Abstract
The invention discloses a single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint comprises 20-30 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 10-20 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin, 22-35 parts of pigment and filler, 3-5 parts of nano silver sol, 1-4 parts of propylene glycol, 1-2 parts of dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of wetting agent, 1-2 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent and 20-35 parts of water. The single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint disclosed by the invention is good in mildew resistance, good in adhesive force, high in drying speed, good in washing resistance and good in paint film elasticity.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, and particularly relates to single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the gradual improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on the quality of interior decoration is higher and higher, and the quality of interior wall coating is more and more concerned by people as an important component of home decoration. The antibacterial coating is more common in humid south such as Guangdong areas and the like, and the antibacterial coating is an important direction for future development. The antibacterial agent can be divided into an organic antibacterial agent and an inorganic antibacterial agent, the organic antibacterial agent is a traditional antibacterial agent and is widely applied in the medical field and the industry and agriculture, such as benzimidazole, pyridine, quaternary ammonium salt, organotin, organic arsenic and the like, and the organic antibacterial agent has the problems of poor heat resistance, poor safety and the like, and has poor antibacterial, mildewproof and long-acting properties. The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art and provides the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint which has the advantages of good antibacterial and mildew resistance, good adhesive force, high drying speed, good washing and brushing resistance and certain elasticity.

20-30 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin;
10-20 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin;
22-35 parts of pigment and filler;
3-5 parts of nano silver sol;
1-4 parts of propylene glycol;
1-2 parts of a dispersing agent;
1-2 parts of a wetting agent;
1-2 parts of a thickening agent;
0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent;
20-35 parts of water;
the nano silver sol is prepared by the following method:
step (1): dropwise adding 2-4% ammonia water into 5 parts of 2-4% silver nitrate solution, and continuously shaking the mixture in the dropwise adding process until the initial precipitate is just dissolved to obtain a silver ammonium solution;
step (2): mixing and stirring 0.5-2 parts of fructose, 2.5-5 parts of water, 0.5-1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 0.5-1 part of AMP-95 uniformly;
and (3): and (2) controlling the temperature of the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to be 30-40 ℃, stirring at the speed of 100-150 rpm, dropwise adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring, increasing the temperature to 40-50 ℃ after dropwise adding, rotating at the speed of 500-800 rpm, and continuously stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the nano-silver sol.
The invention uses nano silver sol as an antibacterial agent to be added into an emulsion which uses aqueous polyurethane resin and water-soluble acrylic resin as film-forming components to prepare a single-component aqueous antibacterial interior wall paint with good antibacterial and mildew resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, wherein the nano silver sol is a silver ammonium solution prepared by reacting a silver nitrate solution with ammonia water, fructose can reduce silver ions in the silver ammonium solution into nano silver, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose can be dissolved in water into a clear or slightly turbid colloidal solution which can be used as an emulsifier and a protective agent and has good dispersibility and emulsion stability; AMP-95 is a multifunctional amine assistant, alcoholic hydroxyl in AMP-95 has adsorption effect on inorganic pigment, so that the surface of the inorganic pigment is provided with positive charges, Ag can be deflocculated under the action of electrostatic repulsion, AMP-95 also has good steric hindrance, and the agglomeration of Ag can be reduced, so that the Ag is uniformly and stably dispersed in a system, and thus, the prepared nano silver sol latex has good stability and dispersibility, and the antibacterial Ag is good in dispersibility and is not easy to agglomerate in the water-based antibacterial interior wall paint.
Preferably, the aqueous polyurethane resin is anionic aqueous polyurethane with the solid content of 25-40% and the viscosity of not more than 500 cps. More preferably, the aqueous polyurethane resin is L-2812 of Kyowa synergistic Polymer Co., Ltd. L-2812 is non-yellowing soft water-based PU, has good dispersibility, and a skin film thereof is tough and elastic, can endow a paint film with greasy and elastic handfeel, improves the quality of interior wall paint, and also has excellent recovery property.
