Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment provides a dryer for drying washed laundry. As shown in fig. 1, the dryer includes a cabinet 1 and a drum 2 disposed in the cabinet 1, and laundry is placed in the drum 2. An air duct 3 is formed between the roller 2 and the box body 1, an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the roller 2, and the air inlet and the air outlet are communicated with two ends of the air duct 3. An evaporator 5, a condenser 6 and a fan 8 are arranged in the air duct 3. The fan 8 is close to the air inlet of the drum 2, the air in the air duct 3 passes through the condenser 6 to form high-temperature air, and the high-temperature air is driven into the drum 2 by the fan 8 to contact with the clothes in the drum 2, so that the moisture in the clothes is evaporated to form water vapor, and the clothes are dried. In order to increase the temperature of the gas and accelerate the drying efficiency of the clothes, a heating device can be arranged in the clothes dryer, the heating device can be an electric heating component, such as a resistance wire, and the resistance wire is electrified to heat the gas in the air duct 3, so that high-temperature gas for drying the clothes is generated.
After the moisture in the laundry is evaporated, water vapor is formed, so that the air discharged from the drum 2 is hot and humid air having a high temperature. The damp and hot air is discharged from the air outlet of the drum 2 and then passes through the evaporator 5, the water vapor in the damp and hot air is condensed in the evaporator 5 to form condensed water, and the dried and cooled air flow enters the drum 2 after being heated by the condenser 6 and the heating device again, so that the clothes are further dried.
Because the evaporator 5 has a poor condensation effect on water vapor, the water vapor in the hot and humid air can only be partially condensed or condensed water mist enters the drum 2 again through the air duct 3, so that the problems of low drying efficiency of clothes, energy consumption waste and the like are caused.
In order to solve the above problems, in this embodiment, a water condenser 4 is further disposed in the clothes dryer, and the water condenser 4 is located in the air duct 3 and is used for assisting the evaporator 5 to condense water vapor in the air flow, so as to improve the condensation effect and increase the capture area of water mist, thereby reducing the amount of water vapor or water mist entering the condenser 6 and the drum 2, reducing the energy consumption and improving the clothes drying efficiency.
As shown in fig. 1, the water condenser 4 is located between the evaporator 5 and the air outlet of the drum 2, and the damp and hot air is discharged from the drum 2 and then enters the water condenser 4, so that the water vapor in the damp and hot air is condensed into condensed water. The hot and humid air from which some or all of the water vapor is removed is passed into the evaporator 5 for further condensation of water. Through the cooperation of the evaporator 5 and the water condenser 4, the condensation effect can be improved, the capture area of water mist is increased, and therefore the water vapor or the water mist is reduced to enter the condenser 6 and the roller 2, the energy consumption is reduced, and the clothes drying efficiency is improved.
In order to prevent the condensed water from entering the condenser 6 or the drum 2 along with the air flow, the clothes dryer further includes a condensed water collecting device, which is communicated with the water condenser 4, for collecting the condensed water and sending the collected condensed water into the water condenser 4 to be used as a refrigerant in the water condenser 4. Compare among the prior art through the area of increase evaporimeter 5 and increase the refrigerant volume that fills and improve the condensation effect, evaporimeter 5's structure is inconvenient in this embodiment, improves the condensation effect through water-cooled mode, and water-cooled refrigerant can be for the comdenstion water that the vapor condensation formed, is favorable to reducing the cost of dryer, improves the utilization ratio of the energy.

The lower condensation box 72 is located below the water condenser 4 to collect condensed water, and the lower condensation box 72 communicates with a refrigerant passage in the water condenser 4. Specifically, a refrigerant passage in the water condenser 4 and the lower condensation box 72 form a refrigerant circulation passage. The refrigerant is condensed water, and the condensed water circulates in the refrigerant passage and the lower condensation box 72 to absorb heat of the hot and humid air passing through the water condenser 4, thereby condensing the water vapor into the condensed water.
In order to realize the circulation of the condensed water in the lower condensation box 72 and the refrigerant passage, the lower condensation box 72 and the refrigerant passage may be directly communicated with each other, and the water in the lower condensation box 72 is pumped into the refrigerant passage by a pump as the circulating power of the condensed water.
In order to facilitate the discharge of the excessive condensed water, the condensed water collecting apparatus further includes an upper condensation box 71 and a duct. The upper condensation box 71 is located above the drum 2, the upper condensation box 71 is communicated with the lower condensation box 72 through a first pipeline 73, the upper condensation box 71 is communicated with the refrigerant passage through a second pipeline 75, namely, the upper condensation box 71, the second pipeline 75, the refrigerant passage and the lower condensation box 72 form a circulation loop.
The lower condensation box 72 is located below the evaporator 5 and the water condenser 4 to collect condensed water formed in the evaporator 5 and the water condenser 4. The first pipe 73 is provided with a water pump 74, the condensed water in the lower condensation box 72 is introduced into the upper condensation box 71 through the first pipe 73 by the water pump 74, and the condensed water in the upper condensation box 71 is communicated with the refrigerant passage through a second pipe 75, thereby adding the refrigerant to the water condenser 4.
