Referring to fig. 11 to 14, the bottom corner fitting 14 is a hollow rectangular parallelepiped, and includes bottom corner fitting side plates 141, bottom corner fitting bottom plates 142, and bottom corner fitting top plates 143 on the periphery, two adjacent bottom corner fitting side plates 141 are respectively provided with a bottom corner fitting connecting hole 144, the bottom corner fitting bottom plates are provided with bottom corner fitting positioning holes 145, the top height of the bottom corner fitting top plates 143 is lower than the top height of the bottom corner fitting side plates 141 to form an inward recess, the inward recess is fixedly connected to a bottom corner fitting connecting plate 146, the bottom corner fitting connecting plate is provided with second bolt holes 147 corresponding to the first bolt holes 125, and the bottom bolts penetrate through the first bolt holes and the second bolt holes and are fixedly connected.
Referring to fig. 15-18, the corner piece 13 is a hollow cuboid, and includes corner piece side plates 131, corner piece bottom plates 132, and corner piece top plates 133, where two adjacent corner piece side plates are opened with corner piece connecting holes 134, the two corner piece side plates extend downward and the bottom of the inner wall of the corner piece side plate is fixedly connected with a corner piece connecting plate 135, the corner piece connecting plate is opened with third bolt holes 136 corresponding to the first bolt holes, the top bolts penetrate through the first bolt holes and the third bolt holes and are fixedly connected, the corner piece top plate is opened with corner piece positioning holes 137 corresponding to the bottom corner piece positioning holes, and a set of stiffening ribs 138 is fixedly connected between the corner piece connecting plate and the corner piece bottom plate.
Referring to fig. 19, the upper and lower connection assembly includes a first connection screw 181, a middle sleeve pad 182, two clamping claws 183 with connection screw holes, and a first nut 184, the top corner piece connection hole of the lower integrated box is opposite to the bottom corner piece connection hole of the upper integrated box, the clamping claws include claw portions and connection portions, the claw portions respectively extend into and are clamped on the top corner piece connection hole and the bottom corner piece connection hole, the connection portions are provided with connection screw holes located at the outer side of the module, the sleeve pad is located between the two connection portions, the sleeve pad is also provided with connection screw holes, and the first connection screw 181 sequentially penetrates through the three and is fastened by the first nut 184.
Referring to fig. 20, the horizontal connecting assembly includes a left and right connecting assembly 19, the left and right connecting assembly includes a second connecting screw 191, two spacers 192 with a connecting screw hole formed in the middle thereof, and a second nut 193, the two spacers are respectively located on the same layer and face the two opposite vertex angle pieces or the two opposite bottom angle pieces, and the second connecting screw 191 penetrates through the two opposite vertex angle piece connecting holes or the two opposite bottom angle piece connecting holes and is fastened by the second nut 193.
Referring to fig. 21, the horizontal connection assembly includes a left connection assembly 20 and a right connection assembly 20, the left connection assembly and the right connection assembly include a third connection screw 201, a middle rod sleeving pad 202, two clamping claws 203 with connection screw holes, a nut cushion block 204 and a third nut 205, each clamping claw includes a claw portion and a connection portion, the two claw portions extend into and are clamped in two top corner piece connection holes or two bottom corner piece connection holes which are located on the same layer and are communicated towards each other, the connection screw holes are formed in the connection portions, and the third connection screw is located outside the box body, penetrates through the two top corner piece connection holes or the two bottom corner piece connection holes and is fastened 205 through the third nut.
The two-layer modular fire station and the construction method thereof have the following construction steps:
firstly, constructing a foundation and a fire-fighting garage; sequentially assembling design drawings with different module functions;
hoisting the modules of each layer of integrated box to a foundation; the left and right adjacent modules are connected through a horizontal connecting assembly, and are respectively connected through a left and right connecting assembly I and a left and right connecting assembly II according to the positions of the bottom connecting holes;
hoisting the modules of the two-layer integrated boxes to the upper sides of the first-layer integrated boxes to be aligned; the left and right adjacent modules are connected through a horizontal connecting assembly, and are connected through a left and right connecting assembly I and/or a left and right connecting assembly II according to the positions of the bottom connecting holes; the upper and lower adjacent modules are connected through an upper and lower connecting assembly.
