The invention discloses a flame-retardant and three-proofing finishing process for polyester-cotton fabric, which comprises the following process steps: soaking the fabric in finishing agent at 8-16 deg.C for 20-30min, performing warm treatment at 40-50 deg.C for 30-40min, padding at mangle rate of 70-80%, and drying at 30-35 deg.C to 7-8% to dry; putting the fabric dried to 7-8 dry into a baking machine for baking treatment, wherein the baking temperature is 110-120 ℃, and the locomotive speed is 40-50 m/min; setting the baked fabric in setting machine at 100-125 deg.c and speed of 50-65 m/min; and (5) rolling the fabric after the sizing is finished. The invention carries out three-proofing treatment while carrying out flame-retardant finishing on the polyester-cotton fabric, obviously improves the flame retardant property and the three-proofing property of the polyester-cotton fabric, simplifies the production process, reduces the production cost, improves the production efficiency and has good market popularization value.
