Abstract
The application discloses an elevator floor registration method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a voice instruction of a user; performing voice recognition on the voice instruction to acquire a destination name in the voice instruction; determining the floor where the destination is located according to the pre-stored corresponding relation between the destination name and the floor where the destination is located; and registering the floor where the destination is located. The application also discloses an elevator floor registration device and a computer readable storage medium.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of elevators, and in particular, to an elevator floor registration method, apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In a large office building, since the number of companies entering the office building is usually very large, an information sign is usually placed in a hall of the office building, and the name of the company entering the office building and the number of the floor or room where the company is located are marked on the information sign. When a user wants to visit a company, the user usually needs to search the information indicator to know the specific floor where the company is located, and then enters the elevator to select the floor, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application provides an elevator floor registration method and device, which can automatically identify the floor where a company is located and register the floor according to the company name inputted by the user through voice.
The elevator floor registration method provided by the embodiment of the application can comprise the following steps: receiving a voice instruction of a user; performing voice recognition on the voice instruction to acquire a destination name in the voice instruction; determining the floor where the destination is located according to the pre-stored corresponding relation between the destination name and the floor where the destination is located; and registering the floor where the destination is located on the elevator.
In an embodiment of the application, the performing voice recognition on the voice command and acquiring the destination name in the voice command may include: performing voice recognition on the voice instruction according to a pre-stored basic word bank and a pre-stored destination keyword bank to obtain a voice instruction text; and extracting a keyword of a destination from the voice instruction text according to a pre-stored destination keyword library, and taking the keyword of the destination as the destination name.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: and when the floor where the destination is located is registered on the elevator, the button indicating lamp of the corresponding floor on the elevator is lightened.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: and when the floor where the destination is located is registered on the elevator, playing first voice prompt information, wherein the first voice prompt information comprises the name of the destination and the floor where the destination is located.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: carrying out voice recognition on the voice command to acquire floor information in the voice command; and registering the corresponding floor on the elevator according to the indication of the floor information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: controlling the elevator to run to the registered floor; when the elevator arrives at the registered floor, playing second voice prompt information; and the second voice prompt message comprises a destination name corresponding to the floor.

In an embodiment of the present application, the control module may be further configured to control the elevator to travel to a registered floor; the voice playing module can be further used for playing second voice prompt information when the elevator arrives at the registered floor; and the second voice prompt message comprises a destination name corresponding to the floor.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer readable medium, and the computer program realizes the elevator floor registration method when being executed by a processor.
By the elevator floor registration method and device, when a user enters the elevator room, the floor where the company is located can be automatically identified and floor registration can be carried out according to the company name input by the user through voice, the floor where the destination is located does not need to be searched and memorized by the user, the floor where the user is located does not need to be pressed by the user, the floor registration of the elevator can be carried out, time and labor are saved, and the convenience of the user in using the elevator is greatly improved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an elevator floor registration method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be implemented by an elevator floor registration device installed in an elevator car. As shown in fig. 1, an elevator floor registration method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
In the application, when a user walks into an elevator car, the user does not need to press a floor button of the elevator, but only needs to speak a voice command containing a destination name, for example, the user can say 'go to the Ali-Bara group' or directly say 'millet' in the world when walking into the elevator car, and the like. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the voice instruction should include the name of the destination, and the destination name may be a full name of the destination or an abbreviation including a destination keyword, or the like.

In some embodiments of the present application, the voice command input by the user may be recognized by using various existing voice recognition technologies, and the destination name in the voice command may be obtained. For example, using a neural network implementation, etc.

The trained model can be used for voice recognition, so that a voice instruction text is obtained.
Then, extracting a destination keyword from the voice instruction text according to a pre-stored destination keyword library, and taking the destination keyword as the destination name.

In order to realize automatic registration of elevator floors, in some embodiments of the present application, it is necessary to store in advance a correspondence between destination names and floors on which destinations are located. For example, a correspondence table of destination names and floors where destinations are located as shown in table 1 below is stored in advance.

