The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an overheating protection control method of a dual clutch automatic transmission is characterized in that,
s1, when the vehicle crawls on a slope for a long time, the gearbox control system acquires a road inclination angle alpha and a preset inclination angle beta 1 through a set sensor and compares the road inclination angle alpha and the preset inclination angle beta 1 to identify the slope crawling condition;
s2, when alpha is larger than beta 1, the temperature TC1 and TC2 of the clutches C1 and C2 are monitored by the gearbox control system;
and S3, setting a plurality of preset temperatures for the gearbox control system, and if any one of TC1 and TC2 is at one preset temperature, controlling the clamping force of the electronic parking control system to reach a corresponding preset calibration value by the gearbox control system and simultaneously controlling the engine control system to enter a corresponding clutch ramp protection mode, wherein the instrument prompts that the clutch is overheated.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when a vehicle climbs on a slope for a long time, a gearbox control system acquires a road inclination angle alpha and a preset inclination angle beta 1 through a set sensor and compares the road inclination angle alpha with the preset inclination angle beta 1 to identify the slope climbing working condition, when the angle alpha is larger than the angle beta 1, the gearbox control system monitors the temperatures TC1 and TC2 of clutches C1 and C2, when any one of TC1 and TC2 is increased to the preset temperature, the gearbox control system controls the clamping force of an electronic parking control system to reach a preset calibration value and controls an engine control system to enter a clutch slope protection mode at the same time, and an instrument prompts that the clutch is overheated. The invention improves the safety of the vehicle when the clutch is overheated by adding the calibration values of the multi-section electronic parking control system under the multi-section preset temperature and the ramp protection mode, the electronic parking control system can realize automatic parking of the ramp and prevent the vehicle from moving backwards when the condition of the ramp occurs, the gearbox control system can control the electronic parking control system to clamp and avoid the vehicle from sliding backwards caused by the overheating of the clutch when the clutch is overheated, and the multi-section ramp protection mode is set, so that the misjudgment of the system can be reduced and the safety of the vehicle can also be improved. The electronic parking system is usually used for parking, and the system is used for preventing the clutch from being overheated by setting a plurality of calibration values, so that the safety of the vehicle is greatly improved.
In the above method for controlling overheat protection of a dual clutch automatic transmission, the step S3 may include:
s31, when any one of TC1 and TC2 is raised to a first preset temperature, the engine control system enters a first clutch hill protection mode;
s32, when any one of TC1 and TC2 is raised to a second preset temperature, the engine control system enters a second clutch hill protection mode;
when either of TC1 and TC2 rises to a third predetermined temperature, the engine control system enters a third clutch hill-hold mode.
The multi-section preset temperature and the clutch protection mode are set, so that the accuracy of judgment of the gearbox control device is improved, and the running safety of a vehicle is improved.
In the method for controlling the overheating protection of the dual-clutch automatic transmission, the first clutch ramp protection mode is that the clamping force of the electronic parking control system reaches a first preset calibration value, the engine enters a torque limiting mode, and the vehicle is slowly decelerated. The first clutch slope protection mode is used for reminding a driver, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
In the above method for controlling overheat protection of a dual clutch automatic transmission, the step S31 may include:
s311, if the driver does not perform acceleration operation after the preset time t1, or the vehicle speed is reduced to the preset vehicle speed V0, the electronic parking control system is completely pulled up to realize vehicle parking;
and S312, if the accelerator opening is increased by the driver, the clutch enters a light sliding or locking state, and the vehicle continues to move forward.
The first clutch slope protection mode judges the driving intention and can assist a driver in driving.
In the method for controlling the overheating protection of the dual-clutch automatic transmission, the clamping force of the electronic parking control system reaches a second preset calibration value in the second clutch slope protection mode, the engine enters the torque limiting mode, the running resistance of the vehicle is increased, and the vehicle is slowly decelerated. The second clutch slope protection mode is set for limiting the driving of the vehicle, reminding a driver that the DCT temperature is higher, preventing the driver from continuing driving and improving the safety of the vehicle.
In the above method for controlling overheat protection of a dual clutch automatic transmission, the step S32 may include:
s321, if the driver does not perform acceleration operation after the preset time t2, or the vehicle speed is reduced to the preset vehicle speed V0, completely pulling up the electronic parking control system to park the vehicle;
and S322, if the accelerator opening degree is increased by the driver, the clutch enters a locking state, and the vehicle continues to move forwards.
The second clutch slope protection mode judges the driving intention and can assist a driver in driving.
In the above method for controlling the overheating protection of the dual clutch automatic transmission, in the third clutch ramp protection mode, the clamping force of the electronic parking control system reaches a third preset calibration value, the vehicle running resistance is increased, C1 and C2 are completely disengaged, and when the vehicle is slowly decelerated until V1, the electronic parking control system is completely pulled up to realize reliable parking of the vehicle. The third ramp protection mode is set for forced deceleration parking, the DCT is prevented from being overheated, the electronic parking control system can enable the vehicle to be stably parked, and the situation that the vehicle slips backwards due to the fact that the two clutches are disengaged is avoided.
In the overheating protection control method for the dual-clutch automatic transmission, the electronic parking control system, the engine control system and the instrument are all connected with the gearbox control system. The addition of the electronic parking control system can improve the stability of the vehicle when the DCT climbs the slope and is overheated.
Compared with the prior art, the control device for detecting electronic parking abuse has the advantages that:
1. the electronic parking control system is added for assisting, so that the influence of DCT overheating can be reduced, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
2. The multi-section preset temperature and the slope protection mode are set, so that the driver can know the DCT condition, and the driving experience is improved.
