The temporary street lamp disclosed by the patent also needs to be connected with municipal power, and the construction road section usually does not have municipal power, so the temporary street lamp cannot be used in the construction road section. At the temporary road section, should be applicable to the interim street lamp that uses the battery to supply power, there has been the interim traffic lights that uses the battery power supply at present, still installs the photovoltaic module for the battery charging on this kind of interim traffic lights.
The photovoltaic is a clean and renewable energy source, and the photovoltaic component is a photovoltaic device which is packaged by main materials such as glass, packaging materials, battery pieces, a back plate, an aluminum frame, a junction box and silica gel according to a certain production process and achieves certain output power and output voltage under a certain illumination condition. The service life cycle of the photovoltaic module is 25 years to 30 years, the treatment of the photovoltaic module after the service life is a difficult problem in the future, and if the photovoltaic module after the service life is simply crushed and buried or incinerated, the environment is polluted and the resource is wasted. Therefore, the photovoltaic module material after the service life is recycled, the problem of shortage of raw materials of photovoltaic devices can be relieved to a certain extent, and the pollution to the environment can be avoided.
In the prior art, after the glass and the packaging material in the photovoltaic module are separated, a damaged layer on the surface of the photovoltaic module can be removed through grinding, then a layer of film is plated, and the usable photovoltaic module is generated again.

the staff pushes the base 1 through the universal wheel 1c, places the base 1 at a proper position, adjusts the base 1 and the hollow rotary table 7a to enable the street lamp 8 and the photovoltaic module 9 to face proper directions respectively, and then starts the linear driver 3 through the switch panel 1a1 to enable the lifting column 2 to lift the street lamp support 6 and the rotary support 7, so that the street lamp 8 and the photovoltaic module 9 are located at proper heights;
the storage battery pack 1b provides power for the linear driver 3 and the street lamp 8 through the control assembly 1a, the photovoltaic component 9 provides power for the storage battery pack 1b through the control assembly 1a, the control assembly 1a is also used for controlling the on and off of the street lamp 8 and the photovoltaic component 9, the control assembly 1a controls the on and off of the photovoltaic component 9 in the daytime to enable the photovoltaic component 9 to charge the storage battery pack 1b, and the control assembly 1a controls the on and off of the street lamp 8 to enable the street lamp 8 to illuminate the road surface at night; the charging seat is connected with a 220V power supply through a power line, and the rectifier converts 220V alternating current into direct current to charge the storage battery;
the worker controls the push rod controller through the switch panel to control the lifting of the electric push rod, the movable pulley 5c is positioned at the top end of the sliding table 5d when the lifting column 2 is in a contraction state, and when the linear driver 3 drives the lifting column 2 to extend, the movable part of the sliding table 5d is driven by the movable pulley 5c to overcome the resilience force of the resilience mechanism 5e to move downwards, so that the parts of the cable 5a, which are folded at two sides of the movable pulley 5c, are released, and the height of the cable 5a in the vertical direction is increased along with the extension of the lifting column 2 in an adaptive manner; when the lifting column 2 is contracted, the movable pulley 5c moves upwards along with the movable part of the sliding table 5d under the action of the resilience force of the resilience mechanism 5e, so that the part of the cable 5a which is not tightened is folded at two sides of the movable pulley 5 c;
the photovoltaic module is automatically opened and closed through the photovoltaic controller, and when the illumination is enough, the photovoltaic module generates electricity and charges the storage battery through the photovoltaic controller and the switch panel in sequence; the street lamp controller is used for connecting or disconnecting a circuit between the street lamp and the switch panel according to preset time or sunshine intensity, so that the street lamp is controlled to be automatically opened and closed.
