Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of urban garden construction, in particular to a rapid-flushing exposed aggregate permeable concrete pavement and a construction process thereof.
Background
Under the new form and new requirements of novel urbanization construction and sponge city construction strengthening, more and more cities are added into city park construction, and the city park is one of main contents of city construction and is an important component of a city ecosystem and city landscape. The garden road is the venation of the city park, plays the roles of traffic organization and guide line, and with the popularization of the concept of sponge city construction, the pervious concrete pavement is widely applied to the city park construction.
The prior commonly used pervious concrete mainly comprises plain pervious concrete, colored pervious concrete (containing colored asphalt pervious concrete), colored pervious concrete, exposed aggregate pervious concrete and the like, all kinds of pervious concrete are purposefully designed and applied according to different places, environments, bearing capacity requirements and basic conditions of projects, and the pervious concrete has more practicability and applicability in pattern and color change.
In the construction process of the exposed aggregate permeable concrete pavement, a layer of retarder is sprayed on the concrete surface after the concrete pavement is laid, and then the concrete pavement is washed to expose the aggregate of the surface layer. In the retarder spraying process, strict requirements are imposed on the consistency of the retarder, if the consistency of the retarder is too low, the retarder is easy to seep to the lower layer of concrete in the spraying process, so that the concrete cementing material cannot be coagulated, and the aggregate and the cementing material are not firmly combined and are easy to fall off; if the consistency of the retarder is too high, the retarder is difficult to seep down to the target depth, so that the exposed area of the aggregate is too small, and the overall color and appearance are affected. Therefore, the existing exposed aggregate permeable concrete pavement construction process is complex in procedure, needs two times of maintenance, is long in construction period and high in cost, and the construction quality is affected and quality problems are caused by deviation of a plurality of key procedures (such as retarder consistency, treatment time, weather and changes of aggregate and cementing material).
