Abstract
The invention relates to a cleaning agent composition and application thereof. The clearing agent composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-80% of cleaning solvent, 8-30% of penetrating agent and 10-50% of dispersing agent; wherein the cleaning solvent is at least one selected from petroleum ether, cyclohexane and aviation kerosene; the penetrant is at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether; the dispersant is at least one selected from N-methyl pyrrolidone, isopropanol and N, N-dimethyl acetamide. The environment-friendly cleaning solvent, the penetrant with low surface tension and strong permeability and the dispersant with excellent dissolving capacity for grease stains are selected to be matched for use, the penetrant and the dispersant are utilized to increase the contact area of the cleaning solvent and the oil stains, the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent is synergistically increased, the stains are dissolved in the solution and removed from the cleaned surface, and the obtained cleaning agent has no pungent smell, no irritation to skin and no corrosion to the cleaned material.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical industry, in particular to a cleaning agent composition and application thereof.
Background
The traditional solvent type cleaning agent mainly comprises a hydrogen-containing chlorofluorocarbon solvent, and the organic solvent has strong dissolving capacity on grease and is widely applied to the solvent type cleaning agent due to flame retardancy. Common solvents include carbon tetrachloride, trichlorotrifluoroethane, methyl chloroform, dichloromonofluoroethane, dichloropentafluoropropane, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane, toluene, xylene and the like, but the solvents are toxic to human bodies, have strong irritation to human skins, are corrosive to cleaned objects, have large destructive power to atmospheric ozone layers and are difficult to degrade, and are limited by various environmental regulations.
The common environment-friendly cleaning agent is mainly prepared from an environment-friendly organic solvent, and has the advantages of low toxicity, safety to human bodies and environmental friendliness. The environment-friendly cleaning agent and a small amount of additives such as penetrant, dispersant, surfactant and the like are usually required to be matched for enhancing the cleaning effect, but the additives are various, and the additives are a key technology which can obviously improve the cleaning power and is harmless to human bodies and the environment by adding a small amount, so that the application of the common environment-friendly cleaning agent in daily life is limited.

The principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the petroleum ether, the cyclohexane, the isododecane and the aviation kerosene are good in intersolubility, are green and environment-friendly solvents, and have a good cleaning effect on oil stains when being used as a cleaning solvent of a cleaning agent; on the basis, at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether with low surface tension and strong permeability is added as a penetrant, and the penetrant and a cleaning solvent are mutually dissolved to enable the cleaning solvent to be more easily contacted with oil stains on the surface of the material, so that the oil stains on the surface begin to soften/expand; meanwhile, at least one of N-methyl pyrrolidone, isopropanol and N, N-dimethylacetamide is added as a dispersing agent, the excellent dissolving performance and adsorption performance of the dispersing agent on grease stains are utilized, the stains are decomposed into smaller particles, the contact area of a cleaning solvent and the oil stains is increased, the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent is synergistically increased, the stains are dissolved in the solution and removed from the cleaned surface. The environment-friendly cleaning agent has no pungent smell, no irritation to skin, good cleaning effect and no corrosion to cleaned materials due to the mutual matching of the components.

A clearing agent composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
30 to 80 percent of cleaning solvent,

