Abstract
On a vertical parting boxless high-pressure molding production line, a newly produced casting is often taken out one by one for detection, but the production line is high-pressure molding, and a casting mold is formed between every two sand molds on a conveyor to form a sand mold string, and one casting mold is taken out from the sand mold string, so that at least two sand molds are forcedly damaged to take out one casting mold. Background
The DISA molding machine is a boxless high-pressure molding vertical parting molding device, a conveying table which is matched with the DISA molding machine and needs to run synchronously is arranged, an AMC (clamp mode) and a PMC (support mode) are arranged at present, a molded sand mold string is conveyed to a cooling conveyer belt after being cast on the conveying table, and the molded sand mold string is further cooled and molded like a Synchronous Belt Conveyor (SBC) or an overlong synchronous conveyer and then conveyed to a shakeout device for unpacking and shakeout.
In the production, a newly produced casting is usually taken out and inspected on line by a single piece, and a casting mold is selectively taken out for on-line monitoring before the casting mold is not opened and shaked, so that the separation of each mold on a general horizontal parting line is not problematic, but on a vertical parting non-box high-pressure molding line, particularly before the shaked, a whole string of sand molds are squeezed tightly, the compactness of the sand mold is high, and a certain difficulty exists when the casting mold is taken out.

The technical scheme is that the sampling device is arranged on a vertical parting boxless high-pressure molding line. A sampling groove is arranged in front of a shakeout roller and at the position of an SBC synchronous belt conveyor outlet, the sampling groove can horizontally move vertically to the sand mold moving direction and is dragged by an air cylinder, a rail is arranged below the groove, the air cylinder moving reversing is controlled by a back pressure plate and a positive pressure plate demoulding signal of a molding machine, a selected casting is arranged to reach the belt conveyor outlet, a sampling program button is started to move out the sampling groove to the position below the belt conveyor outlet when the molding machine is released, the belt conveyor synchronously moves forwards by a sand mold thickness distance, the selected casting and an attached sand mold fall into the sampling groove from the belt conveyor downwards, and when the positive pressure plate of the molding machine is demoulded, the sampling groove air cylinder reverses and returns to the original position to wait for the instruction of the next sampling beat.
The invention has the obvious effects that the sand mould is not required to be damaged on a production line, the casting mould is not required to be pulled out from the production line, only the selected casting reaches the outlet of the belt conveyor, the starting button is pressed, the sampling groove can move to the position below the outlet of the belt conveyor before the sand mould is pushed out, the sampling groove automatically returns to the outside of the production line after the casting falls into the sampling groove when the casting is pushed out, and the casting can be taken out.