Claims (10)
1. A two-layer modularization fire station which is characterized in that: comprises a steel structure fire-fighting garage (1) and a modularized integrated house communicated with one side of the steel structure fire-fighting garage, wherein the modularized integrated house comprises a foundation (2) and two layers of modularized boxes fixedly connected to the upper side of the foundation, the two layers of modularized boxes comprise a first layer of integrated box (3) and a second layer of integrated box (4),
the one-layer integration box comprises a one-layer corridor area (31) and a one-layer active area (32), the one-layer corridor area is positioned at the front side of the one-layer integration box and comprises a group of corridor box modules (5) which are longitudinally arranged and are sequentially arranged between the modules along the longitudinal direction, the middle part of the front side of each corridor box module is fixedly connected with a hall module (6) in parallel, and the adjacent corridor box modules are fixedly connected through a horizontal connecting assembly,
the one-layer active area is positioned at the rear side of the one-layer corridor area, the longitudinal length of the one-layer corridor area is the same as that of the one-layer active area, the one-layer active area comprises a group of standard modules which are transversely arranged and longitudinally and sequentially arranged among the modules, the standard modules comprise one or more of an extended linkage room module (7), a stair case module (8) and a washing shower room module (9), the depths of the stair case module (8), the washing shower room module (9) and the extended linkage room module (7) are the same, and the adjacent standard modules and the corridor case module are fixedly connected with the standard modules through horizontal connecting components,
the second layer of integration box comprises a second layer of corridor area (41) and a second layer of active area (42), the second layer of corridor area is positioned at the front side of the second layer of integration box and at the right upper side of the first layer of corridor area and comprises a group of corridor box modules which are longitudinally arranged and are sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction between the modules, the corridor box modules at the second layer are fixedly connected with the corridor box modules at the first layer up and down,
the second layer of active area is positioned at the rear side of the second layer of corridor area, the longitudinal length of the second layer of corridor area is the same as that of the second layer of active area and is less than that of the first layer of corridor area or the first layer of active area, the first layer of active area comprises a group of standard modules which are transversely arranged and longitudinally and sequentially arranged among modules, the second layer of stair case module is vertically aligned with the first layer of stair case module, the second layer of wash shower module is vertically aligned with the first layer of wash shower module, the adjacent standard modules and the corridor case modules are fixedly connected with each other through horizontal connecting components,
the modules of the first layer of integration box and the second layer of integration box are fixedly connected through an upper connecting component and a lower connecting component (18).

The two-level modular fire station of claim 1, wherein: the standard module is of a standard module structure, the standard module structure comprises a top frame (10), a bottom frame (11), corner posts (12) and connecting pieces, the top frame is a rectangular frame and comprises four enclosed top beams (101) and top corner pieces (13) at the joint of the top beams, and the top frame also comprises top frame purlines (102), the bottom frame is a rectangular frame and comprises four enclosed bottom beams (111) and bottom corner pieces (14) at the joint of the top beams, the bottom frame also comprises bottom frame purlines (112), the bottom of the corner post (12) is fixedly connected with a bottom corner piece (14) through a bottom bolt, the top of the corner post (12) is fixedly connected with a vertex angle piece (13) through a vertex bolt, fixedly connected with door or window on the wallboard of direction of advancing, fixedly connected with furred ceiling board (15) on the top frame, fixedly connected with floor (16) on the underframe, wallboard (17) have been inserted between the corner post.
3. The two-level modular fire station of claim 2, wherein: the expansion linkage room module comprises one or at least two standard module structures which are arranged longitudinally and fixedly connected, the wall plate between the adjacent standard module structures is removed, and the other wall plates become external wall plates;
the ceiling board on the stair case module of the first floor and the bottom board on the stair case module of the second floor are provided with stair holes (18) for the stairs to pass through.
4. The two-level modular fire station of claim 3, wherein: the corner post comprises a post body with an L-shaped cross section, a first post plate (121) and a second post plate (122) which are perpendicular to each other, the far ends of the first post plate and the second post plate further comprise two bending edges (123), and the top end and the bottom end of the post body are respectively and horizontally and fixedly connected with an L-shaped corner post connecting plate (124); open on the corner post connecting plate and have first bolt hole (125), the size of corner post connecting plate suits with the size of cylinder terminal surface, and the width is not more than the length on limit of buckling, the opening of corner post sets up inwards.

