r/min, 1000r/min and 1250r/min, respectively, and the correspondence between the exhaust pressure of the condenser and the dust removal grade and the dust removal mode is shown in table 1:
table 1:
Figure BDA0002345319730000091
it should be noted that the preset current value and the values in table 1 are influenced by factors such as region factors, ambient temperature, refrigerant, different air conditioning systems, etc., and may be designed according to actual requirements, but all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
If the detected fan current is 0.6A and the condenser exhaust pressure is 62bar, judging according to the flow shown in FIG. 2, and judging that the outdoor unit is seriously dusty and needs to remove dust because the fan current is 0.6A <1A and the condenser exhaust pressure is 62bar >45 bar. Further, the exhaust pressure of the condenser is compared with that of the table 1, the dust removal grade is determined to be the fourth gear, then the corresponding dust removal mode is entered, the fan rotates positively and negatively at the medium gear rotating speed, the fan rotates positively and negatively for 20s, then rotates reversely for 20s, the dust removal is completed after 2min, and the dust removal mode is exited.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
