In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic connection portion 1 includes a fixed salient point 11 connected to the reinforcement member 3, and a plurality of elastic connection members 12 extending from the fixed salient point 11 to the interference suppressor 5, and a spatial position of the fixed salient point 11 is constrained within a deformation range of each elastic connection member 12.
In this embodiment, a plurality of elastic connection members 12 provided in the elastic connection portion 1 have different deformation degrees according to different installation manners, and a plurality of elastic connection members 12 are connected to the fixed salient points 11, so that the deformation amounts of the elastic connection members 12 interact with each other, and the displacement range of the fixed salient points 11 is limited. The fixing salient point 11 is correspondingly connected with the positioning hole 32 on the reinforcing part 3, and a groove clamped with the positioning hole 32 is preferably arranged on the periphery of the fixing salient point 11, so that the elastic connecting part 1 is connected with the reinforcing part 3.
In this embodiment, elastic connection 12 extends from fixed salient point 11 to interference suppressor 5 and is the inclined arc, and the arc is to keeping away from interference suppressor 5's direction bulge and bend, makes fixed salient point 11 that is located the crooked top of arc support under the effect of elasticity reinforcement 3.
In this embodiment, the elastic connection member 12 is disposed in an inclined arc shape from the fixed salient point 11 to the periphery, so that the fixed salient point 11 is located at the top end of the arc-shaped bend, and on the basis that the elastic connection member 12 has elasticity, the elastic connection member 12 is disposed in a bent manner at a certain angle to further increase the deformation force of the elastic connection member 12, so that the elastic connection member further supports the fixed salient point 11 at the arc-shaped top end.
In this embodiment, the elastic connection portion 1 includes two sets of elastic connection members 12 disposed in parallel on two sides of the fixed salient point 11.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting structure disposed at the axial top of the interference suppressor 5 is connected to the reinforcing member 3, so that the interference suppressor 5 is vertically hung below the reinforcing member 3.
In the embodiment, different from the horizontally arranged interference suppressors in the prior art, the interference suppressor 5 is vertically hung below the reinforcing part 3, so that the interference suppressor 5 is prevented from being corroded by condensed water or water vapor for a long time in the process of an early washing program.
Example 2
This embodiment is a further description of the mounting structure of the interference suppressor according to the present invention on the basis of embodiment 1:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic connection portion 1 is arranged below the limiting portion 2 in parallel perpendicular to the length direction of the reinforcing member 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the limiting portion 2 is provided with two clamping structures which are clamped into the reinforcing member 3 in the same direction; the clamping structure is arranged along the length direction of the reinforcing part 3.
In this embodiment, the limiting portion 2 can be provided by the interference suppressor 5 being inserted into the reinforcing member 3 without the elastic connecting portion 1 being mounted. Set up two and block the structure with the joint of equidirectional card income reinforcement 3, can partially restrict interference suppressor 5 and follow on reinforcement 3 the displacement of joint structure setting direction, and this kind of joint structure can further improve the connection fastness under the elastic force effect of elastic connection portion 1. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the limiting portion 2 includes two bosses 24 protruding toward the reinforcement 3, and protruding ends of the two bosses 24 are provided with claws 22 that are inserted into through holes 31 of the reinforcement 3 and face the same direction; the length of the jaw 22 is greater than the width of the boss 24; the interference suppressor 5 is provided with a connecting plate 4 extending vertically upwards, the limiting part 2 is provided with a boss 24 protruding from one side surface of the connecting plate 4 towards a through hole 31 of the reinforcing part 3, and the through hole 31 is arranged on a side wall 33 of the reinforcing part 3 bent vertically downwards; the top of the connecting plate 4 is fixedly connected with the lower side of the top wall 34 of the reinforcing member 3.
