The invention provides a devolatilizer inner flat plate heater cleaning system which comprises a cleaning tank, a cleaning agent storage tank, a pre-pump filter and a circulating pump, wherein the cleaning tank is arranged in the devolatilizer; the cleaning tank is used for cleaning the flat heater, and a supporting part is arranged in the cleaning tank to support the flat heater; the cleaning agent storage tank is used for storing a cleaning agent for the flat heater and is provided with a cleaning agent heating device; the pre-pump filter is used for filtering impurities in the cleaning agent; the circulating pump is used for pumping the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage tank into the cleaning tank and realizing the circulation of the cleaning agent in the cleaning system. The cleaning system can clean and remove the polymer carbonized on the flat heater, and can thoroughly clean the carbonized polymer on the flat heater under the condition that the flat heater is not damaged. The system can be applied to equipment for cleaning the resin carbide attached to the resin carbide in the same industry, such as cleaning of a circulating liquid filter element, cleaning of a granulating probe and the like, and is very wide in application.

Because the flat heater is made of aluminum, the flat heater is scrapped due to the adoption of a carbonization or incineration mode, a cleaning system needs to be additionally arranged, and a solvent is used for circularly cleaning the flat heater, so that carbonized materials are eliminated, and colored particles are removed.

Further, the cleaning agent for the flat heater is N-methyl pyrrolidone.

The cleaning system can clean and remove the polymer carbonized on the flat heater, and can thoroughly clean the carbonized polymer on the flat heater under the condition that the flat heater is not damaged. In order to make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
The embodiment provides a devolatilizer inner flat plate heater cleaning system, the composition of which is shown in fig. 1, and the system comprises a cleaning tank 1, a cleaning agent storage tank 2, a pre-pump filter 3 and a circulating pump 4.
The cleaning tank 1 is used for cleaning the flat heater. Since the volume of the plate heater in use is about 13.7m3And the diameter is about 2.1m, the height is about 3.95m, and in order to protect the aluminum plate and ensure the sufficient washing of the flat heater, the flat heater can not contact with the cleaning tank 1 when being put into the cleaning tank 1, so that a supporting part is arranged in the cleaning tank 1 to support the flat heater.
The cleaning agent storage tank 2 is used for storing the cleaning agent of the flat heater, the liquid outlet of the storage tank 2 is connected with the liquid inlet of the pre-pump filter 3, and the liquid return port of the storage tank 2 is connected with the liquid outlet of the cleaning tank 1. In this example, N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) was selected as the cleaning agent for the polymer type on the flat heater, and NMP has low volatility, good thermal stability and chemical stability, and can be volatilized with water vapor, and its boiling point is 203 ℃ and flash point is 91 ℃. The cleaning agent is more advantageous for cleaning at higher temperatures, but the temperature needs to be kept below the boiling point of the cleaning agent to prevent pressure build-up in the apparatus. Further, when cleaning is performed at a lower temperature, although the washing time is long, when the temperature is kept below the flash point, the problem of flammability can be reduced. Therefore, the cleaning agent storage tank 2 is provided with the cleaning agent electric heating device, so that the temperature of the cleaning agent can be controlled between 0 and 200 ℃ according to the cleaning requirement, and the safest and most effective cleaning temperature is provided for the cleaning agent.
The pre-pump filter 3 is connected between the cleaning agent storage tank 2 and the circulating pump 4 and is used for filtering impurities in the cleaning agent. In this embodiment, filter 3 selects for use the mesh number for use and is 200, and the material is 304 stainless steel's filter screen, can filter 75 μm's impurity to play the guard action to circulating pump 4, avoid secondary pollution pump head, lead to circulating pump 4 to damage.
And the circulating pump 4 is connected between the pre-pump filter 3 and a liquid inlet of the cleaning tank 1 and is used for pumping the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage tank 2 into the cleaning tank 1 and realizing the circulation of the cleaning agent in the cleaning system. As the circulating pump 4 and various cleaning agent flow pipelines in the cleaning system need to meet the service temperature of 200 ℃ at most, the circulating pump 4 in the embodiment is made of a high-temperature magnetic centrifugal pump, and the pipelines, the cleaning tank 1 and the cleaning agent storage tank 2 are made of carbon steel materials.
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the cleaning system, nitrogen is filled in the cleaning tank 1 and the cleaning agent storage tank 2 to prevent flash explosion. In addition, pressure relief devices (such as pressure relief valves) are provided on both the cleaning tank 1 and the cleaning agent storage tank 2 to prevent an increase in the tank pressure.

the cleaning agent storage tank is used for storing a cleaning agent for the flat heater, a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage tank is connected with a liquid inlet of the pre-pump filter, and a liquid return port of the cleaning agent storage tank is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning tank; the cleaning agent storage tank is provided with a cleaning agent heating device;
the pre-pump filter is connected between the cleaning agent storage tank and the circulating pump and is used for filtering impurities in the cleaning agent;
the circulating pump is connected between the pre-pump filter and the liquid inlet of the cleaning tank, and is used for pumping the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage tank into the cleaning tank and realizing the circulation of the cleaning agent in the cleaning system.
2. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the plate heater cleaning agent is N-methyl pyrrolidone.
3. The cleaning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent heating means is capable of controlling the temperature of the cleaning agent to be between 0-200 ℃ according to the need of cleaning.
4. The cleaning system defined in claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent heating means comprises an electric heater.
5. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the pre-pump filter is a 304 stainless steel mesh screen having a mesh size of 200.
6. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the circulation pump comprises a high temperature magnetic centrifugal pump.
7. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent flow line, the cleaning tank and the cleaning agent storage tank are made of carbon steel.
8. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the cleaning tank and the cleaning agent storage tank are both filled with nitrogen gas.
9. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein a pressure relief device is provided on each of the cleaning tank and the cleaning agent storage tank.
10. The cleaning system of claim 9, wherein the pressure relief device comprises a pressure relief valve.