Preferably, the water-soluble acrylic resin is a water-soluble acrylic resin with a molecular weight of 3000-4000. More preferably, the water-soluble acrylic resin is M-331 water-soluble acrylic resin from Hengdong chemical products, Inc. of Guangzhou. The M-331 water-soluble acrylic resin has good wettability and color-spreading capability to pigment and filler, good film-forming property, excellent adhesive force, high drying speed and good miscibility with other water-based resins.
Preferably, the pigment and filler is at least two of calcium carbonate, calcined kaolin and titanium dioxide.
More preferably, the pigment and filler comprises 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of calcined kaolin and 15-25 parts of titanium dioxide.
The dispersant is an anionic wetting dispersant and/or a macromolecular hyperdispersant.
The preparation method of the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint comprises the following steps:
s1, dispersing a wetting agent and a dispersing agent in water, uniformly stirring, adding a pigment and a filler, dispersing for 30-60 min at the rotating speed of 1000-2000 rpm, and grinding by using a sand mill until the fineness is not more than 30 micrometers to obtain slurry, wherein the using amount of water is 60-70% of the total amount;
s2, uniformly mixing the water-based polyurethane resin, the water-soluble acrylic resin, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent, propylene glycol, the balance of water and the nano-silver sol;
and S3, gradually adding the mixture obtained in the step S2 into the mixture obtained in the step S1, stirring at 500-1000 rpm for 30-60 min, and filtering to obtain the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the special nano silver sol replaces the traditional antibacterial agent and is added into the aqueous polyurethane resin and the water-soluble acrylic resin, the nano silver sol latex has good stability and good dispersibility, the antibacterial Ag has good dispersibility in the single-component aqueous antibacterial interior wall paint and is not easy to agglomerate, and the prepared single-component aqueous antibacterial interior wall paint has good antibacterial and mildew-proof properties;
(2) the water-soluble acrylic resin has good film forming property, good adhesive force, high drying speed and strong adhesive force for the interior wall paint. Smooth quality and rapid curing.
Detailed Description

The following examples used the following sources of starting materials:
the water-soluble acrylic resin is from M-331 of Hengdong chemical products, Inc. of Guangzhou city;
aqueous polyurethane resin: l-2812 of Guangzhou product macromolecules, Inc.
Other raw materials which are not particularly described are all common commercial products.
The nano-silver sol described in the following example was prepared by the following method:
step (1): dropwise adding 3% ammonia water into 5 parts of 3% silver nitrate solution, and continuously shaking the mixture during the dropwise adding process until the initial precipitate is just dissolved to obtain a silver-ammonium solution;
step (2): mixing 1 part of fructose, 5 parts of water, 0.8 part of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 0.75 part of AMP-95, and uniformly stirring;
and (3): and (2) controlling the temperature of the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to be 30-40 ℃, stirring at the speed of 100-150 rpm, dropwise adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring, increasing the temperature to 40-50 ℃ after dropwise adding, rotating at the speed of 500-800 rpm, and continuously stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the nano-silver sol.
Example 1
A single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint comprises the following components in parts by mass:
25 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin;
18 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin;
24 parts of pigment and filler;
4 parts of nano silver sol;
3 parts of propylene glycol;
1.3 parts of a dispersing agent;
1.2 parts of a wetting agent;
1.3 parts of a thickening agent;
0.2 part of defoaming agent;
22 parts of water;
wherein, the pigment and filler comprises 8 parts of calcium carbonate, 2.5 parts of calcined kaolin and 13.5 parts of titanium dioxide.