The two-level modular fire station of claim 4, wherein: the bottom corner fitting (14) is a hollow cuboid and comprises bottom corner fitting side plates (141) on the periphery, a bottom corner fitting bottom plate (142) and a bottom corner fitting top plate (143), two adjacent bottom corner fitting side plates (141) are respectively provided with a bottom corner fitting connecting hole (144), the bottom corner fitting bottom plate is provided with a bottom corner fitting positioning hole (145), the top standard height of the bottom corner fitting top plate (143) is lower than that of the bottom corner fitting side plates (141) to form an inwards concave part, the inwards concave part is fixedly connected with a bottom corner fitting connecting plate (146), the bottom corner fitting connecting plate is provided with a second bolt hole (147) corresponding to the first bolt hole (125), and the bottom bolt penetrates through the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole and is fixedly connected with the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole.

The two-level modular fire station of claim 5, wherein: apex angle spare (13) are hollow cuboid, including apex angle spare curb plate (131), apex angle spare bottom plate (132) and apex angle spare roof (133) all around, it has apex angle spare connecting hole (134) to open on two adjacent apex angle spare curb plates, and these two apex angle spare curb plates downwardly extending and the bottom fixedly connected with apex angle spare connecting plate (135) of apex angle spare curb plate inner wall, it has third bolt hole (136) corresponding with first bolt hole to open on the apex angle spare connecting plate, and the jackbolt runs through first bolt hole and third bolt hole and fixed connection, it has through setting element location, apex angle spare locating hole (137) relative with base angle spare locating hole to open on the apex angle spare roof, a set of stiffening rib (138) of fixedly connected with between apex angle spare connecting plate and the apex angle spare bottom plate.
7. The two-level modular fire station of claim 6, wherein: the upper and lower connecting assembly comprises a first connecting screw rod (181), a middle sleeve gasket (182), two clamping and fixing claws (183) with connecting screw rod through holes and a first nut (184), a top corner piece connecting hole of a lower integrated box is opposite to a bottom corner piece connecting hole of an upper integrated box from top to bottom, each clamping and fixing claw comprises a claw part and a connecting part, each claw part respectively extends into and is clamped on the top corner piece connecting hole and the bottom corner piece connecting hole, each connecting part is provided with a connecting screw rod through hole located on the outer side of a module, the sleeve gasket is located between the two connecting parts, the sleeve gasket is also provided with a connecting screw rod through hole, and the first connecting screw rod (181) sequentially penetrates through the three and is fastened through the first nut (184).
8. The two-level modular fire station of claim 6 or 7, wherein: the horizontal connecting assembly comprises a left connecting assembly and a right connecting assembly (19), the left connecting assembly and the right connecting assembly comprise a second connecting screw rod (191), two cushion blocks (192) with perforated connecting screw rods in the middle and a second nut (193), the two cushion blocks are respectively positioned on the same layer and face to two opposite vertex angle pieces or two opposite bottom angle pieces, and the second connecting screw rod (191) penetrates through two opposite vertex angle piece connecting holes or two opposite bottom angle piece connecting holes and is fastened through the second nut (193).

The two-level modular fire station of claim 8, wherein: horizontal coupling assembling is including controlling coupling assembling two (20), it includes third connecting screw (201) to control coupling assembling two, the cover pole pad (202) of a middle part, two foraminiferous solid claws of card (203) of connecting screw of taking, nut cushion (204) and third nut (205), the solid claw of card includes claw and connecting portion, two claws stretch into respectively and block in being located the same layer and in two communicating apex angle spare connecting holes of orientation or two end angle spare connecting holes, connecting screw perforates and sets up at connecting portion, third connecting screw is located the box outside, run through two apex angle spare connecting holes or two end angle spare connecting holes and fasten (205) through the third nut.
10. The two-storey modular fire station and the construction method thereof according to claim 9, wherein the construction steps are as follows:
firstly, constructing a foundation and a fire-fighting garage; sequentially assembling design drawings with different module functions;
hoisting the modules of each layer of integrated box to a foundation; the left and right adjacent modules are connected through a horizontal connecting assembly, and are respectively connected through a left and right connecting assembly I and a left and right connecting assembly II according to the positions of the bottom connecting holes;
hoisting the modules of the two-layer integrated boxes to the upper sides of the first-layer integrated boxes to be aligned; the left and right adjacent modules are connected through a horizontal connecting assembly, and are respectively connected through a left and right connecting assembly I and a left and right connecting assembly II according to the positions of the bottom connecting holes; the upper and lower adjacent modules are connected through an upper and lower connecting assembly.