In this embodiment, the reinforcement of the cabinet in the washing machine often includes a top wall parallel to the horizontal plane and a side wall bent downward, and the interference suppressor 5 of the present invention is preferably disposed on the side wall 33 bent downward of the reinforcement 3, so that it is necessary to vertically dispose the connecting plate 4 on the interference suppressor 5, and dispose the limiting portion 2 and the elastic connecting portion 1 on a side of the connecting plate 4 facing the reinforcement 3, so as to hang the interference suppressor 5 on the reinforcement 3. In addition, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 41 are arranged at the connecting part of the connecting plate 4 and the top surface of the interference suppressor 5.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting plate 4 is integrally formed with one side of the cylindrical interference suppressor 5, the protruding portion of the connecting plate 4 extends upward from the top surface of the cylindrical interference suppressor to form a plate-shaped connecting structure, the connecting portion between the connecting plate 4 and the barrel of the interference suppressor 5 is provided with a plurality of integrally formed circular arc reinforcing ribs 42, and the circular arc reinforcing ribs 42 are arranged corresponding to the radian of the barrel of the interference suppressor 5.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the edge wrapping provided around the stopper portion 2 constitutes the reinforcing rib 23 of the stopper portion 2.
In this embodiment, the limiting portion 2 includes a boss 24, a claw 22 disposed at a protruding end of the boss 24, and a slot 21 formed by a slit between the boss 24 and the claw 22, and the above structures can be formed by a sheet structure protruding from the interference suppressor 5 and a covered edge surrounding the sheet structure, and the covered edge is disposed at an edge of the limiting portion 2, so that the effect of enhancing the structural strength of the limiting portion 2 is achieved, that is, the reinforcing rib 23.
In this embodiment, the connection point between the fixed salient point 11 and the reinforcing member 3 is slightly higher than the slot 21 of the limiting portion 2, and the thickness of the slot 21 is greater than the wall thickness of the edge of the through hole 31.
In the embodiment, the thickness of the clamping groove of the limiting part 2 is properly widened to be larger than the wall thickness of the edge of the through hole 31 of the reinforcing part 3, and the design is beneficial to an operator to easily realize the insertion connection of the clamping groove 21 and the edge of the through hole 31; meanwhile, the groove position of the fixed salient point 11 is slightly higher than the arrangement of the clamping groove 21, so that after the reinforcing part is connected with the elastic connecting part 1, the fixed salient point 11 presses the elastic connecting part 12 downwards to generate a reaction force, and the reaction force acts on the clamping groove 21 of the limiting part 2 to enable one side in the clamping groove 21 to be tightly stopped against the edge of the through hole 31.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the extending direction of the elastic connecting member 12 is parallel to the length direction of the reinforcing member 3; the elastic connecting piece 12 is bent towards the fixed salient point 11 at the top of the arc curve.
In this embodiment the elastic connection member 12 is fixedly connected to the interference suppressor 5 in the direction of elongation thereof, so that the fixing bumps 11 are influenced by the rigid fixing connection, and the amount of deformation obtainable in said direction of elongation of the elastic connection member 12 is small, while a larger amount of deformation is obtainable in a direction perpendicular to said elastic connection member 12. Therefore, it is preferable to arrange the extending direction of the elastic connecting member 12 in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member 3, so that the stopper portion 2 is stopped by a large elastic force from the side where the elastic connecting member 12 generates a large amount of deformation. And the elastic connecting piece 12 is bent towards the fixed salient point 11 at the position close to the fixed salient point, so that the structural strength of the periphery of the fixed salient point 11 can be enhanced, and the service life of the elastic structure is prolonged.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the bottom of the interference suppressor 5 in the axial direction is provided with a connection terminal; the bottom of the interference suppressor 5 is provided with a water retaining edge 51 surrounding the wiring terminal.
In this embodiment, the water blocking edge 51 is arranged around the wiring terminal of the interference suppressor 5, so as to prevent water vapor or water drops from entering the terminal to cause short circuit, thereby improving the electrical safety performance of the component.
Other embodiments of this example are the same as example 1.
