The top flap assembly 103 of this configuration is capable of sealing the top of the tub by folding and is capable of facilitating access to the package via the handle 1030.

In order to realize the all-round protection of the product 100 to be packaged, as shown in fig. 2, the packaging box further comprises a buffer cover plate 3, and the buffer cover plate 3 is arranged in the outer packaging box 1 and is positioned at the top of the inner packaging box 2. The top of packing product 100 can be treated in the setting of buffering apron 3 and cushion, plays comprehensive guard's effect with buffering bottom plate 21 and a plurality of bolster 22, and then has realized treating the omnidirectional buffering of packing product 100 and protection. Optionally, the buffering cover plate 3 may be a foam, a box structure with a buffering cavity, or the like, and the top of the product 100 to be packaged can be protected by the buffering cover plate 3.
Optionally, buffering apron 3 is the same with outer packing box 1's shape, and each side homoenergetic of buffering apron 3 can laminate mutually with outer packing box 1's inner wall, avoids buffering apron 3 to remove in outer packing box 1, and in this embodiment, buffering apron 3 is the hexagon structure, and each side homoenergetic of buffering apron 3 can laminate mutually with outer packing box 1's inner wall to can live waiting to pack the whole parcel of product 100 through inner packing box 2 and buffering apron 3, play better guard action.
As shown in fig. 24-28, after the outer packing box 1 and the inner packing box 2 are folded, the inner packing box 2 is placed in the outer packing box 1, the product 100 to be packed is placed in the inner packing box 2, and the buffer cover plate 3 is covered; the top flap assembly 103 of the outer package 1 is then folded and inserted to complete the package, and the package can be accessed through the handle 1030 for easy access.

Claims (10)
1. A package, comprising:
the outer packing box (1) is formed by folding an integrally formed outer box folding plate (10);
inner packing box (2), by integrated into one piece's inner box folded sheet (20) folding form, inner packing box (2) hold and spacing in outer packing box (1), inner packing box (2) including buffer bottom plate (21) and set up in a plurality of bolster (22) of buffer bottom plate (21) circumference, buffer bottom plate (21) with bolster (22) enclose into accommodation space, treat that packaged product (100) can hold and spacing in the accommodation space, buffer bottom plate (21) with the inside of bolster (22) all is provided with the cushion chamber.
2. A package according to claim 1, wherein the bottom buffer board (21) is folded by a board folding board (201) to form a bottom buffer box structure, the buffer member (22) is folded by a buffer member folding board (202) to form a side buffer box structure, and the buffer cavities are arranged inside the bottom buffer box structure and the side buffer box structure.
3. The package of claim 2, wherein the bottom flap (201) includes a first bottom panel (2011) and a second bottom panel (2012), the second bottom panel (2012) is opposite to and spaced apart from the first bottom panel (2011), the bottom flap (201) further includes a first bottom flap (2013) and a second bottom flap (2014) disposed on opposite sides of the second bottom panel (2012), the first bottom flap (2013) and the second bottom flap (2014) are folded to form a support box structure (2015) between the first bottom panel (2011) and the second bottom panel (2012).
4. The package of claim 3, wherein the first bottom box flap (2013) and the second bottom box flap (2014) each comprise a bottom box folded main panel, a first bottom box connecting plate and a second bottom box connecting plate disposed on one side of the bottom box folded main panel, and a third bottom box connecting plate and a fourth bottom box connecting plate disposed on the other side of the bottom box folded main panel, wherein the bottom box folded main panel is connected to the second bottom panel (2012), and wherein the bottom box folded main panel of the first bottom box flap (2013) and the second bottom box flap (2014), the first bottom box connecting plate, the second bottom box connecting plate, the third bottom box connecting plate and the fourth bottom box connecting plate are folded to form the supporting box body structure (2015).
5. The packing box according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of the buffer folding plates (202) are connected to a circumferential edge of the first bottom plate (2011), each buffer folding plate (202) comprises a buffering main plate (2021), a first buffering side plate (2022) and a second buffering side plate (2023) which are arranged on one side of the buffering main plate (2021), and a third buffering side plate (2024) and a fourth buffering side plate (2025) which are arranged on the other side of the buffering main plate (2021), the buffering main plate (2021) is connected to the first bottom plate (2011), the first buffering side plate (2022) is provided with an insertion hole, the fourth buffering side plate (2025) is provided with an insertion piece, and the insertion piece is inserted and matched with the insertion hole to fold the folding plate (202) to form the buffer (22).
6. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer carton folded panel (10) comprises:
the outer box folding main board (101) comprises a plurality of folding sub-boards (1011), creases are arranged between every two adjacent folding sub-boards (1011), and the outer box folding main board (101) is folded through the creases to form a barrel-shaped structure;
the bottom flap plate assembly (102) is arranged on one side of the outer box folding main plate (101), and the bottom flap plate assembly (102) is buckled at the bottom of the barrel-shaped structure; and
a top flap assembly (103) disposed on the other side of the folded main panel, the top flap assembly (103) being snapped on top of the tub-shaped structure.
7. The package of claim 6 wherein the bottom flap assembly (102) comprises:
a first bottom connecting plate (1021) and a second bottom connecting plate (1022) disposed on opposite sides of a bottom of the tub-like structure;
a third bottom connecting plate (1023) and a fourth bottom connecting plate (1024) disposed on the other opposite sides of the bottom of the tub structure;
the first bottom connecting plate (1021), second bottom connecting plate (1022), third bottom connecting plate (1023), and fourth bottom connecting plate (1024) are connected to seal the bottom of the tub.
8. A package as claimed in claim 6 wherein the top flap assembly (103) comprises:
a first top connection plate (1031) and a second top connection plate (1032) arranged on opposite sides of the top of the barrel structure, wherein handles (1030) are arranged on the first top connection plate (1031) and the second top connection plate (1032); and
a third top connecting plate (1033) and a fourth top connecting plate (1034) which are arranged at the other two opposite sides of the top of the barrel-shaped structure, wherein mounting holes (1035) are arranged on the third top connecting plate (1033) and the fourth top connecting plate (1034);
the third top connecting plate (1033) and the fourth top connecting plate (1034) are mounted on top of the tub-like structure, and the handle (1030) is protruded from the inside of the third top connecting plate (1033) and the fourth top connecting plate (1034) through a mounting hole (1035).
9. A package according to any of claims 1-8, further comprising a cushioning cover sheet (3), the cushioning cover sheet (3) being arranged inside the outer package (1) and on top of the inner package (2).
10. A packaging case according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the outer package (1) and the cushioning substrate (21) are each of hexagonal configuration, and four cushioning members (22) are provided, four cushioning members (22) being provided at intervals on the cushioning substrate (21).
