Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a convection and radiation integrated warmer.
Background
The electric heating warmer in the prior art generally comprises a shell, a heating body, an electric controller and an interactive device, wherein the heating body generates heat after being electrified, and the electric controller controls the power of the heating body. The prior art electric heating warmer generally has the following defects: 1. the electric controller has a single control means, the heating body is not regulated in the temperature rising process, and the intelligent degree is low; 2. the heating body is single in form, the warmer which only adopts the convection type heating body is slow in temperature rise, and the warmer which only adopts the radiation type heating body can generate visible light to influence sleep.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an integrated warmer which combines two heat transfer modes of convection and radiation to improve the warming efficiency of the warmer, avoid the influence of visible light at night, and simultaneously provide an intelligent electric control mode to reasonably control the power of a heating body and achieve the effect of energy conservation.

a control program is installed in the electric controller, the electric controller compares the ambient temperature with the set temperature, and the electric controller gradually reduces the heating power of the heating element along with the reduction of the difference value between the ambient temperature and the set temperature; for example, when the ambient temperature is 5 ℃ or more lower than the set temperature, the heating element is operated at 100% power, and when the ambient temperature is 5 ℃ or less lower than the set temperature, the heating element is operated at 90% power, and then the power of the heating element is reduced by 10% for every 1 ℃ reduction in the difference between the ambient temperature and the set temperature. The control mode can reduce the power consumption and also can ensure the gradual rising speed of the ambient temperature, thereby avoiding human discomfort caused by rapid temperature change.
Further, a control program of the electric controller comprises a sleep mode module, and when the sleep mode is started, the electric controller automatically reduces the set temperature by a fixed value every time a fixed time elapses; for example, the duration of the sleep mode is designed to be fixed for 8 hours, the initial set temperature is 18 ℃, the set temperature is reduced by 1 ℃ after the start of the sleep mode and is restored after the end of the sleep mode every hour. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the integrated heater of the present embodiment includes a housing, an electric heating tube 1, a graphene far infrared heating element 2, an electric controller 3, an interactive device, a supporting leg 4, a universal wheel 5, a hanging rack 6, a foot pad 7 and an overheat protector 8;
the electric heating tube 1, the graphene far infrared heating body 2, the electric controller 3 and the overheat protector 8 are all arranged in the shell, the electric heating tube 3 and the graphene far infrared heating body 2 are both used as heat sources, the electric heating tube 3 is arranged above the graphene far infrared heating body 2, and the electric heating tube 3 is provided with a radiating fin 9;
the shell comprises a front plate 10, a rear plate 11, a side plate 12 and a top plate 13, wherein the front plate 10 is provided with a first heat dissipation area 1001, the first heat dissipation area 1001 is aligned with the graphene far infrared heating body 2, the first heat dissipation area 1001 is used for heating a user in a heat radiation mode, the top plate 13 is provided with a second heat dissipation area 1301, and the second heat dissipation area 1301 is used for heating the user in a heat convection mode; wherein, the height of the front plate 10 is less than that of the rear plate 11, the top plate 13 inclines forwards, and the inclined top plate 13 inclines the second heat dissipation area 1301 forwards, so that the hot air is convected in an inclined forward manner, which is beneficial to heating of users;

the electric controller 3 controls the heating power of the electric heating tube 1 and the graphene far infrared heating body 2, the electric controller 3 receives a control instruction from interactive equipment, and the interactive equipment adopts a remote controller and a touch display; the overheating protector 8 is arranged between the electric heating tube 1, the graphene far infrared heating body 2 and a power supply, the overheating protector 8 adopts a KSD301 series temperature controller, the protection temperature is set to be about 123 ℃, and when the overheating protector 8 detects that the environmental temperature exceeds the protection temperature, the overheating protector 8 automatically breaks a circuit to avoid danger;
a control program is installed in the electric controller 3, the electric controller 3 compares the ambient temperature with the set temperature, and the electric controller 3 gradually reduces the heating power of the heating element along with the reduction of the difference value between the ambient temperature and the set temperature; when the environment temperature is lower than the set temperature by more than 5 ℃, the heating element operates with 100% power, when the environment temperature is lower than the set temperature by 5 ℃, the heating element operates with 90% power, and then the power of the heating element is reduced by 10% when the difference between the environment temperature and the set temperature is reduced by 1 ℃. The control mode can reduce the power consumption and also can ensure the gradual rising speed of the ambient temperature, thereby avoiding human discomfort caused by rapid temperature change.
The control program of the electric controller 3 comprises a sleep mode module, a user can select a sleep mode through the interactive device, the duration time of the sleep mode is designed to be fixed for 8 hours, the initial set temperature is 18 ℃ (the initial set temperature can be changed by the user per se), after the sleep mode is started, the set temperature is reduced by 1 ℃ every hour, and the set temperature is restored again after the sleep mode is ended. After a human body enters sleep, the bedding can achieve a good heat preservation effect, the requirement of the human body on the ambient temperature is reduced, the sleep of a user cannot be influenced by properly reducing the ambient temperature, and an additional energy-saving effect can be achieved.
A child lock key is arranged on the remote controller serving as the interactive equipment, and when the child lock key is pressed down, the electric controller 3 refuses to execute instructions from the interactive equipment except for releasing the child lock; the warmer is not suitable for being operated by children, and after the adult completes the setting of the warmer, the child lock can be started, so that the heater is prevented from being operated by the children by mistake.
