Starting the quicklime slaking equipment in the following sequence:

4. and (3) starting the first-stage digester water distribution bin 1, starting a first-stage variable frequency motor 16 to drive a first-stage stirring shaft 14 and a first-stage helical blade 15 to rotate, and simultaneously starting a temperature sensor 10 in the first-stage digester water distribution bin 1.
Then, the blanking device can be started to convey the quicklime into the primary digester water distribution bin 1 through the primary feed inlet 12, the water inlet device 6 is started when the quicklime enters the primary digester water distribution bin 1, the water pump 7 conveys water into the anti-blocking spray nozzle 37 through the water inlet pipeline 8, and the water is sprayed out of the primary digester water distribution bin 1 through the anti-blocking spray nozzle 37; in the water inlet process, the controller controls the opening degree of the electric valve 9 on the water inlet pipeline 8 according to the set blanking amount in unit time, the water inlet flow can be measured through the flow meter 39 on the water inlet pipeline 8, the water inlet amount in unit time is controlled through the set ratio of quick lime to water, and the digestion effect is improved. The quick lime is contacted with water in the water distribution bin 1 of the first-level digester to be digested and generate heat and steam dust, under the action of the fan 30, the steam dust flows downwards from the water distribution bin 1 of the first-level digester to flow through the second-level digestion bin 2, the third-level slaked lime stabilization bin 3 and the dust removal box 4, the steam dust in the dust removal box 4 is filtered out of dust through the high-temperature-resistant waterproof filter bag 32, the separation air bag 33 which is filled with compressed air through the pulse valve 34 can drive the high-temperature-resistant waterproof filter bag 32 to shake, so that the dust adhered to the surface of the high-temperature-resistant waterproof filter bag 32 falls back to the third-level slaked lime stabilization bin; the filtered dust and the steam can be discharged through the air outlet pipe 29 and the air outlet 31, and the quicklime slaking equipment does not discharge any waste water and dust. The first-stage double-spiral blade 15 conveys materials to the other end of the first-stage slaker water distribution bin 1, the materials enter the second-stage slaking bin 3 from the first-stage discharge port 12 through the second-stage feed port 18 and continue to be slaked in the second-stage slaking bin 3, meanwhile, the materials are conveyed to the other end of the second-stage slaking bin 2 by the second-stage double-spiral blade 21 and enter the third-stage slaked lime stabilizing bin 3 from the second-stage discharge port 19 through the third-stage feed port 24, the third-stage slaked lime stabilizing bin 3 has a larger space, more materials; tertiary helical blade 27 is carried the material to the other end in tertiary slaked lime stable storehouse 3, falls into discharging conveyor from tertiary discharge gate 25 in, conveniently carries out the mixing with other materials. When the machine is stopped, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 40 to be closed, water feeding is stopped, then the blanking device is stopped, blanking is stopped, and then the primary slaker water distribution bin 1, the secondary slaker bin 2, the tertiary slaked lime stabilizing bin 3 and the dust removal box 4 are closed in sequence in the reverse order of starting.
