As shown in fig. 21 and 22, in order to support the accessory 200 of the product 100, the two spacing boxes 32, the spacing main body 31 and the buffer structure 2 are enclosed to form a receiving groove, and a supporting structure 6 is installed in the receiving groove, and the supporting structure 6 can support the accessory 200 of the product 100, so that the appearance is more attractive.
As shown in fig. 23-25, the packing box further includes an upper cover plate 5, after the product 100 and its accessories 300 are placed, the upper cover plate 5 is covered on the bottom box 11, then the upper cover 12 is covered, and after the upper cover 12 is opened, the upper cover plate 5 is exposed, so that the appearance is beautiful.
The upper cover plate 5 is formed by folding an upper cover plate folding plate, the upper cover plate folding plate comprises an upper cover plate body 50, and a first side 51, a second side 52, a third side 53 and a fourth side 54 which are arranged on the periphery of the upper cover plate body 50, and when the upper cover plate 5 covers the product 100 on the bottom box 11, the sides are inserted between the limiting component 3 and the side buffer structure 22.
As shown in fig. 26 to 33, the packing box further includes an accessory box 4, the accessory box 4 is formed by folding an accessory box folding plate, the accessory box 4 is housed in the outer packing box 1, and the accessory box 4 is configured to house accessories 300 of the product 100. The accessory case 4 is provided to individually accommodate the accessories 300 of the product 100, and has an aesthetic appearance. The accessory 300 of the product 100 includes instructions and the like.
The accessory box folding plate comprises a folding bottom plate 40, one side of the folding bottom plate 40 is sequentially connected with a first folding plate 41, a second folding plate 42 and a third folding plate 43, and the second folding plate 42 and the third folding plate 43 are folded to form a folding cover plate; the side of the folding bottom plate 40 opposite to the first folding plate 41 is connected with a fourth folding plate 44, the fourth folding plate 44 is connected with a fifth folding plate 45, the fifth folding plate 45 is folded towards the folding bottom plate 40 to form a folding bottom box 11, and the folding bottom box 11 is covered by the folding cover plate. The accessory box 4 with the structure can be formed by folding the accessory 300 box folding plate, and is convenient to store and transport before forming.
Folding bottom plate 40, first folded plate 41, second folded plate 42, the both sides of fifth folded plate 45 all have folding curb plate, are connected through the cooperation of folding curb plate with the folded plate, and the lateral wall of annex box 4 is the trapezium structure, and this structure cooperation product 100's shape for the top surface is the plane after product 100 places in annex box 4 top, and the outward appearance is comparatively pleasing to the eye.
The assembly process of the package is shown in fig. 34-40.
1. The bottom case 11 and the upper cover 12 are glued and stapled.
2. Each of the fitting assemblies 200 is folded into shape.
3. The respective cushion structures 2 are assembled in sequence and placed in the bottom case 11.
4. The product 100 and the associated accessory 200 are placed into the corresponding receiving structure (see fig. 1).
5. The cover plate 5 is covered.
6. And covering the upper cover 12, and completing the whole set of packaging.

Claims (10)
1. The packing box is characterized by comprising an outer packing box (1), wherein a buffer structure (2) is arranged on the inner wall of the outer packing box (1), the buffer structure (2) is enclosed to form a containing cavity, a limiting component (3) is arranged in the containing cavity, the limiting component (3) is configured to limit a product (100) and accessories (200) of the product, and the outer packing box (1), the buffer structure (2) and the limiting component (3) are formed by folding plates.
2. A packaging case according to claim 1, wherein the stop assembly (3) comprises:
a limiting main body (31),
the two limiting boxes (32) are symmetrically connected to two sides of the limiting main body (31), the two limiting boxes (32) are arranged at intervals, and an accommodating groove is defined by the two limiting boxes (32), the limiting main body (31) and the buffer structure (2); and
the cover plate (33), the cover plate (33) and the limiting main body (31) can be connected in a turnover mode, and the cover plate (33) is configured to be capable of being arranged on the containing groove and the two limiting boxes (32) in a covering mode.
3. A package as claimed in claim 2, wherein the stop assembly (3) is folded from a stop assembly folding plate comprising:
the limiting main body folding plate is folded to form the limiting main body (31), and the cover plate (33) is connected with the limiting main body folding plate; and
the two limiting box folding plates are symmetrically connected to two sides of the limiting main body folding plate, and the limiting box folding plates are folded to form the limiting boxes (32).
4. A packing case according to claim 3, wherein the limiting box folding plates comprise a first plate (321), a second plate (322) and a third plate (323) which are connected in sequence, the first plate (321) is connected with the limiting body folding plate, one side of the second plate (322) is provided with a fourth plate (324), the other side of the second plate (322) is connected with a fifth plate (325), three sides of the fifth plate (325) are respectively connected with a sixth plate (326), a seventh plate (327) and an eighth plate (328), one side of the sixth plate (326) close to the seventh plate (327) is provided with a ninth plate (329), and the same sides of the first plate (321) and the third plate (323) and the fourth plate (324) are respectively connected with a tenth plate (320) and an eleventh plate.
5. A package according to claim 4 wherein the first panel (321) and the third panel (323) are at a greater height than the second panel (322), the top of the first panel (321) and the third panel (323) extending beyond the top of the retaining box (32).
6. A packing case according to claim 3, wherein the folding plates of the limiting body comprise a first folding plate (311) and a second folding plate (312), the cover plate (33) and the second folding plate (312) are respectively connected to two sides of the first folding plate (311), and two sides of the first folding plate (311) located on the second folding plate (312) are provided with inserting plates (313), and the inserting plates (313) are inserted into the bottoms of the corresponding limiting boxes (32).
7. A package as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said outer package (1) comprises a bottom box (11) and an upper lid (12), said upper lid (12) being closed on said bottom box (11).
8. A package as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cushioning structure (2) comprises a top cushioning structure (21) and a side cushioning structure (22), the top cushioning structure (21) and the side cushioning structure (22) being each folded from a folded sheet, the side cushioning structure (22) being arranged within the bottom box (11) and enclosing a frame-shaped structure, the top cushioning structure (21) being arranged within the upper lid (12).
9. The packaging box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an accessory box (4), the accessory box (4) being folded from an accessory box folding panel, the accessory box (4) being housed within the outer packaging box (1), the accessory box (4) being configured to house accessories (300) of the product (100).
10. A package as claimed in claim 9, wherein the accessory box folding panel comprises a folding base panel (40), one side of the folding base panel (40) being connected in sequence to a first flap (41), a second flap (42) and a third flap (43), the second flap (42) and the third flap (43) being folded to form a folding cover panel (33);
the side of the folding bottom plate (40) opposite to the first folded plate (41) is connected with a fourth folded plate (44), the fourth folded plate (44) is connected with a fifth folded plate (45), the fifth folded plate (45) is folded towards the folding bottom plate (40) to form a folding bottom box (11), and the folding cover plate (33) is covered on the folding bottom box (11).