The preparation process of the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint is as follows:
s1, dispersing a wetting agent and a dispersing agent in 15 parts of water, uniformly stirring, adding a pigment and a filler, dispersing for 30-60 min at the rotating speed of 1000-2000 rpm, and grinding by using a sand mill until the fineness is not more than 30 micrometers to obtain slurry;
s2, uniformly mixing the water-based polyurethane resin, the water-soluble acrylic resin, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent, propylene glycol, the balance of water and the nano-silver sol;
and S3, gradually adding the mixture obtained in the step S2 into the mixture obtained in the step S1, stirring at 500-1000 rpm for 30-60 min, and filtering to obtain the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint.
Example 2
A single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint comprises the following components in parts by mass:
28 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin;
10 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin;
22.5 parts of pigment and filler;
3 parts of nano silver sol;
1 part of propylene glycol;
1.2 parts of a dispersing agent;
1.0 part of wetting agent;
1.0 part of thickening agent;
0.3 part of defoaming agent;
32 parts of water;
wherein, the pigment filler comprises 5.5 parts of calcium carbonate, 2 parts of calcined kaolin and 15 parts of titanium dioxide.
The preparation process of the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the details are not repeated here.
Example 3
A single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint comprises the following components in parts by mass:
21 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin;
10 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin;
32 parts of pigment and filler;
4.7 parts of nano silver sol;
3.8 parts of propylene glycol;
2.0 parts of a dispersing agent;
1.8 parts of a wetting agent;
1.7 parts of a thickening agent;
0.5 part of defoaming agent;
22.5 parts of water;
wherein, the pigment filler comprises 8 parts of calcium carbonate, 4 parts of calcined kaolin and 20 parts of titanium dioxide.
The specific test methods of the performance tests, including the antibacterial and mildewproof performance test, the VOC content test, the adhesion test, the scrub resistance test and the hand feeling test, of the antibacterial coating of examples 1 to 3 were as follows:
(1) and (3) testing the antibacterial and mildewproof performance: national standard GB/T9756-;
(2) and (3) testing the VOC content: reference GB 18582-2008;
(3) and (3) testing the adhesive force: GB/T9756-2008 internal wall coating national standard;
(3) scrub resistance test: reference is made to GB/T9266-1988 standard;
(4) hand feeling: painting the paint on the treated putty wall, adding about 5 percent of water before painting, painting twice, and touching with fingers after the paint film is dried.
The test results are shown in Table 1.

and (3): and (2) controlling the temperature of the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to be 30-40 ℃, stirring at the speed of 100-150 rpm, dropwise adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring, increasing the temperature to 40-50 ℃ after dropwise adding, rotating at the speed of 500-800 rpm, and continuously stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the nano-silver sol.
2. The one-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint according to claim 1, wherein the water-based polyurethane resin is anionic water-based polyurethane with a solid content of 25-40% and a viscosity of not more than 500 cps.
3. The one-component aqueous antibacterial interior wall paint according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble acrylic resin is a water-soluble acrylic resin with a molecular weight of 3000-4000.
4. The one-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint according to claim 1, wherein the pigment and filler is at least two of calcium carbonate, calcined kaolin and titanium dioxide.
5. The single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint according to claim 4, wherein the pigment and filler comprise 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of calcined kaolin and 10-20 parts of titanium dioxide.
6. The one-component aqueous antibacterial interior wall paint according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is an anionic wetting dispersant and/or a polymeric hyperdispersant.
7. The preparation method of the one-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, dispersing a wetting agent and a dispersing agent in water, uniformly stirring, adding a pigment and a filler, dispersing for 30-60 min at the rotating speed of 1000-2000 rpm, and grinding by using a sand mill until the fineness is not more than 30 micrometers to obtain slurry, wherein the using amount of water is 60-70% of the total amount;
s2, uniformly mixing the water-based polyurethane resin, the water-soluble acrylic resin, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent, propylene glycol, the balance of water and the nano-silver sol;
and S3, gradually adding the mixture obtained in the step S2 into the mixture obtained in the step S1, stirring at 500-1000 rpm for 30-60 min, and filtering to obtain the single-component water-based antibacterial interior wall paint.