After the destination names are obtained through the voice recognition technology, the corresponding destination names can be searched in the corresponding relation table of the destination names and the floors where the destinations are stored in advance through a table lookup mode, and therefore the floors where the destinations are located are determined.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the corresponding destination name cannot be found in the correspondence table between the destination names and the floors where the destinations are stored in advance, the user may be prompted to re-input the voice command if the voice command of the user is considered to be incorrect.
In other embodiments of the present application, when a floor where a destination is located is searched, a fuzzy matching method may be adopted, so that one or more results are usually searched, and at this time, a result with the highest matching degree with the destination name in the searched results may be used as a final destination name, or a user is informed of a plurality of searched results and the floor where the searched results are located in a voice prompt manner, so that the user can select the result.
In the embodiment of the present application, the same operation as that performed when the existing user presses a floor key in the car can be used to register the floor where the destination is located. That is, the floor where the destination is located is determined as the floor where the elevator car stops, and the floor is recorded in an elevator controller controlling the operation of the elevator, so that the elevator car performs a series of operations of stopping movement and opening the elevator door when the elevator car moves to the floor.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: after the floor where the destination is located is registered on the elevator, the button indicating lamp of the corresponding floor on the elevator is lightened to prompt the user that the floor registration is successful.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: and playing first voice prompt information, wherein the first voice prompt information comprises the destination name and the floor where the destination name is located. For example, after the user speaks a voice command of going to the Alibab group when walking into the elevator car, the corresponding floor of the destination can be determined to be 3 floors by the method, so that after the 3 floors are registered, the user can be informed that the Alibab group is in the third floor and please go to the elevator in the third floor by voice. In the embodiment of the application, in order to prompt the user to get off the elevator in time, the destination name spoken by the user obtained by the voice recognition may be temporarily stored, and at this time, the method may further include:
after the floor where the destination is located is registered, temporarily storing the registered floor and the corresponding destination name of the current operation; and
when the elevator arrives or is about to arrive at the registered floor, playing second voice prompt information; and the second voice prompt message comprises a destination name corresponding to the floor.
For example, in the foregoing example, when the elevator arrives at floor 3 or is about to reach floor 3, the user may be notified by voice that "the Alibba group arrives and please leave the elevator. "
Therefore, by the elevator floor registration method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a user enters an elevator room, the elevator can automatically identify the floor where the company is located and automatically register the floor according to the company name input by the voice of the user, the user does not need to search destination information and memorize the floor where the destination is located, the user does not need to press a floor button, time and labor are saved, and the convenience of the user in using the elevator is greatly improved.
In other embodiments of the application, it is also possible to speak the floor to be reached directly when stepping into the elevator car, for example to speak "three floors" directly, when the user knows the floor at which the destination is located. In this case, the method may further include: carrying out voice recognition on the voice command to acquire floor information in the voice command; and registering the corresponding floor according to the indication of the floor information. By the method, users who are inconvenient to press elevator floor keys can be further helped to register floors, and the method is more convenient.
In correspondence with the above-described elevator floor registration method, the present specification also provides an elevator floor registration device 200. In an embodiment of the present application, the voice recognition module 204 may be further configured to obtain floor information in the voice command; and the floor registration module 208 may be further configured to register a corresponding floor on the elevator according to the indication of the floor information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the control module may be further configured to temporarily store the registered floor of the current operation and the corresponding destination name when the floor where the destination is located is registered on the elevator; the voice playing module can be further used for playing second voice prompt information when the elevator arrives or is about to arrive at the registered floor; and the second voice prompt message comprises a destination name corresponding to the floor.
In an embodiment of the present application, the voice playing module may be implemented by Text To Speech (TTS).
Therefore, the elevator floor registration device arranged in the elevator car can automatically identify the floor where the company is located and automatically register the floor according to the company name input by the user through voice when the user enters the elevator car, the user is not required to search destination information and memorize the floor where the destination is located, the user is not required to press floor keys, time and labor are saved, and the convenience of the user in using the elevator is greatly improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is used for realizing the elevator floor registration method shown in the figure 1 when being executed by a processor.

Where specific details (e.g., circuits) are set forth in order to describe example embodiments of the application, it should be apparent to one skilled in the art that the application can be practiced without, or with variation of, these specific details. Accordingly, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive.
Claims (10)
1. An elevator floor registration method, comprising:
receiving a voice instruction of a user;
performing voice recognition on the voice instruction to acquire a destination name in the voice instruction;
determining the floor where the destination is located according to the pre-stored corresponding relation between the destination name and the floor where the destination is located; and
the floor on which the destination is located is registered.
2. The elevator registration method of claim 1, wherein the voice recognizing the voice command and obtaining a destination name in the voice command comprises:
performing voice recognition on the voice instruction according to a pre-stored basic word bank and a pre-stored destination keyword bank to obtain a voice instruction text; and
and extracting a keyword of a destination from the voice instruction text according to a pre-stored destination keyword library, and taking the keyword of the destination as the destination name.
3. The elevator registration method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: and when the floor where the destination is located is registered on the elevator, the button indicating lamp of the corresponding floor on the elevator is lightened.
4. The elevator registration method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: and playing first voice prompt information, wherein the first voice prompt information comprises the destination name and the floor where the destination name is located.
5. The elevator registration method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
carrying out voice recognition on the voice command to acquire floor information in the voice command; and
and registering the corresponding floor on the elevator according to the indication of the floor information.
6. The elevator registration method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
storing the registered floor of the current operation and the corresponding destination name when registering the floor of the destination; and
when the elevator arrives or is about to arrive at the registered floor, playing second voice prompt information; and the second voice prompt message comprises a destination name corresponding to the floor.
7. An elevator floor registration device, which is installed inside an elevator car and is electrically connected to an elevator controller that controls the operation of an elevator, wherein the elevator floor registration device comprises:
the voice instruction receiving module is used for receiving a voice instruction of a user;
the voice recognition module is used for carrying out voice recognition on the voice command and acquiring a destination name in the voice command;
the floor information determining module is used for determining the floor where the destination is located according to the pre-stored corresponding relation between the destination name and the floor where the destination is located; and
and the floor registration module is used for registering the floor where the destination is located on the elevator.
8. The elevator registration apparatus of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the control module is used for lighting a button indicator lamp of a corresponding floor on the elevator when the floor where the destination is located is registered on the elevator;
and the voice playing module is used for playing first voice prompt information when registering the floor where the destination is located on the elevator, wherein the first voice prompt information comprises the name of the destination and the floor where the destination is located.
9. The elevator registration apparatus of claim 8, wherein the control module is further configured to control elevator travel to a registered floor; and
the voice playing module is further used for playing second voice prompt information when the elevator arrives at the registered floor; and the second voice prompt message comprises a destination name corresponding to the floor.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the elevator floor registration method of any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6.