The raw materials of the cleaning agent composition comprise 30-80% of cleaning solvent by mass percent; preferably, the cleaning agent comprises 40-72% of cleaning solvent by mass percent; most preferably, the cleaning solvent is contained by 55-68% by mass. The cleaning solvent is at least one selected from petroleum ether, cyclohexane, isododecane and aviation kerosene. Petroleum ether, cyclohexane, isododecane and aviation kerosene are all green, environment-friendly and cheap solvent raw materials.
The raw materials of the cleaning agent composition also comprise 8-30% of penetrating agent by mass percent; preferably, the penetrant is contained in an amount of 9-25 wt%; most preferably, the penetrant is included by the mass percentage of 10-20%. The penetrant is at least one selected from propylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether. The penetrant has the advantages of low surface tension and strong permeability, and can contact greasy dirt on the metal surface more easily to soften the greasy dirt on the surface, so that the dispersant can disperse the dirt in the solvent more easily to be dissolved.
The raw materials of the cleaning agent composition also comprise a dispersant with the mass percentage of 10-50%; preferably, the dispersing agent with the mass percent of 15-45 percent is included; most preferably, the dispersant is included by mass percent of 20-30%. The dispersing agent is at least one selected from N-methyl pyrrolidone, isopropanol and N, N-dimethyl acetamide. The dispersant has strong adsorption capacity on materials and excellent dissolving capacity on oil and fat colloids, decomposes the materials into smaller particles, and dissolves the particles in a solution to ensure that the particles are far away from the surface to be cleaned, thereby removing oil stains on the surface.
In a more preferred embodiment, the cleaning solvent is a mixture of petroleum ether and cyclohexane; the penetrating agent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; the dispersing agent is a mixture of N-methyl pyrrolidone, N-dimethyl acetamide and isopropanol.
In a more preferred embodiment, the cleaning agent composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
in addition, the cleaning agent composition has the advantages of strong cleaning capability, no corrosiveness and environmental friendliness, and can be made to have other excellent properties by adding a certain amount of additives. Preferably, the raw materials of the cleaning agent composition also comprise 0.05-15% of additive by mass percent; more preferably, the additive comprises 0.5 to 10 percent by mass of additive; further preferably, the additive is 1-5% by mass. The additive is at least one selected from Mannich base cleaning dispersant, alkalescent organic additive and oil-soluble essence. A small amount of additive is added to play a role in assisting cleaning, and a small amount of oil-soluble essence is added to improve the smell of the cleaning agent.
In a more preferred embodiment, oil-soluble flavors are added as additives to the system containing N-methylpyrrolidone to mask the characteristic scorched and ammoniacal notes of N-methylpyrrolidone.
In a more preferred embodiment, the Mannich base cleaning dispersant is RF1202, and RF1202 has a good dispersion effect on carbon deposition, thereby increasing the cleaning rate. The RF1202 was purchased from new materials, inc.
In a more preferred embodiment, the weakly basic organic additive is monoethanolamine.
The invention also provides an atomized cleaning agent, and the raw material of the atomized cleaning agent comprises a gas propellant and the cleaning agent composition.
In a preferred embodiment, the gas propellant is composed of liquefied petroleum gas and carbon dioxide in a volume ratio of 20:1 to 30: 1. More preferably, the liquefied petroleum gas is 7:3 LPG.

filling the cleaning agent composition into an aerosol can, and sealing the aerosol can by using a valve to obtain a semi-finished product;
and then inflating the semi-finished product with 7:3LPG and a small amount of carbon dioxide, and closing a matched spray pipe of the spray head and a label of the bottle cap to obtain the gas atomization cleaning agent.
The gas atomization cleaning agent prepared by using the cleaning agent composition as a raw material can effectively replace the traditional cleaning agent and the environment-friendly brake disc cleaning agent, has the cleaning power equivalent to that of the traditional cleaning agent, has stronger cleaning power than that of the brake disc cleaning agent, has no corrosivity on the cleaned material, and solves the problems of environmental protection, strong cleaning capability, no irritation and no corrosivity of the cleaning agent group.

The above data fully show that the environment-friendly cleaning agent composition which has no pungent smell, no irritation to skin, good cleaning effect and no corrosion to cleaned materials is obtained by selecting at least one of petroleum ether, cyclohexane and aviation kerosene as a raw material of a cleaning solvent to replace a solvent with strong cleaning power and high pollution, selecting at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether as a penetrating agent, selecting at least one of N-methyl pyrrolidone, isopropanol and N, N-dimethylacetamide as a dispersing agent and mutually matching the components. The gas atomization cleaning agent prepared by using the cleaning agent composition as a raw material can effectively replace the traditional cleaning agent and the environment-friendly brake disc cleaning agent, has the cleaning power equivalent to that of the traditional cleaning agent, has stronger cleaning power than that of the brake disc cleaning agent, has no corrosivity on the cleaned material, and solves the problems of environmental protection, strong cleaning capability, no irritation and no corrosivity of the cleaning agent group.

the penetrant is selected from at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether;
the dispersing agent is at least one selected from N-methyl pyrrolidone, isopropanol and N, N-dimethyl acetamide.
2. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
40-72% of cleaning solvent,
9 to 25 percent of penetrant,
15 to 45 percent of dispersant.
3. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
55 to 68 percent of cleaning solvent,
10 to 20 percent of penetrating agent,
20 to 30 percent of dispersant.
4. The detergent composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cleaning solvent is a mixture of petroleum ether and cyclohexane; the penetrating agent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; the dispersing agent is a mixture of N-methyl pyrrolidone, N-dimethyl acetamide and isopropanol.
6. a detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the detergent composition further comprise 0.05-15% by weight of additives.
7. A detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the detergent composition further comprise 0.5-10% by weight of additives.
8. The cleaning agent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent composition further comprises 1-5% by weight of additives.
9. The detergent composition as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 8, wherein the additive is at least one selected from Mannich base detergent-dispersants, weakly basic organic additives and oil-soluble perfumes.
10. An aerosol cleaning agent, characterized in that the raw material of the aerosol cleaning agent comprises a propellant gas and the cleaning agent composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. The aerosol cleaning agent according to claim 10, wherein the gas propellant is composed of liquefied petroleum gas and carbon dioxide in a volume ratio of 20:1 to 30: 1.
