A stable form drilling equipment that is used for metal instrument to have collection function, includes base (1), roof (3), driving motor (4), drilling rod (5) and two pneumatic cylinders (2), two pneumatic cylinders (2) are fixed respectively in the both sides of base (1), the gas pole of two pneumatic cylinders (2) is respectively with the both ends fixed connection of roof (3), the driving motor (4) is fixed below the top plate (3), the driving motor (4) is in transmission connection with the drill rod (5), an operation board is arranged above the base (1), a PLC is arranged in the operation board, the driving motor (4) and the two hydraulic cylinders (2) are electrically connected with the PLC, the device is characterized by further comprising a collecting mechanism and two fixing mechanisms, wherein the collecting mechanism is arranged on the base (1), and the two fixing mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the drill rod (5);
the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing box (6), a fixing plate (10), a fixing rod (9), a connecting plate (8) and two springs (7), the fixing box (6) is fixed below the top plate (3), an opening is formed below the fixing box (6), one end of the fixing rod (9) is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (10), the other end of the fixing rod (9) penetrates through the opening to be arranged inside the fixing box (6), the other end of the fixing rod (9) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (8), the two springs (7) are respectively arranged at two ends above the connecting plate (8), and two ends of each spring (7) are respectively connected with the top inside the fixing box (6) and the upper part of the connecting plate (8);
the collecting mechanism comprises a collecting box (15), a first connecting pipe (16), a second connecting pipe (17), a connecting box (18), two air suction assemblies and two collecting assemblies, wherein the collecting box (15) is fixed at the top of the base (1), the connecting box (18) is fixed at the bottom of the base (1), the upper part of the connecting box (18) is communicated with the lower part of the collecting box (15) through the first connecting pipe (16), the upper part of the connecting box (18) is communicated with the second connecting pipe (17), one end of the first connecting pipe (16) close to the collecting box (15) is fixed with a filter screen, the collecting assemblies correspond to the fixing rod (9) one by one, each collecting assembly comprises a suction nozzle (13) and a hose (14), the suction nozzle (13) is fixed on the fixing rod (9), the suction nozzle (13) is communicated with the collecting box (15) through the hose (14), small holes are formed in the two sides of the connecting box (18), the small holes correspond to the air suction assemblies one by one, and the air suction assemblies are connected with the top plate (3).

A stabilized piercing apparatus having a collecting function for a metal tool as recited in claim 1, characterized in that each air suction component comprises a piston (19), a connecting rod (20), a support plate (25), a support rod (26) and two transmission units, the piston (19) is arranged inside the connecting box (18), the piston (19) is connected with the inner wall of the connecting box (18) in a sealing way, one end of the connecting rod (20) is fixedly connected with one side of the piston (19) close to the small hole, the other end of the connecting rod (20) passes through the small hole and is arranged between the two transmission units, the two ends of the support plate (25) are respectively connected with the two transmission units, two through holes are arranged above the base (1), the through holes correspond to the supporting rods (26) one by one, one end of the supporting rod (26) is fixedly connected with the upper part of the supporting plate (25), and the other end of the supporting rod (26) penetrates through the through hole to be fixedly connected with the lower part of the top plate (3).

The stable type punching device with collection function for metal tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein each transmission unit comprises a screw rod (23), a rotating shaft (22), a half gear (21), a ball screw bearing (24) and two bearings, the two bearings are respectively fixed on the top and the bottom in the base (1), one end of the screw rod (23) and one end of the rotating shaft (22) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner rings of the two bearings, the other end of the screw rod (23) is fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating shaft (22), the screw rod (23) is coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft (22), the ball screw bearing (24) is sleeved on the screw rod (23), the joint of the ball screw bearing (24) and the screw rod (23) is provided with a thread matching with the screw rod (23), the two ends of the support plate (25) are respectively fixedly connected with the two ball screw bearings (24), half gear (21) are fixed on pivot (22), the both sides of the one end of keeping away from piston (19) of connecting rod (20) evenly are equipped with the dogtooth, the dogtooth and half gear (21) meshing.

The stable punching device with the collecting function for the metal tool according to claim 1, wherein each fixing mechanism further comprises two limiting rods (11), two ends of the connecting plate (8) are provided with circular holes, the circular holes correspond to the limiting rods (11) one by one, two ends of the limiting rods (11) are respectively and fixedly connected with the top and the bottom in the fixing box (6), the limiting rods (11) penetrate through the circular holes, and the connecting plate (8) is slidably connected with the limiting rods (11).
