现有挤出成型的塑料板材的表面纹理主要有两种类型:一种是挤出成型后表面为光滑纹理;另一种是板材表面经过二次加工后形成的纹理,如雕刻、烫印等。为了获得板材表面纹理,现有的加工方法均需要进行二次加工,导致工艺较为复杂,成本增加,且经过二次加工的板材表面微观尺度下平滑度变差,因此耐候性降低。

步骤3)、成型、塑料熔体在挤出机螺杆的推动下通过口模,得到连续的塑料板材;
步骤4)、纹理收缩、通过定径和冷却,塑料板材表面自然收缩形成纹理;
步骤5)、牵引和切割,塑料板材通过牵引装置进行牵引,并进行定长切割和打包。

所述挤塑机的料筒温度为:I区130-150℃,II区160-170℃,III区165-180℃,IV区165-180℃,V区160-175℃,所述挤出成型机头温度为160-175℃,所述口模温度为160-180℃,所述螺杆转速为15-25r/min。
本发明提供的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材及其成型方法具有如下有益效果:本发明的塑料板材表面的纹理为挤出后自然收缩形成的,无需二次加工便具有优美的外观,同时还节省了大量的后续工艺。本发明的塑料板材由于不需要表面的二次加工,因此微观尺度下表面平滑自然过渡,表面空隙少,具有优异的耐候性,在户外的使用寿命长达10年以上。
上述仅为本发明的若干具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (10)

1.一种室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材,其特征在于,所述板材的原料以重量份计,包括如下组分:聚乙烯90-110份、聚丙烯30-50份、PE-PP相容剂5-20份、发泡成核剂2-10份、发泡剂0.1-5份、发泡活化剂0.05-2份、元明粉1-5份、润滑剂1-5份、紫外光吸收剂0.1-2份、抗氧剂0.5-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材及其成型方法,其特征在于:所述PE-PP相容剂为乙丙橡胶、POE、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、EVA、SBS、三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材,其特征在于:所述发泡成核剂为碳酸钙、滑石粉、纳米蒙脱土等中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠中的一种或两种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材及其成型方法,其特征在于:所述发泡活化剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸锌、碳酸锌中的一种或多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、石蜡、PE蜡中的一种或多种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材,其特征在于:所述紫外光吸收剂为UV-531、UV-324、UV-770、UV-327、UV-9010中的一种或多种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂DLTP中的一种或多种混合物。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材的成型方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)、原料准备,将原材料按照配方比重混合并加工制得粒状塑料,经过干燥处理后将水分控制在0.5%以下;
步骤2)、塑化,原料在挤塑机内经过加热塑化成熔体;
步骤3)、成型、塑料熔体在挤出机螺杆的推动下通过口模,得到连续的塑料板材;
步骤4)、纹理收缩、通过定径和冷却,塑料板材表面自然收缩形成纹理;
步骤5)、牵引和切割,塑料板材通过牵引装置进行牵引,并进行定长切割和打包。
10.根据权利要求9所述的室外用挤出发泡成型的自然收缩纹理塑料板材及其成型方法,其特征在于:所述挤塑机的料筒温度为:I区130-150℃,I I区160-170℃,III区165-180℃,IV区165-180℃,V区160-175℃,所述挤出成型机头温度为160-175℃,所述口模温度为160-180℃,所述螺杆转速为15-25r/min。
