Background
Plastic spraying is a surface treatment method for spraying plastic powder on parts. The plastic spraying is the electrostatic powder spraying which is often said by us, and the processing technology of the plastic spraying is a decoration technology which is adopted to process metal surfaces more generally internationally since the 80 s of the 20 th century. Compared with the common paint spraying surface treatment, the technology has the advantages of advanced process, energy conservation, high efficiency, safety, reliability, bright color and the like. Therefore, the method is often applied to the fields of light industry and home decoration.
The existing plastic spraying device is serious in powder lifting in the working process, harm is easily caused to a human body, a large amount of time is wasted for powder replacement of the existing device, the working efficiency is influenced, and meanwhile, the existing plastic spraying device is single in function and cannot complete multiple work tasks simultaneously.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a circular tube plastic spraying device which is used for overcoming the defects in the prior art.
The round tube plastic spraying device comprises a plastic spraying box body, wherein a power cavity is arranged in the plastic spraying box body, a grinding cavity is arranged on the right side of the power cavity, a grinding device for grinding a round tube to be ground is arranged in the grinding cavity, the right side of the grinding cavity is communicated with the plastic spraying cavity, a material outlet penetrating through the plastic spraying box body is arranged at the position, opposite to the round tube, of the right wall of the plastic spraying cavity, a plastic spraying device for spraying plastic on the round tube is arranged on the upper side of the outer wall of the plastic spraying box body, the plastic spraying device comprises a left powder spraying box and a right powder spraying box which are fixedly arranged on the upper side of the outer wall of the plastic spraying box body, the left powder spraying box and the right powder spraying box are respectively communicated with the reversing box through a left powder spraying tube and a right powder spraying tube, the upper side of the reversing box is connected with an upper powder spraying tube which extends rightwards into the plastic spraying cavity, and a powder, a powder spraying gun for spraying plastics on the round pipe is fixedly arranged at the lower side of the upper powder spraying pipe, a sliding plate fixedly arranged at the upper side of the left powder spraying box is arranged in the reversing box, a limiting block is connected in the sliding plate in a sliding way, the lower side of the limiting block is connected with a spring fixedly arranged on the upper side of the left powder spraying box, the upper side of the limiting block is connected with a reversing knob in a sliding way, the reversing knob is rotationally connected with the reversing box, an L-shaped channel which can be communicated with the left powder spraying pipe, the upper powder spraying pipe and the right powder spraying pipe is arranged in the reversing knob, the right side of the right powder spraying box is fixedly provided with a high-pressure air box, the upper side of the high-pressure air box is fixedly provided with a powder spraying air pipe, the right side of the powder spraying air pipe is communicated with the upper powder spraying pipe, the powder spraying air pipe is provided with a powder spraying air control valve, the right side of the high-pressure air box is provided with a chip removing pipe which extends rightwards into the plastic spraying cavity, and the lower side of the chip removing pipe is fixedly provided with a chip removing gun which is used for removing residual powder after the round pipe is polished.。

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the dust removal device is simple in structure and multifunctional, grinding, scrap removal and plastic spraying of the round pipe can be completed only by one-time fixing, meanwhile, the dust removal device is provided with the dust prevention device, damage of dust to workers is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the dust removal device has a convenient dust selection function, another dust box can be cleaned and replaced during plastic spraying, time is saved, and the proportion of air and dust can be conveniently adjusted through the valve material inlet.

In addition, in one embodiment, a fan 45 is arranged at the lower side of the material outlet 52, and a dust collecting bag 46 is arranged at the right side of the fan 45; so that the dust and debris in 39 can be adsorbed by the fan 45 and collected in the collection bag 46.
When the plastic spraying work is needed, a worker opens a material inlet 51 to install and fix the circular tube 31 between the left fixing block 30 and the right fixing block 32, the starting motor 12 drives the lower polishing wheel 44 and the upper polishing wheel 50 to rotate simultaneously to polish the periphery of the circular tube 31, the scrap removing gun 43 carries out scrap treatment on the polished circular tube 31, the left powder spraying tube 42 or the right powder spraying tube 41 which needs to be communicated is selected by rotating the reversing knob 26, the plastic spraying powder in the left powder spraying box 23 and the right powder spraying box 29 enters the upper powder spraying tube 40 through the L-shaped channel 53, the powder spraying is sent into the powder spraying gun 38 after the proportion of the powder spraying and the air is adjusted through the powder spraying air control valve 35 and the powder spraying control valve 37, the powder spraying gun 38 carries out plastic spraying on the circular tube 31, after the plastic spraying is completed, the motor stops rotating, and the worker takes out the circular tube 31 from the material outlet 52.
