The advantages of this embodiment over the first embodiment are: set up agitator tank 601 into inlayer 606 and outer 614's combined mechanism, can reduce ambient temperature to inside influence to further set up cleaning device, during the material stirring, there is the material adhesion of minority part on the inner wall, set up cleaning device and can clear up the adhesion thing on the inner wall.
The invention also provides a use method of the mixing equipment for mixing the building slurry, which comprises the following steps:
determining the types and proportions of coarse particles, fine particles and liquid to be mixed according to slurry to be prepared;
step two, the equipment is installed, the batching assembly, the feeding assembly 5 and the mixing assembly 6 are sequentially installed according to the material conveying direction, the batching assembly comprises a coarse particle batching assembly 3 and a fine particle batching assembly 4, the coarse particle batching assembly 3 comprises a first support 302, a first mixing part 301, a first weighing part 304 and a first power supply 305, the first support 302 supports the first mixing part 301 and the first weighing part 304, a first hopper 306 is connected below the first weighing part 304, the first weighing part 304 is connected with the first power supply 305, the fine particle batching assembly 4 comprises a second support 402, a second mixing part 401, a second weighing part 404 and a second power supply 405, the second support 402 supports the second mixing part 401 and the second weighing part 404, a second hopper 406 is connected below the second weighing part 404, the second weighing part 404 is connected with the second power supply 405, the feeding assembly 5 comprises a feeding groove 501, a feeding groove 501 and a fine particle batching assembly 4, The mixing assembly 6 comprises a stirring tank 601 and a stirring device arranged in the stirring tank;

step five, after treatment, most of the devices such as the feeding tank 501, the metal frame, the chain 506, the chain wheel 505, the driving motor and the like are made of metal, and corrosion damage can be caused after long-term use, so that the devices need to be cleaned according to standard requirements after each use, and the interior of the stirring tank 601 also needs to be cleaned, so that the next device operation is prevented from being influenced.

the coarse particle batching assembly (3) comprises a first support (302), a first mixing part (301) and a first weighing part (304), the first support (302) supports the first mixing part (301) and the first weighing part (304), coarse particles are filled in the first mixing part (301), a first discharge hole (303) is formed in the bottom of the first mixing part (301), the first weighing part (304) is arranged below the first discharge hole (303), a first strain gauge is arranged in the first weighing part (304), the first strain gauge is connected with a reading instrument, an opening is formed in the bottom of the first weighing part (304), a first funnel (306) is connected below the first weighing part (304), and the first weighing part (304) is connected with a first power supply (305);
the fine particle batching assembly (4) comprises a second support (402), a second mixing part (401) and a second weighing part (404), the second support (402) supports the second mixing part (401) and the second weighing part (404), coarse particles are filled in the second mixing part (401), a second discharge hole (403) is formed in the bottom of the second mixing part (401), the second weighing part (404) is arranged below the second discharge hole (403), a second strain gauge is arranged in the second weighing part (404), the second strain gauge is connected with a reading instrument, an opening is formed in the bottom of the second weighing part (404), a second funnel (406) is connected below the second weighing part (404), and the second weighing part (404) is connected with a second power supply (405);
the feeding assembly (5) comprises feeding grooves (501), a metal frame, a chain (506), a chain wheel (505) and a driving motor, wherein the chain (506) and the chain wheel (505) are installed on the metal frame, a belt (503) is installed above the chain (506), at least two feeding grooves (501) are formed in the feeding grooves (501), the feeding grooves (501) are installed on the belt (503) at intervals, and when the mixing equipment is in a rest state, the feeding grooves (501) are formed below the first hopper (306) and the second hopper (406);
the mixing assembly (6) is arranged at a conveying terminal of the feeding assembly (5), the mixing assembly (6) comprises a stirring tank (601) and a stirring device arranged in the stirring tank, the stirring tank (601) is provided with a solid inlet (613) and a liquid inlet (612), the solid inlet (613) is connected with a feeding pipe, the opening of the feeding pipe is close to the conveying terminal of the feeding assembly (5), the bottom of the stirring tank (601) is connected with a conveying pipe, and the conveying pipe is provided with a valve;
the liquid inlet (612) is higher than the solid material inlet (613), and the opening of the feeding pipe is trumpet-shaped;
the feeding groove (501) is detachably connected with the belt (503), when the feeding groove (501) is installed on the belt (503), the belt (503) drives the feeding groove (501) to reciprocate along with the chain (506), the driving motor connected with the chain (506) and the chain wheel (505) is a first stepping motor, and the first stepping motor controls the movement speed of the belt (503) and the time for pausing the feeding groove (501) under the first hopper (306) or the second hopper (406) every time;
the stirring device is a spiral stirring device and comprises a spiral stirring paddle (602) and a rotating shaft (603), two ends of the rotating shaft (603) are respectively hinged with the upper part and the lower part of the stirring tank (601), the rotating shaft (603) penetrates through the lower part of the stirring tank (601) and is connected with a second stepping motor (607), and the second stepping motor (607) controls the rotating shaft (603) to rotate forwards and backwards;
the bottom of the first weighing part (304) is provided with a first lifting mechanism, the first lifting mechanism comprises two first rotating shafts (307) and a first stop block (308), the first stop block (308) is located in an opening of the first stop block (308), a signal receiving module is arranged inside the first lifting mechanism, the signal receiving module receives a weight signal, when the weight inside the first weighing part (304) reaches the weight received by the weight signal, the first stop block (308) leaves the opening in the bottom of the first weighing part (304), and coarse particles inside the first lifting mechanism fall from the opening.

A mixing apparatus for building paste mixing, as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the bottom of the second weighing part (404) is provided with a second lifting mechanism, the second lifting mechanism comprises two second rotating shafts (407) and a second stop block (408), the second stop block (408) is located in an opening of the second stop block (408), a signal receiving module is arranged inside the second lifting mechanism, the signal receiving module receives a weight signal, when the weight inside the second weighing part (404) reaches the weight received by the weight signal, the second stop block (408) leaves the opening in the bottom of the second weighing part (404), and fine particles inside the second weighing part fall from the opening.
