Background
The traditional solvent type cleaning agent mainly comprises a hydrogen-containing chlorofluorocarbon solvent, and the organic solvent has strong dissolving capacity on grease and is widely applied to the solvent type cleaning agent due to flame retardancy. Common solvents include carbon tetrachloride, trichlorotrifluoroethane, methyl chloroform, dichloromonofluoroethane, dichloropentafluoropropane, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane, toluene, xylene and the like, but the solvents are toxic to human bodies, have strong irritation to human skins, are corrosive to cleaned objects, have large destructive power to atmospheric ozone layers and are difficult to degrade, and are limited by various environmental regulations.
The common environment-friendly cleaning agent is mainly prepared from an environment-friendly organic solvent, and has the advantages of low toxicity, safety to human bodies and environmental friendliness. The environment-friendly cleaning agent and a small amount of additives such as penetrant, dispersant, surfactant and the like are usually required to be matched for enhancing the cleaning effect, but the additives are various, and the additives are a key technology which can obviously improve the cleaning power and is harmless to human bodies and the environment by adding a small amount, so that the application of the common environment-friendly cleaning agent in daily life is limited.

Comparative example 3
A commercial sample, namely a stock solution of a common brake disc cleaning agent is used as the cleaning agent of the comparative example, and the stock solution of the common brake disc cleaning agent consists of 80 mass percent of petroleum ether and 20 mass percent of absolute ethyl alcohol.

Figure BDA0002336994460000131
As can be seen from table 1, the detergent products obtained in examples 1 to 6 have no pungent odor, no irritation to skin, good cleaning effect, and no corrosion to the cleaned material except that kerosene is added in example 4, and if the dispersant is omitted in combination with comparative example 1, the obtained product has an irritating odor, which is irritating to the human body, and the cleaning rate is reduced, and the effect is poor; in comparison with comparative example 2, if the penetrant is omitted, the obtained product cannot effectively penetrate and clean deep oil dirt, the cleaning rate is reduced, and the effect is poor; in comparison with comparative example 3, it can be seen that if a stock solution of a commercially available general brake disc cleaning agent is used for cleaning the stains, the main cleaning ability is carried out by the solvent, and thus the cleaning agent shows a good cleaning ability for light stains, but a weak cleaning ability for heavy stains and immersion. In comparison with comparative example 4, it can be seen that if the non-environment-friendly detergent stock solution is used for cleaning dirt, the cleaning capability is better, but the detergent has pungent smell, is irritant to skin and severely corrodes rubber and plastics. The above data fully show that the environment-friendly cleaning agent composition which has no pungent smell, no irritation to skin, good cleaning effect and no corrosion to cleaned materials is obtained by selecting at least one of petroleum ether, cyclohexane and aviation kerosene as a raw material of a cleaning solvent to replace a solvent with strong cleaning power and high pollution, selecting at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether as a penetrating agent, selecting at least one of N-methyl pyrrolidone, isopropanol and N, N-dimethylacetamide as a dispersing agent and mutually matching the components. The gas atomization cleaning agent prepared by using the cleaning agent composition as a raw material can effectively replace the traditional cleaning agent and the environment-friendly brake disc cleaning agent, has the cleaning power equivalent to that of the traditional cleaning agent, has stronger cleaning power than that of the brake disc cleaning agent, has no corrosivity on the cleaned material, and solves the problems of environmental protection, strong cleaning capability, no irritation and no corrosivity of the cleaning agent group.