Example 3
In this embodiment, there is provided a washing machine including the interference suppressor and the mounting structure thereof according to embodiment 1 or 2.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A mounting structure of an interference suppressor, which is provided on an interference suppressor (5) and is connected to a reinforcement (3) of a washing machine, characterized by comprising:
an elastic connection portion (1) connected to the reinforcement member (3) and having elastic deformation in a plurality of directions;
and the limiting part (2) is clamped into the reinforcing part (3) and limited and abutted against the reinforcing part (3) under the elastic action of the elastic connecting part (1).
2. The mounting structure of an interference suppressor according to claim 1, wherein the elastic connecting portion (1) and the stopper portion (2) are arranged in line along a longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member (3), or are arranged side by side perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member (3);
preferably, the elastic connecting parts (1) are arranged below the limiting parts (2) in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the reinforcing part (3).
3. The mounting structure of the interference suppressor according to claim 2, wherein the limiting portion (2) is provided with a snap-fit structure which is partially snapped into the reinforcement (3);
preferably, the limiting part (2) is provided with at least two clamping structures which are clamped into the reinforcing part (3) in the same direction;
more preferably, the clamping structures are arranged along the length direction of the reinforcing piece (3).
4. The mounting structure of the interference suppressor according to claim 2, wherein the limiting portion (2) comprises a plurality of bosses (24) protruding toward the reinforcement (3), and protruding ends of the bosses (24) are provided with claws (22) which are inserted into through holes (31) of the reinforcement (3) and face the same;
preferably, the length of the claw (22) is larger than the width of the boss (24);
preferably, the interference suppressor (5) is provided with a connecting plate (4) extending vertically upwards, the limiting part (2) protrudes from one side surface of the connecting plate (4) towards a through hole (31) of the reinforcing part (3) to form a boss (24), and the through hole (31) is formed in a side wall (33) of the reinforcing part (3) which is bent vertically downwards;
more preferably, the top of the connecting plate (4) is fixedly connected with the lower side of the top wall (34) of the reinforcing member (3).
5. The mounting structure of the interference suppressor according to claim 4, wherein the boss (24) further includes a catching groove (21) provided adjacent to the claw (22), the catching groove (21) being abutted against an edge of the through-hole (31) of the reinforcement member (3) by an elastic force of the elastic connecting portion (1);
preferably, the edge wrapping arranged around the limiting part (2) forms a reinforcing rib (23) of the limiting part (2).

The mounting structure of an interference suppressor according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the elastic connecting portion (1) includes a fixed protruding point (11) connected to the reinforcing member (3), and a plurality of elastic connecting members (12) extending from the fixed protruding point (11) to the interference suppressor (5), and a spatial position of the fixed protruding point (11) is constrained within a deformation range of each elastic connecting member (12).
7. The mounting structure of a jammer suppressor according to claim 6, wherein the elastic connecting member (12) is provided to extend from the fixing projection (11) toward the jammer suppressor (5) in an inclined arc which is convexly curved in a direction away from the jammer suppressor (5) so that the fixing projection (11) at the curved top of the arc supports the reinforcing member (3) by an elastic force;
preferably, the connecting point of the fixed salient point (11) and the reinforcing part (3) is slightly higher than the clamping groove (21) of the limiting part (2), and the thickness of the clamping groove (21) is larger than the wall thickness of the edge of the through hole (31).
8. The mounting structure of an interference suppressor according to claim 7, wherein said elastic connecting portion (1) comprises two sets of elastic connecting members (12) arranged in parallel to each other on both sides of a fixed bump (11);
preferably, the extension direction of the elastic connecting piece (12) is parallel to the length direction of the reinforcing piece (3);
preferably, the elastic connecting piece (12) is bent towards the fixed salient point (11) at the top of the arc bending.
9. The mounting structure of the interference suppressor according to claim 6, characterized in that the mounting structure provided at the axial top of the interference suppressor (5) is connected to the reinforcing member (3) so that the interference suppressor (5) is hung vertically below the reinforcing member (3); a wiring terminal is arranged at the axial bottom of the interference suppressor (5);
preferably, the bottom of the interference suppressor (5) is provided with a water retaining edge (51) surrounding the wiring terminal.
10. A washing machine, characterized by comprising a mounting structure of the interference suppressor (5) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
